Beautiful home

This is a beautiful home in a perfect location. The only suggestions we have are to update the beds. And also the master bedroom stayed CONSIDERABLY warmer than the rest of the house. We had the thermostat set to 70 and it was 10-15 degrees warmer than that in the master. Overall, a wonderful place to stay and was great for my little family.

Beach house

A wonderful house very clean everything you could need, and close proximity to anything you would like to visit. Plenty of restaurants in the area and a beautiful white sand beach..

Short but sweet

Girls trip… we got together for a country music festival in Mobile, Alabama and decided to spend a few nights in Pensacola. The house was exactly as advertised, the beds were comfortable, and Bill was great to work with. My only suggestion would be updating the hall bathroom a bit, but aside from that everything was great.

Beach House

The house is as listed and is nice, also it is in a great location. My family enjoyed being able to walk to the beach access. The wrap around deck was nice as well. I would definitely stay here again. Check in was a little confusing so check your attachments that are emailed closely, the front door key code will be on that, other than that enjoy.

Great vacation rental

Rental was great, better than shown in pictures. Communication with manager was great, he was quick, timely, and helpful. Would definitely stay there again; had a great time!

Great Basecamp for the Beach

The house was very clean and well set up as a launching point for the beach. The collection of vintage bikes for use while there were greatly appreciated, as were the beach chairs. Check in was easy and the property manager went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant.

Needed Get-Away

We stayed a brief two nights of which the first had rain, and the second had a brilliantly sunny and cooler day. We had ample room for the four of us and privacy. Had all we needed.

Not a 4 bedroom/3 bath, but great location.

This property is dated, but in an excellent location. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with a futon and pull-out couch. The kitchen has been partially remodeled, but the cook-top and stove were barely functioning and the outdoor grill was too filthy to use. This made cooking for our family of 8 very difficult. That being said, the property manager was responsive and did supply us with a new grill halfway through our stay. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, but many of the cooking implements were too old and dirty to use. There were sheets for the pull-out couch and futon, but no blankets. We had to improvise.

Nice enough for the short notice

House itself is dated which is no big deal. What was a bigger deal was the pile of doritos left in the driveway upon our arrival, the dirty spatula in the sink which appeared to have eggs on it and the dirty brown washcloth found in the master bathtub. The master toilet rocks (literally) when using it and the guest bath toilet ran. We had to turn the water off to it when not using it. Again overall, nice enough but not sure if I would recommend or restay here.

Beach house

Check in process was very easy. Actually got in earlier than expected. The layout of the house was as advertised. Wrap around deck was a nice addition. The bathrooms weren’t the cleanest, but we managed. The yard was our biggest problem. Definitely not kept up. Stickers, thorn bushes were the biggest problem especially with little ones. They wanted to play in the yard before going to the beach but couldn’t. Overall beautiful place to stay except for the yard. Would recommend for older teenagers and adults.

Fabulous House

This is a great property with everything you need to enjoy Pensacola Beach. The Property Manager is super attentive if you have any questions or need anything. We’d stay here again.

Great for Families

Stayed here with the family and my kids loved it. We loved it too. Quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and the best part is they allowed my precious chihuahua to stay there with us. Will definitely be back again soon. And Bill was great, responds quickly, and was quick to call or text back if we have any questions or issues.

Cute place

Nice place to stay with everything you need. The beach was a short walk, even closer than I thought from looking at a map. The pool is a little further but if you ride one of the provided bikes, you can get there in 2 minutes.

Not dog friendly

The house was nice but the lawn was natural and filled with stickers. My dogs were covered in them. There was a Hugh cleaning fee tacked on the the rental fee but you are required to strip the bed, take out the garage, clean all the dishes. It was ridiculous. With all the extra fees we paid almost double what the per night charges were. We won’t stay there again.
