En trevligt uppdaterad en nivå, tre sovrum, tre badrum semester hyra hem med garage i Hot Springs Village Golf och Lake Resort. Hemmet ligger mindre än tre miles eller mindre än 10 minuter från West Security (Highway 7) Gate. Du är gångavstånd till DeSoto-leden, DeSoto-sjön, affärer och restauranger. På ingångsnivån finns vardagsrummet med soffa och kärleksstol och stor SMART HDTV. Det finns ett stort matbord med extra stolar i baren bredvid köket. Köket har uppdaterats snyggt med kylskåp sida vid sida, smidig spishäll och uppdaterade koriska bänkskivor. Det stora tvättstugan har ny HE-tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Det finns ett rum med alla säsonger med stolar och arbetsbord. Det finns ett betongdäck med bord och ett andra däck med åtkomst ner till en stor trädgård. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och sovrummet har en duschkabin. Det andra kungens sovrum är på ingångsnivån och det finns ett gästbadrum med duschkabin på denna nivå. Nedervåningen är ett tredje kung sovrum, badrum med dusch och badkar och ett extra utrymme med HDTV och två enkelsängar. Spelrummet har ett biljardbord i full storlek och en extra enkelsäng. Hot Springs Village är en gated community cirka 25 mil norr om Hot Springs. Njut av golf, fiske, bad, tennis och vandringsleder i hjärtat av Ouachita-bergen.

Really enjoyed our stay!

We loved this house. It can easily sleep a large family and friends! Layout is great. It’s also in a good location. Although there are houses close by we still felt tucked away and secluded. It’s only a few miles from Ron Coleman mining as well, and we really enjoyed going to both mines to find crystals! Great little spot for our solo getaway, and also great for a family trip! Highly recommend :)

great area - once you get past the front gate

We loved the house - the kitchen had all you could possibly need to cook or need. House was great with the pool table and beautiful wooded neighborhood. Only snag was the rental managing agency told us 3 times "the gate has the names of all 3 of your group" and each of us were snarled at by the gate keeper and told they didn't have any names.. A little frustrating - but they did finally let us pass through their PORTAL !

Perfect for a family gathering

My husband, adult child and their friends, and I stayed over Thanksgiving. The layout was perfect for our needs, with my husband I able to take the main level master bedroom and the "kids" in the finished downstairs. The kitchen was perfect for preparing Thanksgiving dinner and was stocked with almost every utensil we needed (the only thing we couldn't find was a rolling pin). The Brookshires grocery store right outside the entrance to the community had everything we needed (except that darn rolling pin!) and was very convenient. We highly recommend this property.

Roomy place

This house was roomy and spacious. Very comfortable for a big family. Close to the front gate of HS village. Will rent again.

Served our purposes well; easy access location near West Gate, but still a quiet spot; clean; not unreasonably priced for the size Positives: spacious rooms, 3 king beds & 3 legit bathrooms, big kitchen and well equipped, plenty of seating Negatives: despite an inordinate amount of overhead lighting, there are zero table lamps; there is no decor, making the interior bland; the house exterior and grounds are in serious need of attention and upkeep

Hot Springs Village getaway

We had a great time staying at Hot Springs Village and visiting Hot Springs! There is a lot to do in that area! The resident we stayed in was perfect! Definitely will do this again!

Wonderful!

We arrived on Friday with easy check in process. The house was amazing, clean and plenty of room for us all. We enjoyed our visit immensely and cannot complain at all with this property. Thank you all so much for a great weekend and we will be booking again!
