BEACHFRONT BUILDING !! Denna enhet renoverades och dekorerades nyligen i juni 2019 och har nya möbler, utsökt inredning, bänkskivor i kvarts i köket och baden, och hisnande havsutsikt med fönster i överflöd. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, stor gästskåp och väggmonterad platt-TV. Befälhavaren badet har en lyxig duschkabin, bubbelbadkar och tvättställ med dubbla handfat. Gäst sovrummet har en queen size-säng, stor garderob och en väggmonterad platt-TV.

Det har ett rymligt huvudrum och matsal som är anslutet till ett modernt kök med öppet koncept, tillsammans med två sovrum och två badrum. Det finns gratis wifi för alla dina webbsurfebehov. DirecTV och HBO ingår på alla tre TV-apparater. Vardagsrummet är dekorerat med två vita La-Z-Boy-soffor med Sunbrella (oförstörbart) tyg. Ett vardagsrumssoffa kan fällas ut till en queen size-säng och hålla 2 gäster så att denna enhet kan sova 6 bekvämt. Hörnplatsen på tionde våningen innebär att stämningen är väldigt tyst och privat och känns som sin egen utväg tillflyktsort med en extra lätt och luftig känsla. Den 500 kvadratmeter stora balkongen erbjuder en utsikt över bukten och ett bra ställe att njuta av morgonkoppen kaffe eller kvällscoctail när du kopplar av. Denna fantastiska balkong har helt nya Broyhill utemöbler och uteservering med sex platser. Du hittar inte en mer lugn strandflykt än den här enheten!

Tops'l ligger bredvid ett naturreservat och dess unika läge ger enkel tillgång till det livliga nattlivet i byn Baytowne Wharf, biografen eller butikerna på Grand Boulevard samt Silver Sands butiker. Det finns många underbara golfbanor som ligger inom gångavstånd från Tops'l Resort. Det finns vandringsleder och denna byggnad ligger bara några steg från de vackra vita stränderna i Destin. Du kommer att använda en vacker privat uppvärmd pool som ligger bredvid byggnaden eller så kan du använda den nyrenoverade poolen som ligger bredvid stranden. Båda poolerna har badtunnor som kan användas året runt. Anläggningen erbjuder också tre fantastiska restauranger på fastigheten. På grund av platsen känns stranden som din egen privata flykt. Very Nice Condo

The condo was very well decorated and clean. All the furniture was very comfortable and new. The location on the beach was great and there was beach chair service available which we liked. Local restaurants were great and the host's recommendations were good. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again when we return to the area.

Amazing Views

Lovely newly decorated condo with great views from the balcony, beautiful beach and awesome sunsets. We had a wonderful relaxing stay here. There were great restaurants in this area and lots of things to do. Mitzi is very easy to work with and gets back to you immediately if you have a question. We'e looking forward to next year.

Spring Breakaway

I stayed at the property with my daughter. We joined other families for spring break. The property was beautiful and clean. There was very clear communication about all the up charges for missing key tag or make up on the towels. Security on the property was overly diligent to the point of harassing renters without cause.

Miramar Beach in the Fall

My husband and adult children stayed at this lovely condo in October and had a wonderful time. The condo was beautifully decorated and the resort complex provided ample outdoor activities for all ages to have fun while vacationing. Everything was well maintained and people we’re friendly. The weather was perfect and we particularly loved the oversized balcony. We hope to return next year.

Couples Retreat in Destin, FL

My best friend and I planned this trip with our husbands. We haven't seen each other in 10 years! We shared so many laughs and had a wonderful time exploring the whole Destin/ Miramar area together. Mitzi is a wonderful host and her condo is absolutely gorgeous, comfortable and in a wonderful location with an AWESOME view. It is fully furnished with two useable beach chairs, bath towels, linens and a fully equipped kitchen. We only had one minor hiccup, but Mitzi was very responsive and very easy to get in touch with. Thank you Mitzi. If we ever visit the area again, your condo is the only place we would want to stay! - Lisa

This is a beautifully decorated condo.we cooked breakfast every morning, kitchen has plenty of utensils, pots and pans. We enjoyed hanging out on the balcony every night playing cards. We had a great time at this condo.

Great lcation, awesome views!

The unit was situated so you can see both waterways, the Gulf and the bay! The outside deck was very enjoyable, spacious and a fun place to have breakfast, dinner and cocktails! The owners did an excellent job updating the condo, we enjoyed the stay and would highly recomend to anyone!

Great getaway

The property was incredibly clean and lovely. We had a great time and enjoyed the amenities offered by Tops'l. The kids enjoyed activities by the pool, shuffleboard and mini golf. It was a short trip so it was very nice to have fun activities to do on the property. The property manager was very accessible and wonderful to work with.

beauty at the beach

The condo was beautiful and comfortable. Mitzi did a lovely job remodeling this condo. It felt like home. We have stayed a few times in Tops’l and this was the best. It was kind of a bummer that the balcony was under construction, but since it was January it didn’t effect us much. It was wonderful waking up every morning to that beautiful view. Other bummer was the hot tub was not working, but not owners fault. Suggestion would be to hook up the ice maker. Also, the condo was Sparse in supplies. Our stay was only a few days so we didn’t settle to in but would have been tough if we were there longer with limited supplies. Being a previous rental owner that over supplied our renters, it would have been nice to have a few more things, like a cooler or stuff for the beach. Thank you for sharing your place with us. I would book again.

I've raised 3 wonderful children, I'm a stay-at-home mom, and my husband and I have been so blessed to be able to own property in such a gorgeous area.

I've owned property at the Tops'l Resort for 17 years, and in all that time I've rarely seen another property as nicely decorated as this one. The Resort itself is incredibly private, located next to a natural preserve, but yet within walking distance to restaurants, beaches, shopping and walking trails.

This unit is only steps from the Emerald Coast beaches––taking only 3 minutes from door to sand. Each night, you'll love watching the sunset from our newly refinished 10th floor balcony. It's rare to find such a great combination of location, amenities, view, decor and privacy as this property offers.

In addition, the resort itself has 3 restaurants conveniently located on or adjacent to the property.

Convenience, beautiful beach view, privacy, and location all combine to make unit 1011 at the Tides a wonderful vacation experience

As an end unit, this property has views of not only the beautiful Emerald Coast beaches, but also the lagoon at Sandestin and the bay as well. This condo is uniquely decorated, beautifully appointed, and conveniently located.

It offers tennis courts, walking trails, pools, a hot tub, beach access, shuffleboard, pickle ball courts, an 18 hole mini golf course and a sports court with basketball, all at no charge to our guests. The building itself has just undergone a multi-million dollar renovation and is now refreshed and open to enjoy! You will love your time spent at Tops'l resort and especially this fantastic unit at the Tides building.
