One of the best villas we have stayed in in recent years and one of the smoothest check in processes we have experienced. I can honestly say this is one of the only villas I would happily stay in again based not only the facilities and location but also how smooth the rental process was and communication with the owner.

My family loved this place. Excellent communicate from the owner and answered everytime…The house was clean and was just like the pictures. It felt so much like home we didn’t want to leave. The house was convenient to everything.

The house was nice and clean. Convenient location to everything. The clubhouse was nice and the lady working at the outdoor bar was sooo nice! She was also from Ohio so we clicked right away. The pool is nice, plenty of towels and decent game room. The only downfall is the one master bedroom was not big enough for a king size bed and everything else but we made it work. Thank you for the stay!

The kids (and us) absolutely loved having the pool right there and ended up spending a ton of time in it. The house was the perfect size and has everything we needed.

Home is very well maintained. Lots of room for family with children. Pool and hot tube temperature excellent. Pool has feeling of privacy. Lots of patio chairs and beach towels. Would highly recommend this house.

The pool and jacuzzi were a great feature! The house could have been a little cleaner. Floors were a little dirty and there was hair in the sink in one of the bathrooms when we arrived. Overall, the stay was quite enjoyable

Scott was great! Very accommodating! We had some minor issues pop up while we were there, and both times someone came out that day to resolve the issue! It was amazing! And so appreciated! We extended our stay a few days due to a snow storm back home, and that process was super simple as well! We had a great vacation!

The host was very responsive and accommodating. The unit was in a nice gated community with a wonderful clubhouse and a great location; very clean and cheerful, well staged, well stocked and the game room was delightful. Sofas were very comfy as were the beds. The double en suite was a treat. We did not use the children’s rooms, but they were adorable. We would definitely look to do this again in the future.

This was a great place to stay. The community is nice and quiet and the house pool plus the community pool were clean and a pleasure to use. The house was very comfortable - the beds, the A/C, and everything was in working order. Kitchen appliances and washer/dryer are newer and worked well. Loved the ice maker in the fridge. All communications I had with the host were always answered quickly. Check in was a breeze - I just showed up, entered the code and entered the house. Loved the decor and themed rooms. All flooring is tile, which is typical in Florida and the house is one level which worked very well for us - if you have kids, having one level makes the house feel larger and provides better isolation between lounge areas and bedrooms. Highly recommend.
