Historisk 6 sovrum Federal-Colonial ligger i centrum av Brandon, totalrenoverad 2020. Hemmet ligger pÄ en tunnland mark som grÀnsar till floden Neshobe, bara nÄgra steg frÄn Brandons affÀrer, restauranger, bryggeri, bageri, konstgallerier, livsmedelsaffÀr etc.

Njut av trÀgolv, kockskök, spelrum med pool- och shuffleboard-bord, matsal, vardagsrum, etc. TvÄ gÀstbadrum pÄ första vÄningen och 4 badrum pÄ övervÄningen som serverar sovrummen. Flexibel sovrumslayout gör att 1-3 familjer kan bo bekvÀmt.

This house was just great! Beautifully renovated old house with lots of amenities to make it very comfortable. The location, just off the Central Park in Brandon was perfect for restaurants and strolling the downtown. The host was attentive and easy to reach. Highly recommended this house.

Great for skiing

Beautiful house right in the village. Easy access to both Sugarbush and Killington. Would definitely stay here again.

80th Birthday Celebration

This home in Brandon is a real gem! Absolutely perfect for our 3 generation get-together — clean, comfortable, beautifully furnished and decorated with fantastic kitchen and living spaces too. Great location in town with short walk to market when we wanted to eat in, or restaurants when we chose to eat out. Definitely recommend!

Perfect place to celebrate my daughter’s graduation!

The house was perfect in every way! We had the best setting to get together with family to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from Middlebury College. The home was set-up perfectly to entertain a large group. Beautifully decorated and super clean. Every attention to detail was met. The very best vrbo we’ve ever stayed in.

One of the best!

We use Vrbo a fair amount and this was definitely one of the best all around. It was clean and comfortable, without being cluttered. The location was absolutely perfect. We loved the shuffleboard, PacMan arcade game and pool table. We had everything we needed. I am only sorry that it had to be such a short stay.

Lovely stay in Brandon!

We were looking for a place halfway between Middleberry and Rutland to see old haunts of my sons. We had a marvelous time in lances house. It was well appointed well stocked and just gorgeous actually comfortable too. we played horseshoes and walked back to the creek and generally enjoyed the lawn and flowers.

Spacious, beautifully renovated home in Brandon

Three couples stayed in a large, comfortable, totally renovated historic home in Brandon. There was plenty of room for getting together and for privacy. The kitchen was well stocked for food preparation. Easy to walk around town check out the restaurants and shops.

Fantastic property!

This was a wonderful property and the house included everything we needed. It was absolutely gorgeous and extremely well equipped. The kitchen is huge, which my wife loved, and the bedrooms are very comfortable. The whole house was very clean too. We enjoyed the ability to walk to the many shops and restaurants that were only minutes away and even saw the parade in the town square out front. We had an excellent stay at No. 28 Park St.

I stay here each year when I visit my son at Middlebury. I have written longer reviews previously but wanted to make sure that everyone reading knows how great this house is! A+ for cleanliness, location, amenities and host is always available if needed (but we have never needed him because everything is always perfect)!

Excellent Stay in Brandon!

We were in town for a wedding and our entire experience was phenomenal! This house is absolutely stunning, completely remodeled from top to bottom and still has the historical charm with tons of amazing modern upgrades! The pool table, shuffleboard, and darts made for a great time and kitchen was absolutely incredible! The location couldn’t be better, you can walk to everything! You will most definitely enjoy your stay at this amazing home in Brandon!

Wow! What a beautiful home. This property is spacious, newly renovated, clean, and perfectly located right downtown within walking distance to shops, coffee, restaurants, pharmacy and grocery store. You really can't for a better location. I look forward to staying here again!

Awesome!

This is the 2nd but not last time a group of friends gathered in this amazing home . The restoration of this home and grounds creates a sense of historic wonder that is married with modern day amenities. The location within walking distance to everything in town is another perk that comes with the whole rental package.

Excellent Property

One of my grandsons (age 10) summed up 28 Park: “This is paradise!” Everything you need is here. A short walk in a very pleasant town to restaurants, grocery, pharmacy, art galleries, etc. The property was clean, comfortable, well appointed and spacious. Lance was the best. He was communicative, kind, and accommodating. We loved our stay.

Excellent rental in an excellent town

The house was super clean, gorgeous, and very welcoming with everything you need to enjoy a weekend or full week up in Brandon. The style of the house is elegant and still homey. The town was gorgeous and everything is a short walk to enjoy. The restaurants and art scene are better than most I have seen in Boston. A few doors down is Foley Taco and Bean, even if you don't love burritos, this place has something for you. It was amazing. Great weekend in Vermont and would love to go back.

Great house for a family gathering

We were 10 for our daughter's graduation. This was the perfect house for a family reunion. Huge, with plenty of separate rooms for quiet time. Kitchen was the great and everything was provided. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. While we didn't Brandon (except Cafe Provencal which I would highly recommend), it seems like a cute town. About 20 minutes to Middlebury. Would certainly stay here again!

Girls Weekend

You will not be disappointed! Lance has a beautiful home right in downtown Brandon. We had 7 girls and had plenty of room to park 3 cars in the spacious driveway. We hung out comfortably in the outdoor Adirondack chairs around the fire pit, enjoyed the beautifully big dining room table as well as the large comfy sectional to watch movies and hang with our morning coffees. There’s no need for your car as it’s an easy walk to the downtown restaurants, shops, Hannaford, Walgreens. Our favorite was 22 Park Eatery
 delish! The house has so much space and was immaculate. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Truly a pleasure to be there. You will love the house and the town of Brandon. Just superb!

Fantastic VRBO

Check in and communications with Lance were quick and easy. Beautiful home and grounds
wish we could have stayed and enjoyed the house more! Stayed with my family of five and another couple to attend a wedding at the Lilac Inn. Very comfortable and lots to do at the house. We enjoyed the shuffleboard, pool table, and darts. Wished we had time for horseshoes and hanging out in the yard and sunroom. Overall, a nicely appointed house and great stay. Thanks, Lance!

Absolutely Wonderful!

We first found this wonderful property and Owner when looking for a place to stay for a state golf championship that was being held nearby. We have come back for three years straight for tournaments as this impressive house and surroundings create a magical environment and a great way to enjoy once another's company in beautiful surroundings and a bit of luxury. The tournament cycle is over so the group is busy looking to create new reasons to come back next year! Thank you to Lance for sharing this special home with us!
