Not a fan. Not recommended

Sadly I looked past the other bad reviews and took a chance. I was also late to book and this was one of only a few properties available so I should’ve known. This place is extremely Outdated, poor WiFi that wouldn’t reach the bedroom, floor is tore up? Balcony furniture is rusted badly. No beach chair service. Bed is terribly uncomfortable and forces both people to the center of the bed. It feels like they are just sucking up all the profits and not putting anything back into the property. Kinda sad. Positives - good location and clean

The location of this property is very good. To have beach front access right outside your door is excellent. The check in process was easy which is always very much appreciated. This is an older place. It needs lots of cosmetic updates. The paint is chipped in several places on the door frames and just looks

Very Nice Condo

This is a very nice condo to stay in. The accommodations are very comfortable. The balcony faces the ocean which made it super nice to sit on the balcony or to have the doors open and listen to the ocean. We also liked it that the beach wasn't as crowded as the other places such as Destin or Panama City Beach. We would definitely consider booking this condo again.

Amazing stay!

Great location with a beautiful ocean view! Could not have asked for a better place to stay for the price. Right in the heart a Seagrove. Close to entertainment and food. We have never stayed in this area Just be aware the area has a lot of people who ride bikes and golf carts. Take time to ride through the town and see all of the beautiful houses and scenery. We had a great time!!

Great view- just hope you don’t need WI-FI!

We love Eastern Shores and stay at this complex frequently, but will NEVER stay in this unit again. The owners of this unit seem to be older and out of touch. The cellular service is known to be so spotty along 30A, so functioning WiFi is absolutely necessary in a vacation rental, and this unit does not have it. Fear of being unable to contact someone in case of an emergency was a concern of ours- landlines are a thing of the past! No cellular signal can be fixed with WiFi calling, but the signal was too weak to be used at all! A WiFi signal booster costs no more than $30.00 at Target, one needs to be purchased and installed before the next guests arrive. There was no cable in the primary bedroom as advertised. When we contacted Vacasa, they brought us a Roku tv that was unusable due to the WiFi not working. Our guest sleeping in the primary bedroom was unable to sleep with no TV. Not a big deal for some, but we ensured there was a TV in this bedroom when we booked the unit for that reason. If you’re able to overlook not being able to even use your phone to make an emergency phonecall if needed, this unit was otherwise clean and comfortable. The only other complaint we had about the unit itself was the dryer in the unit took 2 hours to dry 2 towels. Contacting Vacasa about anything was also a nightmare. Despite there being a local office just down the road, you are forced to speak with or text with someone at a call center in India anytime you call. They stated it was against company policy to allow us to speak with a local employee. There was a chain of command where we had to speak with the call center- people who have never even stepped foot in the area. For this reason, we will not rent with Vacasa again, and will stick with a local rental company.

Beautiful

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was at the time the garbage disposal and can opener failed. Overall it's a beautiful place to settle your soul.

Enjoy Every Minute

Every is great except we needed more trash bags. If that improvement is all deal with it. This place was so relaxing..... nothing fancy which set the beachfront vibe of no strss! Dollar for dollar this was worth it!

Great location, Mediocre condo

Great location and layout for this condo. When we walked in it immediately had a musty odor. The carpeting and bedspread/decorative pillows in the bedroom did not seem to be clean. The rest of the condo was spotless and the kitchen was well appointed. Please please please remove the carpeting and remove/minimize the amount of decorative 90’s pillows. We loved the 6 high top chairs on the deck and spent most of our time outside. This could be an outstanding place with no carpet, new mattress and fresh minimal linens

Location! Location! Location!

We really loved being right on the beach! The condo is in such a prime location! However, a few updates would go a long way! The couch is very stained and ripped. We covered it with a blanket before sitting on it. The dryer never did dry our clothes. The freezer has an ice maker, but I’m guessing not a water hook up. The furniture on the balcony was really rusty and needs to be thrown out. Hoping the owner makes a few updates because this location is amazing !! No elevator to mess with and just a few steps to the beach.

Perfect location

I searched and searched for a condo directly on the beach that was not in a huge complex. This was perfect. 3 stories tall, steps from the beach and a balcony with a great view! Loved having 1 & 1/2 bathrooms. The place was very clean, except the bedroom carpet should be replaced. It does not come with beach chairs and umbrella. We brought our own. Be prepared to be ‘off the grid’, the WiFi and cellular service was very sporadic. We have Verizon so that may have been part of the problem. The beach is private and has beautiful fine, white sand. This was the perfect place to relax!

Great location and access to the private beach. Condo was clean and quiet and pretty well stocked. Loved the new flooring. Things to consider to receive a 5 star rating; Internet and cell service sporadic and slow. Needs larger washer and dryer. The dryer didn’t work (took 2 hours to dry light lingerie). We couldn’t wash any other items like towels, shorts or T-shirts. The washer and dryer unit shown in pictures was not the one provided. One kitchen towel not sufficient. Provide hangers in closet.

Ideal for Weekend Getaway

The check-in process wasn't clear so I did have to call the Wyndham support line to see where we were supposed to go to check in. I quickly received an answer. After checking in and arriving at the property, there was another car in our assigned spot, so in trying to not get our own car towed, I called into Wyndham yet again. After 20 minutes and being transferred 4 times I was told I ended up in the Alabama reservations department and she couldn't help me. We ended up just going inside and eventually the car left and we got our spot back. We were pleasantly surprised how CLOSE this is to the beach. There's basically no boardwalk, it's the showers/rinsing area then boom you're walking down the steps and your feet are in the sand. So nice! We had ants in the kitchen, so once again I had to call the dreaded Wyndham support line. After another lengthy call and several times on hold, I was told a maintenance person would be by soon to spray. We went ahead to the beach, left a note for him/her, and when we returned it had been taken care of and they had already come and gone. We have Verizon wireless phones and had ZERO service at this location. My phone was literally roaming and would say No Service, which I had never even seen before. The wireless internet also had no connectivity even though I was technically logged onto it with the provided password. We weren't planning to have a technology free weekend but that's what we got. After saying all of this, this was really one of our most memorable trips for me and my husband. Besides the lack of internet/wireless service I would highly recommend this condo. It's so close to Seaside and all the good spots on 30A. The Wyndham app is wonderful and had everything we needed for our stay including the door code, beach access code, address, etc. I actually did eventually find the check-in process and location in the app so it was there all along.

Excellent location and beautiful view

Loved being in this more isolated area of Seagrove, still so close to dining. Our balcony view was awesome and the spacious condo was clean and offered all of the amenities we needed. Very quiet area. We will definitely stay here again.
