Thank you so much for the wonderful review! I’m so sorry about the pool lights — there’s actually a switch for them, but I forgot to mention it. I really appreciate your understanding. This home used to be managed by a company, and I just started managing it myself, so I’m still getting familiar with everything. Now I know where everything is, and I’ll make sure your next stay is even better! Hope to host you and your family again soon! 💫 — Sophia

Thank you for your feedback. I’m very sorry about the tear in the pool screen and the inconvenience it caused during your stay. As soon as you notified me, I took immediate action, and the screen was fully repaired right after your checkout. I always want my guests to feel cared for, so I appreciate you communicating with me during your stay. Thank you again for staying with us.

Thank you so much for your kind words about the location and your overall stay—we’re really glad you enjoyed your time, especially your Disney days! I’m sorry for the frustration with the thermostat. Just to clarify, we don’t actively control it during guest stays. It’s set within a recommended range, but we don’t have a way of knowing when guests leave the home to adjust it on and off throughout the day. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as we’re always looking for ways to improve the experience. We also appreciate your understanding regarding the house rules. They’re in place to help keep the home in great condition for all guests, and we try our best to communicate them clearly upfront. Thank you again for staying with us—we’d love to host you again in the future!

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you found the house and bedding clean. We appreciate you pointing out the need for guests to bring personal items and for being mindful of the AC settings. We’ll review how we can make the house rules and details clearer on the listing to help future guests have an even smoother stay.

This guest was a pleasure to host. They were respectful of the property, followed all house rules, and left the home in great condition. Communication was smooth and easy throughout their stay. I would happily host them again and highly recommend them to other hosts.

The guest did not follow house rules and communication was very poor. After checkout, several large towels were missing from the property. I reached out to the guest regarding this, but received no response. Unfortunately, I would not host this guest again and would advise other hosts to proceed with caution.
