Huset ligger på 5 trädbevuxna tunnland med fin utsikt över alla sidor. Det främre däcket är perfekt för att njuta av morgon / eftermiddagssol, äta och grilla. Det finns en eldstad med kompletterande eldved på plats. Det stora sovrummet ligger på första våningen med en dubbelsäng och eget badrum och fullstor tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Great stay. Super close to Dreams Park. Everything we needed was there so no need to bother the Host but from dealing with him before check in, he was great! Answered all my questions and was always quick to respond. We'll be back in 2027 and look forward to staying here again!

Amazing stay

We had an amazing stay! We were there while my son played at Cooperstown. This house in the woods was so peaceful, clean and had everything and anything you could need. I really enjoyed sitting on the deck in the morning and in the evening. It was also very close to Cooperstown Dreams Park which came in handy during the numerous rain delays we had during the week we were there. This was my first time ever renting on VRBO and the booking process as well as the check in and check out was so easy.

Comfortable stay close to CDP

Well equipped house suitable for family with kids and with excellent location close to Cooperstown Dreams Park. This made for easy access to get to the games and was close to local attractions as well.

Father/Son Cooperstown Trip

My son and I make annual trips to Cooperstown for the Hall of Fame Induction. This was a great house and location. Highly recommend for any family staying in Cooperstown. It had everything we needed for our stay.

The stairs were very steep so we had to have the four year old stay downstairs in the queen bed instead of the upstairs singles. The stairs were a little tough for my parents but it was safer to have them up there vs the child. Place was clean and the air conditioners worked but they were very loud. Having the two bathrooms was very helpful to get everyone showered and ready but the plumbing can definitely use some updating. Overall we needed a place to sleep near Dreams Park and this house provided that just needs some updating.

Close to Cooperstown Dreams Park

We had a wonderful stay in this home. It felt more like a quaint cabin which gives it a nice cozy feel. Only 7 mins from the Park which made it super convenient for our trip. We had everything we needed and would stay here again if ever in the area.

Home away from home for CDP families

We had an amazing stay during our CDP tournament. The property is clean, well-equipped, and in a great location. The host is also very responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!!!
