This modern condo in the heart of downtown Traverse City offers an open concept living space and is adorned with contemporary furnishings. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with all the essentials you need for home-cooked meals.

Alternatively, you'll be just steps away from the city's best restaurants and other attractions like shopping, beaches, marina, festivals, outdoor trails, and other entertainment options. Go on a short drive to local wineries, golf excursions, and ski resorts.

At the end of the day, a king size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room comfortably sleeps 4. There’s also a pack & play, and high chair for the little ones. Bathroom essentials and towels are provided. A washer and dryer is included in the unit for your convenience.

With its prime location and contemporary charm, this condo offers the ultimate urban retreat for your next getaway to experience all that the world-renowned Traverse City has to offer.

Other Things to Note: The condo is located on the 3rd floor. Guests will need to ascend 3 flights of stairs. There is no elevator in the building.

You will be provide one (1) parking tag for a designated parking space on the lot across the street. This is included in your booking with no extra fees. You may park here overnight.

Great location in Traverse City! It’s walkable to pretty much everything downtown and the beach. The space is clean. Parking is easy. Jeff, the host, is a great communicator.

Excellent place to stay in downtown Traverse City. The condo is centrally located in the middle of downtown, walking distance to all town has to offer. The free parking is really nice. Communication with the host was clear & immediate, answering all questions within minutes of messaging. I especially liked the high end finishes and how well the property has been maintained. It didn’t feel like a rental, but a good friends house that was letting you stay for the weekend. Book with confidence!

Loved our stay! Everything was perfect! Got a great workout from the stairs. Only downside was trying to find the exact way to get to the apartment on night one, but once found was very easy to access.

This was a perfect condo for my wife and I. One block away from all the shops and restaurants downtown. Very short 5 minute walk to the beach also. For being in a location downtown the city noise was very quiet. Condo was very clean and owner responded right away when I had questions. If we come back to Traverse City I would definitely stay here again. Parking was directly across the street and was nice to have a dedicated spot instead having to pay extra for overnight parking like a lot of the other condos. Highly recommend!!!

We loved everything about Jeff’s property in Travis City. The communication and instructions were very clear and made our check-in very smooth. The property had all amenities we could want and was well decorated and comfortable. There were a lot of reference materials for the area. The location was perfect for exploring Travis City on foot and parking was close and convenient to head out to wineries and Fishtown. I highly recommend this location for a fun time in TC. Hope to return again.

We had a fantastic stay! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short, easy walk to both downtown and the beach, which made exploring the area so convenient. The space itself was cozy and very comfortable, with high-quality linens that made it feel extra relaxing. We also really appreciated how smooth and simple the check-in and check-out process was. Everything was seamless from start to finish. We’d definitely stay here again!

Overall an excellent stay. 5 stars. Host was great. Responsive, proactive and very friendly. Received check-in info earlier than any other VRBO we’ve rented. Provided a complimentary bottle of wine that welcomed us when we arrived after a long day of travel. Nice touch Jeff! Thanks. Nice property that was warm, comfortable and as advertised. TV was simple to work. Very nice coffee machine with all coffee supplies provided (big deal for me). Great bed. Quiet at night. Handy reserved parking. Located in downtown close to shops, restaurants and bars. Easy walk to the heart of Traverse City. Only drawback is it’s on the 3rd floor with no elevator. If you’re 68 like me, it’s not ideal, but not a dealbreaker given all the other positive features. I would gladly rent it again.
