Kom och njut Grubbla Pines Stuga i historiska Twain Harte, Kalifornien, bara 2. 5 timmar från Bay Area.

Detta fridfulla redwood stuga delar fastigheten med två gigantiska Ponderosa tallar. Vi är belägna på en av de vackraste och tysta gatorna i Twain Harte, bara några kvarter från butikerna i centrum, pee wee golf och restauranger. Vi är den enda semesteruthyrning bland våra grannar. Grann Stugorna används endast av ägarna som håller vårt område är mycket tyst.
Grubbla Pines Cabin 8 pers med 2 sovrum, ett sovloft som fungerar som ett tredje sovrum och två badrum. Den sovrummet på övervåningen har en drottning och en enkelsäng. Den nedre sovrummet har en drottning och enkelsäng också. Loftet har två tvillingar och ett badrum på övervåningen och en nere också.

Många kalifornierna vet Twain Harte som en utmärkt destination för familjer. Några av våra hyresgäster är tredje generationens Twain Harte semesterfirare! Grubbla Pines Cabin har också sjö medlemskap. Stora minnen kan göras spendera soliga dagar på stranden i Twain Harte Lake. Twain Harte Lake är en stor badsjö med fiske, trampoliner och vattenrutschbanor. Det finns en hel snack bar som serverar allt från hamburgare och pommes frites till snö kottar och glass! Vinterdagar kan spenderas på Dodge Ridge Ski Resort bara ett sätt upp motorvägen.

- Vinter-, vår- och höstfrekvensen är $ 175 / natt med ett minimum på 2 nätter eller $ 955. 50per vecka.
- Semesterhelgerna har en 3 nätters minimum på 175 / natt.

Stay was wonderful. Great cabin. There was only 3 of us so space was fine. Great deck with nice patio furniture so we enjoyed our time outdoors. Good location as we walked to town every morning for coffee. Loved it

Quiet Cabin

The cabin was great, very clean, we loved it. We spent a lot of time on the deck. The neighborhood was so quiet and it is so close to town. The beds were comfy, we all slept well and the bathrooms were nice. The cabin was creaky, but it was part of the charm. And finally the owners were really great, communication was really good. Thank again for letting us stay.

Comfy and Inviting Cabin

A perfect spot for a family. Comfortable cabin and close to everything. Wrap around deck is especially inviting in the summer. The host made sure we had everything we needed - which we did!

Nice location, quiet

We went to Twain Harte for a week's vacation and enjoyed the beauty and nice weather. The cabin is in an excellent location and has a large deck where we were able to entertain other family members.

Peaceful Getaway

We found this cabin to meet all of our expectations. It was very peaceful and our family had a great time bonding. Robert was available to answer any questions and provided great recommendations on places to visit. Will look forward to staying there again soon.

Charmingly rustic cabin in the trees

Walking distance to town, but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood among the trees. Comfortable beds, a cozy fireplace, and deer to watch out the window. Robert was very helpful and easy to get ahold of when we had questions. A great place to stay in a wonderful little town.

Great rustic mountain cabin

Exactly what we were looking for. Robert was so easy to work with, the cabin is as described, is very well equipped, clean and cozy. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and our last morning we saw deer playing together right across the street. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again sometime.

Excellent Comfortable Place for short or long term

Pondering Pines is a a charming cottage for a short or long visit. It has all the amenities that a family needs and then some - plenty of room, beds, games etc. to keep everyone comfortable and occupied. The cabin is close to all the local favorites of Twain Harte. Robert was also accommodating with our some requirements that came up. We would be happy to stay at Pondering Pines again.

Classic Twain Harte experience in a friendly family cabin

We had a wonderful stay in this cabin. It is in a great location - it's an easy walk to town for mini golf and ice cream. This cabin offers lake access, and the owners were very helpful in securing reservations (now required due to Covid) for the dates of our stay. We had everything we needed - a great large deck for meals and enjoying the quiet setting, and a small but tidy and well-supplied kitchen. Communication was great, and we felt welcome and informed from the day we booked.

Great Location

The cabin is in a great location. We walked to town with our children to get ice cream for them, and happy hour for us. Then, back to the cabin to bbq dinner! We spent our mornings and evenings on the deck, where we saw a ton of wildlife. We saw deer, a bear, and a bobcat all from the back deck. Great spot for a little trip.

Great stay!

My family and I were lucky to book this comfortable, cozy country cabin...it had everything we needed. It was so easy to be able to just walk into town and find wonderful restaurants to eat at! The Wi-Fi connection was fast, the cabin was extremely clean, and we appreciated the air conditioning In the main bedroom! Also, we enjoyed several days at the Twain Harte Lake! Thank you Robert and Susan for allowing us to stay at your lovely place! We will definitely return!

lovely deck and location

We enjoyed our stay in the cabin, especially the large, well furnished deck where we spent most of our time when we weren't at the wonderful Twain harte lake. It is a great location, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen well equipped but small. The living room was the one disappointment, dark and the couches uncomfortable and shabby. All and all we liked it and will return.

Early Valentine's getaway

We had a romantic stay in this mountain cabin, snacking on great cheese, olives and marinated peppers from the Twain Harte market as the sun set, skiing at Dodge Ridge under blue skies, winning enough at the Black Oaks casino to pay for a fantastic seafood buffet, cozying in under homemade quilts for a lazy morning, and enjoying a breakfast of corn meal pancakes at the Little Cottage. Thanks for a great break to our crazy routine!

New Years Eve Trip

First, I want to say that Robert the owner is amazing. His communication was impeccable and was always willing to answer questions. The cabin is clean, quaint and comfortable. It had all the necessities that we needed. Our family had a great time and enjoyed being so close to Pinecrest so that the kids could go sledding. Thank you again Robert we had a wonderful time.

My family has been vacationing in Twain Harte for about 15 years now. We were looking for a vacation place that had everything. Twain Harte is that place. Twain Harte offers a beautiful swimming and fishing only lake, restaurants within walking distance, Pee Wee golf, hiking trails , golf course , movies in the park , only a few hours from the bay area , snow skiing and much more. Its been a long time dream of mine to own my own vacation place in the mountains. With the support of my wife we were able to make it work.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Our cabin is located on a very quiet street yet its within walking distance to restaurants , pee wee golf and your morning coffee and fresh baked scone !!!. Its has a large deck and sits on about 1/4 of an acre.We spend every morning having coffee on the deck and every evening bbqing and enjoying our great view as the sun sets.
Deer can often be seen coming up from the creek down the hill behind the cabin.The creek is too far to hike to. Sorry kids :) On the nights we get back too late from the lake or playing in the snow we often walk to town for a bite at one of the local restaurants. 'The Rock' is very popular!The cabin was built in 1937 but has all the comforts of home. YES! It has central heat !!! We love Twain Harte and we love our cabin. I know you will too. NO PETS ALLOWED
