This modern condo in the heart of downtown Traverse City offers an open concept living space and is adorned with contemporary furnishings. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with all the essentials you need for home-cooked meals.

Alternatively, you'll be just steps away from the city's best restaurants and other attractions like shopping, beaches, marina, festivals, outdoor trails, and other entertainment options. Go on a short drive to local wineries, golf excursions, and ski resorts.

At the end of the day, a king size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room comfortably sleeps 4. There’s also a pack & play, and high chair for the little ones. Bathroom essentials and towels are provided. A washer and dryer is included in the unit for your convenience.

With its prime location and contemporary charm, this condo offers the ultimate urban retreat for your next getaway to experience all that the world-renowned Traverse City has to offer.

Other Things to Note: The condo is located on the 3rd floor. Guests will need to ascend 3 flights of stairs. There is no elevator in the building.

You will be provide one (1) parking tag for a designated parking space on the lot across the street. This is included in your booking with no extra fees. You may park here overnight.

Fantastic Stay

My daughter and I booked this last minute and he was so accommodating on getting us set up and checked in early. The place was so clean, felt like home away from home, and the view/location was fantastic!

Perfect property and location for my husband and I to spend a week in TC. Everything was as advertised, and staying so close to downtown meant tons of activities within walking distance. Jeff was very helpful and responsive as well!

Excellent Property

This condo is in a great location, walkable to everything! It was also very clean and although we didn't use the kitchen it did have everything you might need to make meals, etc. We enjoyed out stay here and would highly recommend.

Mid week getaway

My wife and I came to TC for a couple of nights. The rental was perfect. Very clean and the location was near everything you would want downtown. We recommend it!

Fantastic in every way

We have rented many times in TC and we were especially thrilled with this property. The location was ideal for front street without being directly on the street, parking was easy, condo was exceedingly well equipped, tastefully decorated, and communication with host was seamless. Highest marks!

Excellent Location!

Jeff was a gracious host! The condo was in impeccable condition and cozy. I was having issues with the TV and he called me after 9p to help. I will definitely be staying there again on my next trip to Traverse.

Beautiful condo in downtown

The condo was great. It is in great shape, nicely decorated, and well stocked. Location was perfect. Right downtown, less than 5 minute walk to the beach. The host was very responsive and provided great directions to unit and check in/out instructions We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again if back in the area!

Perfect location and easy parking!

What a lovely condo! Tastefully decorated with a modern flair that felt so comfortable and homey. It felt like the host really thought through what guests may need and appreciate : makeup mirror in bathroom, makeup remover wipes, extra pillows, sound machine, umbrellas, plenty of hangers in the closet for clothes, etc. It’s a fantastic location and the free parking was a breeze.
