Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was smooth.. owner gave heads up about potential extra noise due to construction (was not much extra just little off and on.. spent most time out anyway).. Vacation stay

Room was clean, pool was big. Only issue is elevator wait time however that is not something that the host can take care of. Good restaurants around. 2nd time here and will be back if I have another trip to Panama again.

Condo was very nice!

We had a great stay at Shores of Panama. The condo was very clean and stocked well with everything we needed. The only couple of minor downfalls are the elevators and parking garage (which are out of the owners control) but still I would definitely stay here again. The pool was amazing and getting to the beach so easy. Thanks for the stay Kenny!

Overall stay

There were a few things that needed attention. Bathroom fixtures in master bathroom, master bedroom tv remote corroded and could not use, bedroom bunks very noisy and uncomfortable, overall could use updating.

Oceanfront

Oceanfront view was awesome. I love our room on the 22nd floor. Pool was relaxing. Everything was nearby (walking distance). I love the vibe. I would highly recommend this condo to friends or family. Most definitely enjoyed myself for my toddler 3rd birthday trip.

Awesome Beach Vacation

Condo and view was awesome!! Shopping and dining all close by. Check In was crazy but there were several people checking in so that was no ones fault. All the staff was very friendly to us. Absolutely no issues with the condo .. Propery owner was always readily available for any questions. Thanks so much!!

Incredible views

This was a good condominium close to Panama City Beach. This was a unit on the 22nd floor, with a big balcony with 2 sets of sliding doors to get to the balcony. Absolutely incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico & sunsets that are breathtaking. No dining room table, but the countertop houses 5 people comfortable & more can fit there to eat too. Kenny is very, very responsive & quiet to resolve anything that comes up.

not so clean room

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the view was beautiful that was the best part of the condo was the location,but the room had sandy floors the sofa had alot of stains the the other chairs had no cushion the matress had stains the elevators had no air condition the staff did not inform you on antthing like there was a 2nd set of stairs

IfooGreat location but needs a good scrubbing

This is a great location for the beach and a great pool all in one place IN THE OFF SEASON FOR A YOUNG FAMILY. Our kids loved the beach, pool, bunk beds and balcony and everything was centrally located for trips back and forth to the room. There were also great restaurants in walking distance for us. But, the condo itself was not the cleanest. Mold and buildup in the bathrooms, dingy towels and bed covers, and the couch and furniture were covered in spills and such making it a little questionable to sit on.

Great Location!

Loved the location of the property. Can’t beat being right on the beach! The specific unit was decently clean, but I think the condo as a whole is a little ran down. A lot of the outlets in the kitchen didn’t work, the tub in the master wouldn’t really drain, and the lights were dim/didn’t work. However, this unit is really close to an elevator and the trash shoot, the dryer works fast, and the AC works well! Considering we really spend most of our time sitting in the unit, I think it worked out perfectly for us.

Not family friendly

While this condo is beautiful and the views are amazing. There are several reasons why I would not consider it family friendly. It seems more of a party scene. The staff is very rude. We did have an issue with the air conditioning and the owner was very prompt in taking care of it. But the condo itself could use some sprucing up and major cleaning.

Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing experience on this stay. The area is perfect walking distance for many activities. The room was clean and had plenty of space for us all. 6 adults on a friendcation. The elevator does take forever since we were so high up but we were warned about that in the reviews and expected it. The only negative thing I’d have to say is the room my boyfriend and I ended up with was the small bunk bed room and the bottom bed was broken and leaned to one side and was terrible to try to sleep in. But besides that I have zero complaints. The owner did a great job in getting back to me in a timely manner as well.

Easy to rent . Did not realize their was a $90 charge for parking . Only needed 1 parking spot and 6 bracelets. Some rooms had that for $75 but I had to pay $90 . Eleavators were a pain when on floor 22 and it’s full . Elevator must weigh because it would say if overloaded but still had to stop on every floor and no one could get on that took time instead of by passing floors when full

Very disappointed

The property was so dirty. It had not been cleaned at all. I had to go to the store and buy a mop and cleaning supplies to clean. The furniture was stained and nasty. We put sheets down on the furniture before sitting on it. The dishes in the cabinets were dirty and there was no dishwashing liquid. The owner offered to have the cleaning lady come back but we were already there and cleaning. The pictures on the internet look nothing like the condo. They must have been taken when it was new. Even the clock on the wall had no hands on it. I’m not a picky person at all but I can not handle nasty and it was. It needs lots of updates and a major cleaning. We also found pills under the bed. I was very embarrassed that my kids friends had to stay here. We even went and bought towels

Dirty

The floors were disgusting, they turned my white socks black. Its clear they do not ever mop the place. We found broken glass in one of the beds, food under the beds and various places in the room. There were dirty dishes in the drawers and the "maid" came in to see our complaints and let us know he had just "cleaned" the place top to bottom while clearly looking at the popcorn left in the kids room and dirty dishes. When we stripped the mattresses we found dried vomit on the top bunk bed, which is beyond a cleanliness issue because at this point my children are now at risk of getting sick. As of now, the property manager is ignoring these concerns because obviously the money is more important to them than providing a clean, safe environment for my family to stay during the only vacation we can afford during the year.

This condo has amazing views! The property was beautifully landscaped. The pool is not heated. The check in process was alarming in that it is required you leave a drivers license to use a luggage cart. When we returned with the luggage cart they had misplaced my drivers license. There was so much underage partying it was hard to distance our family from. This condo itself offered adequate space for our family however, the furniture is old, mismatched and hanging on by a thread. Speaking of thread, the linen is thread barren and worn. In the future I would save myself and my family the trouble of staying in PCB and would instead stay in Navarre or Destin, where it isn’t an underage free for all.

Beautiful view- Not a family friendly community

The condo is dated and the overall cleanliness was okay. The unit could use a visit from maintenance to check the condo to make sure things are running well. The view is spectacular. Most nights we were unable to go to sleep before 1 am due to screaming and partying from other tenants. Very young crowd in the other units, lots of partying, in the complex and on the beach in front of the complex every night. Police were present to try to control the crowd. I know this isn’t something that the condo owner can control but I wish I had this information before I booked. It was very recto look at the ocean but overall I didn’t really feel safe with the young crowd that constantly were drinking and smoking weed.
