Great little spot for a family trip

The convenience of the little tiki bar area right by the condo/beach was a big plus us with two little ones. If you're looking for a relatively no-hassle (not ridiculously expensive) family-friendly beach spot, this definitely will get the job done!

Nice condo

Nice condo in well-kept resort property. Comfortable beds and big bathrooms. The kitchen is tiny and isn’t really sufficient if you like to cook and eat meals in though.

Peak season

Although our rental was during peak season the property manager was able to accommodate us with our request of extras days. They were prompt and great in communicating everything. Beautiful views. Great property. Easy beach access.

Beautiful view and condo

The view from the balcony was amazing! The condo was well stocked with everything from extra pillows to kitchen items for cooking. There is an ice machine on the ground floor of the property which we found to be very convenient. I highly recommend this unit.

Great space for a weekend getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect place to get away for a long weekend. Clean and comfortable condo with a beautiful view of the gulf. My only note/suggestion (that I think I've had at a couple Tops'l condos) is that there's no way to prevent a small child from waltzing right out the front door (the deadbolt automatically opens when you turn the inside handle, and there are no other locks). Just something to be mindful of!

Grandma vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed in this unit 3 times in the last year and half and it is amazing. Each time I have made suggestions they take them seriously. This last stay in October 2024 the condo was not quite up to par as far as the cleaning and linens were missing in the master bedroom but I think this was a housekeeping error. They did come and fix everything that needed to be done. They could use some updates on the mattresses in the second bedroom and some of the kitchen utensils like a can opener. It was unusual for this condo it was normally spotless. There were too many kids playing football in both pools but it was due to the schools being out on vacation and the local hurricanes that hit the week before.

Great Property

I have nothing but good things to say for this property. Very nice, very comfortable and great location. The only less than positive feedback is that the pools for the site need some work. They seemed to struggle with the number of people using them (not that many really) and stayed a little too dirty and developed a scummy area just about every day. They were still great and we really enjoyed them but hopefully that's something that can be addressed in the near future. Great overall though.

Lovely Unit!

Upon arrival, building has plenty of luggage carts and shopping carts. There's a Publix about a mile away. Unit is on a high floor with wrap around balcony, stunning views of the emerald water. Unit is clean and has all the basics (dishes, utensils, appliances). Could have used a few extra garbage bags. Small detail I love about the unit are the doors separating the rooms. Once closed, complete quiet. Didn't hear neighbors or others in the unit when one of us went to bed early or wanted some quiet. Master and the living room both open to the balcony. Two pools are great - lots of kids. Bar / restaurant at the pool was professionally run. Mini golf, basketball and pickle ball all available. Just a really good experience. We typically go to Rosemary Beach but Tops'l and this unit in particular are our new all time favorite. Would definitely highly recommend!

Wonderful experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love the location of this condo. It’s on the edge of the strip with empty beach just a short walk east from the condo property. Gibson was great with the couple of messages I sent them and requests I had. I asked them for blankets because the condo didn’t have any extra. This seems like an easy thing to just keep in the apartment, but I imagine there is a reason for it. Check in was super easy. I did purchase a beach wagon when I arrived because it is a little bit of a walk. I left it in the unit, hoping they would keep it in there for future visitors. They also provide two chairs and an umbrella, which is great because beach service isn’t included in the rental. The bed was very comfortable. The balcony view was amazing and so relaxing. All around, great stay and I hope to stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very nice, clean, and quiet. The living and master bedroom views are great! Our weather was extremely windy for days which prohibited enjoying the balcony as much as we would have liked. However, we did manage to have a few dinners on the oversized balcony. The only negative is the complicated television system. Gibson is always responsive to issues and they came and gave us instructions. We always rent from Gibson due to their excellent customer service provided by cheerful employees. Tides 1001 is definitely a nice beachfront getaway! The master bed is also very comfortable so it is very important. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again in the future!

Beautiful View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the view and the location very much. We had some issues with the dryer, but Gibson was responsive in resolving the issue. While the unit had the appearance of being clean, there were large amounts of pet hair on the floor (it obviously had not been vacuumed), tub was dirty, and water rings on dining room table. We were told there was a vacuum cleaner, but there wasn't. Gibson did provide one a few days after check in. Although it indicated the unit had been updated, the furnishings seemed "tired". Be aware that the pool is not heated during January and February. We were told it was heated but found out it was only Thanksgiving and Christmas.
