Välkommen till ditt perfekta semesterstrandhem och Pensacola Beach; Floridas bäst bevarade hemlighet.

Under ägarhantering i år. 5-stjärnig fastighet. Vi är stolta över att veta att många familjer gjorde fantastiska minnen här 2019 och ser fram emot många fler glada grupper.

Öppen planlösning av kök, matsal och vardagsrum gör utrymmet bra för familjesammanhang och underhållning. Gott om plats för alla vid matbordet.

Perfekt läge: cirka 5 minuters promenad till Mexikanska golfen och en 2 minuters promenad till Santa Rosa Sound, (leta efter Baby Beach), där det lugna vattnet är perfekt för paddling, kajakpaddling eller bara flyta.

Det finns ett stopp (# 32) för vagnen precis runt hörnet nära brandstationen vid Avenida 17 som tar dig till alla strandbarer, restauranger, shopping och strandpromenader gratis under säsongen!

Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng med ett privat badrum, var och en av de andra 2 sovrummen har en drottning över drottning våningssäng. Dessa är emellertid inte de enda platserna för människor att sova! Det finns också en tvillingstor futon i loftområdet och en extra överfylld stol med utdragbar dubbelsäng för att sova ytterligare gäster, vilket ger den totala sömnkapaciteten till 12! Vi inkluderar också ett Pack n Play och barnstol för små.

Varje sovrum och vardagsrummet har en TV med sändningsantenn för lokala stationer samt YouTubeTV och ett gratis Netflix-konto ingår.

Det finns två stora däck för utomhusglädje, tillsammans med en enorm gård. Gården är utrustad med en hinkbollplan (tänk bara ölpong större!), darttavla, Tiki Toss (ring på en snöre) och jätte Jenga. Det finns också en grill på bakdäck.

För de korta promenaderna till stranden hittar du en strandvagn, solstolar, en svalare och parasoller.

A wonderful house for a group

Amazing Stay

We loved staying here. The beach was a short walk across the little highway - 10 minute walk maybe. It was such a great place to stay and had everything we could have needed and more. The hosts messaged us with everything we needed and we had a great stay!

Beautiful stay

It was so beautiful waking up every morning to sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise and sunset. I live here in Pensacola so it was a nice mini vacation for sure! Will probably book again here if I stay on the beach again!

Absolutely Perfect!

The property was amazing, they had everything we needed to make our beach trip a success. The best part were the owners. The people were very kind and going above and beyond to give us tips on how and where to fish, great places to eat, things to explore. It was an amazing experience and we will be definitely making there place our go to place when we visit.

Easy

Loved the location, the house was great for pets and had things to make a good meal at home. Only thing about the trip was no dogs on the beach in area, had nothing to do with the house or property management. They were great.

So glad we picked Bunny & Boo’s for our stay!

This house was absolutely perfect for our group (7 adults, 3 kids, & a baby. Lots of accommodations, plenty of extras like a nice selection of coffee & fully stocked kitchen, bathroom essentials, TONS of beach towels, just everything we needed. The best part was the host Bunny went above & beyond to help our grandson catch a fish from the ocean for the first time! We highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed! Thank you Bunny & Boo!

Great Beach Trip

Had an excellent time!

Had a great time with my group of 10 friends. If you are so inclined, everything is within walking distance, from the beach to a restaurant to grab a bite. Plus, the host was extremely accommodating. Overall, we might book this place for our reunion again.

It was a great trip!

We had an issue with having access to the code for the lock, but the owner was super quick to get back with us. Once we got in the house it was hard to leave! It was a perfect size and location. Pups loved the back yard. Biggest regret was we only stayed for 3 days.

Wonderful home

Bunny and Boo have a wonderful just blocks from the beach. They thought of everything- even provided plenty of beach towels and a wagon to carry items to and from the beach. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of space for everyone. Arcade game and games and books were great for when it was super hot in the mid afternoon. Very friendly hosts and easy to work with. 100% recommend this home for family vacation, friends getaway, any event. Comfortable for kids and adults. Our dog loved it too.

Extended Family Vacation

Bunny and Boo are amazing hosts! The bungalow was perfect for our large group, even when friends visited for dinner. We had easy access to the beach and sound. We took advantage of the beach cart, toys and towels. We couldn’t have asked for more. We will definitely be back.

Amazing getaway

Property is exactly as shown. Very clean and awesome hosts! The kitchen is well stocked and has many staples for cooking. The extras that Bunny and Boo provide such as games, books, beach stuff and bikes made the trip even more fun. Looking forward to staying with them again.

Awesome house close to the beach!

Bunny & Boo were excellent host and their property was awesome! It was very clean and fully stocked with any and everything you would need. The outdoor space was great and the completely fenced in back yard was very nice. There were plenty of things at the house to keep our family entertained; everything from darts, to board games, to the coolest arcade full of hundreds of games from the 80s and 90s! We enjoyed our stay here so much and cannot wait to come back again!

Bunny & Boo’s Bungalow was a fantastic place & great hosts!!

Bunny & Boo were great hosts!! Their bungalow was more than we were expecting, it was a home away from home. It had everything you needed. The girls thought the outdoor shower was unique and they all wanted to use it (at least one time 🙂). Bunny & Boo gave us ideas of things to do and were very accommodating!! We will definitely recommend their bungalow to our family & friends!!!

Amazing house with all the amenities needed

My husband and I along with our friends their kids and grandma other stayed (8 people total) for 3 nights and this could not have been a better stay. The hosts were responsive and provided info on local attractions. They also had everything we needed for the beach and everything needed to feel comfortable on our rainy day inside. Games inside and out. The house was clean and homey. It was a great location, close to the beach, restaurants and stores. Highly recommend staying here!!

After vacationing here twice a year for 8 years we decided that Pensacola Beach had to become our home. We enjoy sharing our home so that others can experience the beauty and peace of Pensacola Beach.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We love the space this home provides for large groups. It's a nice respite for just one or two also. We love the proximity to the core of Pensacola Beach. It's only a mile walk to the bars and restaurants or the free trolley during season is easy to catch right around the corner. While being just a short walk to the Gulf or the sound this home is on a quiet street. If your goal is to get away this house is perfect. This home was love at first sight for us.
