Perfect spot to stay!

Patty and John were the perfect hosts! The property is so charming. All the attention to detail from the decorating to the amenities! The beds and pillows were so comfortable. Everything is so clean. Their communication was clear and available. I'm sure if I needed anything they'd have been right there. They provided the landing spot for a fabulous getaway. I am already planning my next stay!

Thanksgiving getaway

My daughter and I stayed at this delightful place over Thanksgiving. It was just as described, was super cozy and a great location. Would definitely stay again. Communication with the owner was great, and the park across the street worked out really well for our dog.

Absolutely wonderful

We loved this apartment. The location, the cleanliness, the thoughtful touches and attention to detail. As a bonus - we didn’t have to basically clean the apartment when checking out like so many other properties. Our host couldn’t have been nicer. I have stayed in numerous apartments around the world and this one in Geneva NY is one of the best.

Lovely

We enjoyed everything about our weekend here. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean. There were so many welcoming touches- creamer in the fridge, different coffee choices, and comfortable linens. We enjoyed the lovely view of the sunrise over the lake each morning. We would love to stay again and will recommend it highly. Thank you!

Charming

The apartment was absolutely adorable. Everything we could have needed and more was there. John was extremely helpful and while we had no issues, I feel confident he would have handled any concerns promptly. We walked to the lake and to several meals. Very convenient. Great stay.

Amazing Home!!!!

By far one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. Beautifully decorated, comfortable with all the upscale comforts of home including bedding and bathroom amenities ! Extremely cozy and clean. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. Excellent host! Will definitely stay again and highly recommend the great place.

Lovely Geneva apartment

This is the perfect lodging for exploring the Finger Lakes. The apartment is professionally decorated and so very clean. The rooms are huge and the furnishings and bedding all above first class. Being on the Main street with an incredible lake view in a Historic row house was such a treat. From the deluxe coffee bar, every comfort has been provided. We loved being able to walk to breakfast every morning at Water Street Cafe and to local restaurants for dinner. Every place we wanted to visit was within a 50 minute drive on back country roads. An idyllic vacation base in Geneva. John, the property manager made sure we had everything we needed and was just a text away for any questions. We appreciate the attention to detail of the lovely apartment and the service provided by John. Many thanks for a wonderful Finger Lakes vacation.

Best stay in finger lakes

Beautifully decorated and great location

The location was great for walking down to the lake & downtown. We could also see the fireworks from our window. The apt. was located on the 2nd floor of a historical building but had all the conveniences from home that you don't get at a hotel. The online pics do not come close to showing how beautifully decorated the place is. My only negative comment is that parking is on the street. Since we stayed during July 4th weekend, it was sometimes difficult finding parking. If you have trouble walking, that might be troublesome for you. Otherwise, I highly recommend this place.

Outstanding property, host and stay

This is a great property in a great downtown location. The property is super clean, extremely spacious and comfortable, and very stylishly appointed. It was a great location to walk to downtown Geneva, the lakefront, and everywhere in between. Patti and John were great and responsive hosts. Tons of free street parking as well. We have already book our next stay at the property.

Beautiful spot in a great location

My husband, son and I stayed here for our son's graduation from Hobart & William Smith Colleges. I wish I had known about it during his four years in Geneva - I would have stayed here every time we visited! The location is perfect - walking distance to everything, so we didn't need to drive to graduation or the restaurants. The host was friendly and accommodating, stocked the fridge with creamers for coffee and offered many coffee options for the Keurig. The apartment was beautiful and quiet, beds and pillows comfortable. If I am ever back in Geneva, this is where I will stay!

Comfortable Stay and Great Views

My partner, our dog, and I stayed at this cozy, homey, and welcoming VRBO for Memorial Day Weekend and we had an amazing time! John is such welcoming host, communicative, and helpful. They spared no expense in ensuring the small details were done right. The home was plentifully stocked with necessities. The VRBO is dog-friendly and we were so glad to bring our 20-week puppy with us. They even provide cute doggy bowls for food and water! The beds and bedding are comfortable, the unit was very well cleaned, and they provided plenty of toiletries and other supplies that we didn't need to go out and get anythig on our own. The pictures don't do this place justice - it's truly charming!

Amazing service

The property was beautiful. The decorations and furniture were perfect, we miss the couch and bedding already! The lake views and sunrise were amazing. The location is perfect for walking to downtown Geneva. The property manager gave us great service and made sure everything was perfect. Thank you for a great experience as we were displaced from our home.

Beautiful!!!

The property is located on a wonderful historic street close to town with views of the lake. Who could as for more. The unit I stayed in was impeccably decorated, clean and well stocked. The property manager was available and very helpful!!! I plan a return trip for sure!!!

Great weekend

We loved the location and charm of the building. The apartment was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. It was an easy walk to HWS campus or downtown. The host, John, was very nice and really did an outstanding job. We would definitely stay here again!

Fall visit to our HWS student

Had a wondering couple of days visiting our HWS student during the fall long weekend. Geneva is lovely and was the highlight of the trip. The apartment was super comfortable for us and my parents, we enjoyed making breakfast before our day started. Thank you so much!

Finger Lake Fall Getaway

We had an incredible week visiting friends in Geneva! The location of our VRBO was excellent, with a spectacular view over Seneca Lake to watch the sunrise from the kitchen table. Very comfy beds, a plethora of bath products, Keurig coffee/tea. This was the best VRBO ever!

Geneva Anniversary

My husband & I spent our 43rd anniversary at the beautiful apt on Main St in Geneva. The cool weather was a delightful respite from hot & humid La., & the apt was so clean & beautifully decorated! I would LOVE to spend the entire summer there!! Absolutely one of the best vrbo’s we have rented! Such a wonderful experience, & the property manager was so responsive & helpful. We would definitely rent again!!!
