Beautiful view!

This is a great rental with a gorgeous view. The pictures do not do it justice. It was quiet and comfortable. The complex was private and quiet, with a private beach access. Plenty of towels and linens for the bed. The double bed in the master is cozy for a couple and perfect for a single person. There is both a Keurig and a drip coffee pot. The refillable containers of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner was a nice surprise. Overall, this was a wonderful rental.

Nice unit for a small family; great view

The unit was perfect for our family of four, and the view from the porch — which was huge — was wonderful. I’ve seen mentions of the bed mattress being a problem, but we found it very comfortable. Maybe it’s been replaced. The unit is basic, but it was exactly what we were looking for and expected. Our daughters loved the bunk room. Only complaint was about dish ware. We planned to cook pancakes for breakfast each morning, but the pans wouldn’t allow it. Both stuck to the point where we eventually gave up and threw out the batter. I’d recommend replacing them.

Nice stay!!

We really enjoyed San Remo! Our condo was clean and comfortable. The bed was not uncomfortable like the other commenters mentioned. It would be nice to have a larger bed, but it was fine! We loved the pool, the beach access and having our own private beach chairs. The location was convenient to restaurants and shops. The beach was not crowded at all. My only complaint was that there was only 1 key tag for six people to access the beach gate. This made it super inconvenient! I’m not sure if that is the norm or if they just forgot to leave more bracelets? They told us they would bring us another one but they never did. This would not deter us from staying again, however! We will definitely be back! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The bed is that bad.....

Lovely spot. Condo was very clean. The bed is as bad as prior reviews stated but the view is so great we dealt with it. A decent pan would have been nice, too. Great unit overall.

Perfect Vacation Spot!

I loved the balcony, the beautiful view and the cool breeze, even when it was hot out. The pool, beach and convenience were relaxing. The trip was good for my soul!

Pool is nice; property is very clean.

The property was very clean. The master bedroom is a full not a queen as advertised and there was no comforter that we could find. The pool and spa is excellent and the beach is quite pretty.

The view is perfect of the Gulf! The Bike path is right outside the gate and we ride our bikes on it most days. The condo is very comfy. Cooking meals is not a problem. The balcony is perfect for relaxing!

Good for us!

We LOVED the view from the 4th floor balcony and it was very spacious. I spend all of my time either on the beach or patio so interior doesn’t matter too much. However, an honest review will say the furniture is dated. The queen mattress for sure could be replaced (rolls to the middle) and our fitted sheet didn’t fit so that was a struggle. We had issues with internet and tv but they quickly took care of it when I notified them. (It would be nice to have instructions). Check in and out was great. Communication was great. Kitchen had everything we needed but we usually just do light breakfast and lunch and eat out for dinner. The complex is great. Very well maintained. We had stayed at adjoining Sea Haunts multiple times but first at San Remo. My favorite area on 30A.!

Great Ocean Views

Master bedroom mattress was the worst mattress that I have ever sleep on. No spine support very saggy mattress. Ceiling fan light in master bedroom did not work, shelf broken in freezer, trim on shower recessed light in master bathroom fell off and hit my son. Only four forks and four spoons for silverware. I hope they get these issues resolved for future guest.

The resort is beautiful and well maintained. Grounds, pool are pristine and access to the beach is convenient. The room itself, while clean needs updating for the rate charged and the level of quality for the resort.

Perfect location for a fun family experience

Loved the location, view from the room, pool, hot tub, and private beach. The condo needs a bit of maintenance to clear the slow draining bath tub, fix the sticky sliding door in the master bedroom, and have some extra blankets for the chilly rainey nights.

We always enjoy our stay at San Remo! We love sitting on the patio and our view of the gulf. The property is always clean and well maintained, the people are friendly, and the pool is large. We are also in walking distance to a lot of wonderful restaurants and stores. A wonderful place to relax and restore.

Beautiful and clean but parents of young toddlers/children, beware

Our only (but significant) complaint: The condo door which leads outside outside cannot be locked from inside the condo. Therefore our toddlers and children could just open the door and go out of the condo at any point. It is extremely dangerous to stay there with young children.

The condo was perfect for us! The view was awesome. The balcony was perfect for relaxing and watching the Gulf! The bike path was so close so we could go biking as often as we wished! Miss Annette, the San Remos Manager, took care of building issues efficiently and confidently. So our winter months were excellent!
