Modernt tre sovrum tre badrum semesterhus med en privat trädgård och uppvärmd pool. Stort inbjudande vardagsrum med mysig öppen spis, mysig soffa och sittplatser för kaffe, vin eller ett enkelt schackspel. Köksstilkök som förbinder bostadsområdet med matplatsen med utsikt över poolen. Skjutreglage helt öppna för att ansluta sittplatsen inomhus med poolen och utomhusköket (med kylskåp, spishäll och gasgrill).

Alla tre sovrummen har smarta TV-apparater och / eller kabelboxar. Två badrum med dusch och det tredje med dusch och badkar.

Family vacation

This home is in a great location! Close to beach and shopping. Naples park is a great safe neighborhood. We enjoyed bike riding to the beach as well as daily walks. The home had a wonderful nice and cool air conditioning system, the beds are extremely COMFORTABLE! The bikes are in great shape. The pool is open with no cage, great for getting sun, the pool does collect a lot of debris, however they have a pool net there to keep it clean. Peaceful and relaxing vacation.

Can't beat Vanderbilt Beach!

We booked a two-week vacation at this home, and it met every expectation! Tracy and her husband were super friendly and responded very quickly to any questions we had. We love this location with its proximity to the beaches, shopping, and ease to the airport. The kitchen was completely equipped, and with an additional fridge in the garage, we had plenty of freezer space and room for our beverages-that was a nice surprise!

Nice Location and Amenities

This property is located in a nice location near Vanderbilt Beach with many amenities nearby. The property has been renovated however the Master Bath has a stand up shower protruding from the ceiling right next to the sink which results in a wet area around the sink itself and countertop area; you cannot easily keep anything dry around the sink area. This area is separated by a sliding glass door right next to the toilet and the sliding door unfortunately leaked at the bottom which resulted in towels being used to dam off the water running into the toilet area itself.The curb appeal is beautiful and all appliances worked well; dishes and drinkware was well appointed.We did not use the bikes; there are many areas to use them. The beach umbrellas, chairs, cooler and wagon were used multiple days.The pool and surrounding area are well appointed, and taken care of - we enjoyed the pool multiple times.There are many restaurants, grocery stores and shopping nearby with some very nice upscale restaurants for dining.

Great location and very clean!

My wife and I enjoyed the quiet and privacy of the pool and backyard. Very relaxing! House was spotless and nicely remodeled. Enjoyed the 1 mile walk to the beach and restaurants, plus the neighborhood in general was very walkable and made for a nice morning exercise.

Family Christmas Vacation

Very spacious for a family of four. The private back yard and the bikes were great! Modern kitchen allowed for a few breakfasts/lunch and a dinner in. Easy walk/ride to the beach.

Comfy Naples Retreat

The house is located in a great area in Naples Park, close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. It was very clean inside; but we did have to clean off the patio furniture and clean the pool - no cage, so that happens - no big deal. The house was very nicely renovated, and it had everything we needed (but bring your own Keurig coffee pods!). Tracy, the host, was terrific and promptly addressed any concerns. We would definitely stay here again!

When you don’t want surprises

Everything was as advertised. Talked to owner several times about minor questions and she was Johnny on the spot. Very well decorated and also very well equipped with dishes, pots snd pans, etc. several bikes provided for sightseeing. Would book it again.

Pictures better than the real thing

Pictures look better than the real thing. There was not a shade cover over the pool, back yard landscape not attractive, no working outdoor grill area as pictured. Pool floats busted, took chairs to the beach for sunset, chair back would not stay up (busted) .Lots of tiny bugs crawling over the kitchen counters everyday. Master bath spa, leaking toilet. Needs window coverings on all windows, nothing on front or back door, had to hang blankets for privacy. The TV in Master bedroom did not work, could not get local stations or news stations. Overall, appears the home has been remodeled but done cheaply with plywood counters in the bathroom, small door openings. I would rate this property as average. Would not rent again, sorry.
