Denna lägenhet var precis färdig 2020! Det är ett sovrum, ett badrum med en king size-säng i sovrummet och en uppgraderad minne skum drottning dra ut skinnsoffa i vardagsrummet. Vi har mörkläggningsgardiner i sovrummet och mörkläggningsgardiner i vardagsrummet. Det är bara 3 kvarter till stranden! Det är bara två kvarter till Front Street som är hem för fantastiska shopping och fantastiska restauranger! Det finns också några av våra favoritrestauranger / barer som ligger inom ett kvarter från lägenheten. Gå enkelt till Cherry Festival, fyrverkerier eller Film Festival. Old Town Playhouse ligger tvärs över gatan. Ta en kort bilresa till vandrings- eller cykellederna i Leelanau eller Mission Peninsula eller utforska Sleeping Bear National Shoreline och sanddyner. Ta dig lite tid att njuta av de vingårdar, bryggerier och ciderhus som området har att erbjuda.

Super place to stay in Traverse City

The lovely 1 bedroom/1Bath condo was perfect for our needs. It was close to the downtown, well stocked and spotlessly clean. Host was good communicator. It was an attractive condo and pleasant place to stay. But be prepared to pay the extra $20/day for the parking garage next door as free parking by the unit was hard to come by. We would stay here again

Jessie was great with assisting me over the phone with checking into the property and finding parking. I called him and he was available righr away. Location was great and the condo was prrfect for my daughter and I.

A great place to stay!

This condo was perfect for our mini stay in Traverse City! The location was within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and the beach! The host was amazing and very responsive when I was having connectivity issues. We would definitely stay here again!

Ideal Location for TC Downtown Attractions

Clean, modern, comfortable, and convenient condo. First visit to TC and can’t imagine a better location to hang out and walk to Front Street and the lake. Short walk back to the condo was needed and appreciated after over-eating routinely at local restaurants. Really enjoyed Poppycocks and arrived on the first night of their fall menu. Just FYI…8th St is under repair so there’s a few detours in the area but it works out nicely since traffic noise is almost non-existent. Easy check-in. Highly recommend

Pre Cherry Festival Stay

Property was wonderful, tastefully decorated and hosts were easy to get in contact with. The location is perfect, nice to be able to just park and walk.

In town Traverse City

Was looking for a place to walk to restaurants and attractions. This was a perfect place for that. Downtown shops and restaurants were walkable and there were restaurants and shops right around the corner. There was a small lake and river nearby. The condo was very nice, very clean. Had all the amenities we needed. The owner was nice and very accommodating.

Great Property

Great Property that was exactly as described in the posting. My wife and I are in our early 70s and enjoyed that we were within walking distances of dining and shopping on Front street. Building was largely empty so very quiet and relaxing. If I were to return to the area would certainly consider staying here again. Limited parking was a concern. Host was quick to get back to us with the couple of questions that we had. Excellent stay.

Winter snow and vineyards

We spent Friday - Monday at this property. Unit was clean, comfortable, nicely appointed and walking distance to all of downtown Traverse City. VBRO description and pictures are accurate. There are several units in this complex that part of VRBO, no issues with noise. Host was prompt to respond to our inquiries.

Great Location

Beautiful well equipped condo close enough to walk to everything downtown has to offer. Parking is a bit of a hassle as you will most likely need to use the parking garage. The parking garage is right next door and very convenient but did cost about $25 for overnight parking.

Perfect condo!

Perfect rental and location

This apartment was so clean and new. We felt like we were at home!!! It is the perfect location to walk to downtown shops and restaurants. We had never been Traverse City before and we totally enjoyed it😃

Very clean and walkable

The property was as described, extremely clean and a safe walk from many stores and restaurants. Communication with the owner was quick and helpful. There is parking nearby, and even a free EV charger in the parking garage directly next door. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect For Us

The condo was spotless and in a great location. The building was very quiet, which is very important to us. The pre-check in communication with the Carrie was prompt and thorough, and she was very helpful when our first planned stay was derailed by Covid. All in all, we could not have asked for a better experience.
