Family friendly home/neighborhood

My family and some friends stayed here for 3 nights with 6 kids ranging from 9 months to 6 years old. All of the kids had a great time playing in the basement and watching movies. There are hundreds of dvds in the kitchen, so that was a fun surprise. As a parent of small kids who require a bath, we ended up having to use one of the adult room’s bathrooms to bathe the kids. I wish the bath had been in the bathroom attached to the room with the twin beds, but we definitely made it work. The beds were all very comfortable and the house smelled fresh and was not overpowered by any fragrances/air fresheners. The basement room was a lot of fun, but all of the table tennis racquets were broken when we arrived (rubber pads off/barely hanging on), so we didn’t get to play that. However, the pool table and arcade game were a blast for all ages. The hot tub was neat, but it did not get as hot as ones I’ve been in before. I think the highest temp we were able to achieve was 99 degrees. Within walking distance of the house, there is a beautiful river walk. The kids (adults) had so much fun attempting to skip rocks and saw lots of geese. If we return to the area, we will definitely try to stay in this house again. The owners were also great to communicate with!

Spring Break getaway

We had an 10 day stay and it was fantastic. The location was super convenient but tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip of Pigeon Forge. The house was clean and well taken care of. The game room was a HUGE hit with the kids and adults. I had an issue with the garbage disposal one day and Robyn responded quickly and Craig was there to take care of it soon after. They were super nice and super helpful. We would totally stay there again!

Awesome house!

This was our second year in a row that my family stayed here. It is the perfect house for us and the location is the best! We had a minor issue the first night we were there and I cannot say enough good things about the owners. They were quick to help resolve the issue and that made us love renting this property even more! We will be back again next year!

Great location the game room is a plus

Seymour Of the Smokies is a great place and a great location. It’s well supplied and very clean. The game room is an absolute plus. We didn’t get to use it that much but we enjoyed the time we did. We will definitely consider this house in the future.

Perfect stay

My wife, her mother and twin sister, our daughter and granddaughter stayed here. My granddaughter celebrated turning 7 on the trip. She said that the house "was the most perfect house ever". They all had a wonderful time!

Girls get away

Nice and clean, the 10 & 13 year olds loved the basement .Beds were comfortable, the host were very friendly and helpful. This is the second time we have stayed there and will stay again.

The house was great. Kitchen was prepared for cooking.

The house was very comfortable. Kitchen was prepared for cooking--dishes, pots/pans, appliances. Beds were nice. The kids loved the gameroom. Everything we needed was supplied or information given as to where to find it. Contact with the owners was easy and they were quick to respond. Convenient to activities and entertainment.

Location, well laid out, clean, feels like home. Owners took pride in their home and it shows. Plenty of space, comfortable, even better in person than on Vrbo. A wonderfully favorite place that we are sure we will return to.

Perfect Pigeon Forge Home

We needed a place big enough for 6 kids and 4 adults for a family vacation in the Smokies. This home fit the bill perfectly. Close to town and all the attractions on the Parkway, but nestled away from that hustle and bustle in a quaint little neighborhood which is very quiet. The home itself was very clean and has anything and everything you could need to cook a big breakfast or a big dinner. The game room in the basement was a big hit with the kids who had endless energy to burn while the worn out parents recuperated in the hot tub. Owners emailed a detailed explanation several days before ur arrival and also had a huge book in the living room with suggestions of places to eat or visit. All in all would highly recommend this house and we will definitely rent again!!

Great for families

My kids loved the playroom, especially the arcade. We had enough room for our family of 6. The kitchen was well equipped for your typical family vacation cooking (pancakes, pizza, etc). Very clean and well located to do pigeon forge attractions.

The perfect place for family

Our children enjoyed this place so much they didn't want to leave and go see the rest of Pigeon Forge. There were plenty of kitchen appliances, pans, dishes. Plenty of places to put everyone and a phenomenal game room. My family kept complementing me on a good find.

Awesome Stay!

Booked this for a family weekend to enjoy Christmas in the mountains/Dollywood. The house was perfect for our family and great location. Will definitely look at booking again for future trips!

Everything was perfect

Everything was so clean and we had everything we needed to cook. The kids really loved the game room, and the owners brought by stuff for our grandson to catch a trout. The location was perfect and so easy to get to, just minutes from town.

Fall Vacation

House was perfect for our family (grandparents, parents, and three grandchildren). The game room in the basement was a huge hit with the kiddos- and the hot tub! The bedrooms and bathrooms were all a good size. Kitchen/ dining area was nice and had everything you need to prepare meals. Best yet the house is in a really nice, cute neighborhood but close enough to all attractions - we were at the Island and Dollywood within just a few minutes. The owner was very kind to send us an email before we checked in with some great local information and good to know information about the house. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great House

We really enjoyed staying there on our trip to pigeon forge. The place was really nice and very clean. It seemed like you was out in the country area but you was close to town really. The area was really nice and quiet. The game room in the basement was nice we enjoyed it just hanging out down there late at night or during the day. The neighbors was really nice if we had questions about the neighborhood. The beds was very comfortable and clean. We will be sure to come back to stay there on next year trip if it is available when we book. I would recommend anyone to stay here if they ask me a great place to stay. The book they had on the counter that recommend where to eat or places to go with great idea too.

We vacationed here. Fell in love with the area and especially this community. Decided to buy a home there. Our permanent home is in South Carolina about an hour inland from the coast. We used to camp at the beach. Then we visited Pigeon Forge and put the camper up for sale! We like the area so much we plan to retire there one day. We visit here every chance we get, but enjoy being able to share our home with you. When you call our contact number, you will be speaking directly with us, the owners, not a management company.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Location, location, location! This property is So convenient to all the major attractions, and the road comes out at one of the major stop lights on the Parkway. It just doesn't get any more convenient than that. Although only a half mile off the parkway, you would never know you're that close. There is NO noise from the traffic on the Parkway in this quiet community. And, the neighborhood is just so nice and clean and well laid out.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

This home has an under-house garage which is an open area as big as the foot-print of the house. We sectioned off half of this garage area as a game room. We love the convenience and fun ourselves, and think you will enjoy it as much as we do. Everything is so well laid out and so convenient, we just fell in love with it.
