Detta North Lake Tahoe-hemma ligger en mil från strandlinjen i Kings Beach och erbjuder det perfekta läget för en familjesemester. Med fyra sovrum plus ett loft och tre kompletta badrum rymmer huset bekvämt upp till elva. Det expansiva huvudrummet är utmärkt för underhållning och middagar. Det öppnar mot ett stort däck med utemöbler och två grillar. Badtunnan på undre däck rymmer upp till 8 och kan användas året runt eftersom den är skyddad från snön och regnet. Det tvåbilsgaraget möjliggör gott om parkering, särskilt under vintermånaderna då gatuparkering är förbjuden. Slutligen har köket helt nya apparater, och huset är fullt utrustat med WiFi och en tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Vad finns i närheten:
På sommaren kan du ta dig till en av de bästa stränderna på Lake-Kings Beach. Här kan du hyra en kajak eller jet ski, använda båtlanseringen eller bara koppla av på strandlinjen. Stora sjöar finns också i närheten. Huset ligger också inom en 8 mil radie av 4 golfbanor. Om nattlivet är det du letar efter, är Crystal Bay och andra kasinon bara 4 mil bort. Under vintern är det en enkel resa till Tahoe bästa skidorter. Northstar-at-Tahoe och Diamond Peak ligger båda bara 10 minuter bort. Northstar är en främsta utväg som erbjuder dussintals hissar och terrängparker samt skridskoåkning, shopping och restauranger i den nya byn. Diamond Peak är en mindre mer familjevänlig utväg som är perfekt för nybörjare. Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows och Mt. Rose ligger alla inom 25 minuter från huset. Dessutom finns det snöskoteruthyrning, längdskidåkning och snöskor i närheten.

Great place for families - as advertised in info and pictures

Property was as as described and shown in pictures and fit our large extended family with an age range of Grandparent, parents, kids and all the way down to 1.5 years old without issue. Kings beach is right down the road and so is grocery store and various restaurants and hiking trails. We all had a great time and would certainly stay again!

Property was as as described and shown in pictures and fit our large extended family with an age range of Grandparent all the way down to 1.5 years old without issue. Kings beach is right down the road and so is grocery store and various restaurants and hiking trails. We all had a great time and would certainly stay again!

Perfect house!

This was the perfect house for my family! Plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well furnished with everything we needed to cook with and enough bathrooms everyone could get ready at the same time. Highly recommend this house!

We rung in the new year at this great home. Perfect location - beautiful walks out the front door, easy drive to beach and town. And a short drive to several ski resorts. Would stay again!

Great stay for 8!

We had 8 people stay at this property and we had more than enough room, could’ve have another 2-3 folks join us if we wanted.. and we’d still have plenty of space! I loved that we could park in the garage so it made heading out to the slopes in the morning super easy. Hot tub was great, kitchen was large and stocked, living room area was huge with tall ceilings. Would highly recommend this property for large groups.

Tahoe for the family

The house is large enough to accommodate two to three families and is close to scenic beaches and outdoor adventures. Quiet area, neighbors were nice. Could do without the spiders in the house (needs some quality control from the management side) and bears broke into our vehicle the night my son left it unlocked. Otherwise, amazing place to stay.

Mostly Good!

The were a lot of positive things about the property. The location was great, right between Northstar and King’s Beach. It was big and looked better than the pictures in real life. The kitchen was a good size and was well-equipped. However, it definitely needed some TLC. The spout in the bathroom kept falling off and the pull out bed was broken. The mattress had to be put on the floor to use. When I contacted the company they were responsive but there was inconsistent follow through from the local people who were supposed to fix it. The house would be awesome with some updating.

Great home for a 30th bday weekend in the snow

The house was huge. The hot tub was perfect. It was extremely clean when we arrived. The deep driveway easily allowed for 6 cars. Super close to the grocery store, lake and restaurants. Ideal location to go to northstar and palisades (in that order). Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect for the hole family

Everything was perfect! I would definitely come back during the summer. Only thing the garbage was full so left it in the garage. Other than that everything was perfect.

Great family house

This large home nicely accommodated our immediate family while we were in Kings Beach for a large family reunion The living and dining area, and the kitchen were well furnished with all we needed. We did have to request more towels and we requested someone to come in repair the hot tub. The garage door opener was non-functioning, and we were unable to get someone to come and fix it while we were there.

Not as advertised

This house was not what was advertised on the website. There are NO twin beds and the trundle bed in the pictures isn’t there. The sofa beds are old, broken and have no sheets. Bathrooms are needing major updates. Although Vacasa did bring us air beds, not the same as a mattress they didn’t provide sheets or batteries to inflate air them. There were also little bugs and ants. The rug in the kitchen is a major trip hazard, someone is going to get hurt.

Very clean and nice.

The house was clean and big enough for us all. We couldn't use the bbq due to the about 3 feet of snow blocking it. Driveway was iced over and dangerous, my father fell and hurt himself pretty bad. No internet the whole time and kept getting told they were working on it and there was a power page and it would be an hour, we were told that for two days. Not enough towels for half of us. Could not find anywhere to put the trash so we left the full bags in the garage. There was no dishwasher detergent to run the dishwasher. No foil, plastic wrap, ziploc bags, etc. One bracket holding up the TV satellite box is falling off. Overall it was a good stay and clean. Just wish the basic things you would expect from a vacation house were available.

Loved this house, no monster staircases to navigate

As you know when you go skiing, where you stay often has major steep staircases since you're traveling among mountains/slopes. For our trip, which requires lugging four large suitcases and groceries for days, a LACK of steep inclines is a huge benefit. This place you can park and get to the bedroom or kitchen taking just a half-staircase in either case, soooo accessible. I can focus on this minor perk because this place totally covers the basics of any awesome VRBO. It has a great layout for three families (12 total) and comfortable clean accommodation, and it's no more than 35 minutes drive to Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, or Mt. Rose (our favorite - higher elevation/better snow). Two of the 4 bedrooms has their own bathroom with the other two sharing a bathroom. There's also a top level loft with even more sleeping space. Plenty of towels, plates, and shampoo/conditioner. What's more I would automatically give this place 5 stars because of Alexandra's super-responsiveness. When the code she gave us to enter home didn't work, she picked up after a few rings on our first call. She was just as timely responding to our other inquiries. I would also give this place 5 stars because of the heat and power of the enormous jacuzzi, so lovely on sore bones from a day snowboarding. The kitchen was well equipped and this is one of the few places I've seen in Tahoe (under four digits a night) that has a dining table that seats 10. I do want to note, being as frank as possible, that the reviews on the WiFi issues are valid (easily resolved) as well as the heat not being as strong on the bottom floor (plenty of blankets to make up for it). We are hoping we can return to this great space in the future.

Great place with great price

The cabin expierience we had here was phenomenal. The place is great. Very spacious rooms, nice decks, awesome kitchen, plenty of parking in a nice neighborhood. We had a blast all weekend. Kitchen is stocked well with appliances, plenty of pillow and bedding, TVs in all rooms. Close to the beach and close to food and kids playgrounds. The customer service was great and we will be staying here again!

Good times:)

We had a pretty good fam vaca. Loved that we were a 5 min drive from the beach. Kitchen was def fully stocked:). We ran out of toilet paper mid week, however we brought our own, just in case, so that was fine. The trash bin was full apon arrival (don’t know what happened there). We called and it was taken care of within hours:). The house was clean, However, the decks were all full of pollen, even the furniture. We were unable to sit on the deck the whole week. We tried to dust the furniture but it was too much. It was everywhere. We did use the bbq, but When we took off the cover, it was also covered with pollen…lol. That’s how we knew it wasn’t cleaned at all. One more thing…no screen on the sliding door to the main level deck. That to me is super necessary!! Since most houses in Tahoe do not have AC, It gets hot and we would have like the extra breeze in the evening without the bugs flying in. Anyhow, we made it work, and over all had a good trip!! Oh…the hot tub…Worked well and we enjoyed it:).

Great house with some management issues

Overall, this house met all our space needs for our daughter’s wedding weekend, and would recommend it to others with some advice. In a prior review, we knew to bring some supplies like ziplock bags and tin foil. All supplies ran low and we restocked TP, paper towel, laundry soap) Other supplies were also running very low esp. Soap dispensers in the bathrooms. Make sure ahead of time if the hot tub is ready for use. For us it wasn’t, and wasn’t prepped and usable until the day before our departure. 6 parking spots we’re advertised but due to so much snow and ice uncleared from the driveway/ we barely had 4. It’s a great location and close to lake but the only walking route is on the hwy. I would give this house another chance but know what to expect ahead of time.

Oh yeah!

The house is huge enough for a couple of family 10 to 15 person. All accommodation,towels, pillows, blankets etc...The house is beautiful bright, and cleans are expected what a vacation needs.The kitchen plenty of all chefs cook needs and serves👩‍🍳 Teen seat luxury dining table with multi color table cover for every evenings family dinners, it it shows up warm and romantic 😉 close to King beach and others easy to access. Thank you for your all set.

Great location for a Tahoe getaway

The home was perfect for our extended family of 9, including adult children. Easy access to all Tahoe has to offer. Very well stocked kitchen. Any issues with the home were promptly addressed by the management company. I would stay here again.
