Perfect for Disney.

Very nice property, good location, excellent infobfrom the owners.hot tub, pool were great. Nice rooms overall. Kids had fun in the garage game room. Glad there are rentals with enough rooms and beds for a family of 9 without pulling out a couch. Only problem we had was with I-4. Accident closed the highway and it took 5 hours to get home from Disney. Normally half hour.

Just wonderful

This property is just wonderful. Location is awesome - easy, quick walking distance to clubhouse. Clubhouse fees INCLUDED (others charge extra). Pool area with plenty of landscaping to have privacy. The property itself has everything - pool with loungers, pool inflatables, game room with ping pong, pool, foosball, video games and air hockey. Tennis and pickleball equipment was there. Home was clean with all the amenities. Towels for pool and beach available. We couldn't ask for anything more. The only hiccup was when we first arrived, the door code didn't work but the owner and the property manager responded very quickly to fix that. Excellent and quick responses from the owners too. Even asked if we had left behind a stuffed toy. Thank you so much to the owners!

Great home in a great location. The house had plenty of space, and my family and I spent most of our time at the outdoor pool area, which was very comfortable and well-maintained. The owners were pleasant to communicate with and the response time when booking was close to instant. This was one of the most comfortable homes my family and I have stayed in over the many years we have visited the Orlando area.

Great House with all the Amenities!

We stayed for our Spring break with another family. There were 8 of us total. The two Master suites is a great setup for this. Plenty of room for kids... we had extra beds we didnt use. The kitchen is well equipped and the house is close to the Clubhouse and pool and courts so our older kids could walk over on their own. The beds were comfy and the living furniture was also. Pool was great and hottub was well used. The managers and owners made everything easy for us and we really enjoyed our stay!

A great place to stay for your Orlando Trip

The property was exactly as described. We loved the spaciousness of the home and all the amenities (game room, pool, supplies tennis rackets and pickleball). Plenty of towels for the pool and the beach. It was close to the resort so that way we could just walk and not have to drive. Barbara was also in contact with us in case we needed anything.So close to Disney (by miles) but the traffic getting there is terrible. Nothing to do with the house, but expect about a 30 min drive to Disney and 45 min drive to Universal. I think everything is just under construction on the main highway. Doesn't at all take away from the wonderful joke we stayed at. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Great Family House

This place was accurately described in the listing. The hosts were amazing with communication and easy to work with. We really appreciated how there were many kitchen appliances (such as a slow cooker where we could start a dinner meal before going out and come back to a cooked dinner). The community pool, slide, and lazy river were awesome benefits as well. Last, but not least we appreciated how additional parking was right in the cul de sac and easy to utilize.

2024 Annual Disney Trip

We loved our stay at this property. The owners and property manager were both excellent with communication! We were heading down a few days after the hurricane and was unsure of what to expect. We utilized the community pool and center one day and the kids all enjoyed it! The property was within a reasonable distance to both Disney and Universal Studios. We traveled with four adults and four kids. Home was very spacious with rooms for everyone! Thank You!!

Family Vacation

We chose this house for our family winter getaway and it was exactly as advertised. The house is very spacious and everyone had plenty of room. The south facing pool was very enjoyable and perfect for relaxing in the sun. We also enjoyed how close the house was to the resort so it was a quick walk for the kids to go enjoy the lazy river, the slide, and other things the resort had to offer. The host did a great job at labeling almost everything in the house so it was easy to understand and operate everything. They were very responsive to everything we needed and the communication between the host and property manager was amazing! We even forgot some of our kids clothes and they made sure to contact us and get them returned to us and that was very much appreciated! We would recommend this house to anyone and would definitely consider using them again! 5 Stars from The McConnachie Family and Thank You again Barbara & Paul for letting us use your home!

Family Theme Park Vacation

The house was fantastic. Multiple spaces to gather if we wanted to be together that also allowed us to do our own thing if not. Everything we needed was included; kitchen was well equipped, there were pool toys and towels and the game room kept us entertained. Close enough to theme parks to get there easily while being far enough away to avoid the touristy parts. Found some excellent local restaurants nearby.

Family Vacay

Loved our stay here! There were 7 of us and we all had our own space. The house was enjoyable. We used the game room, pool, and hot tub every day. It was close to all things Disney but traffic can be a challenge depending where and when you go. Great communication for the owners and a very safe and quiet area.

Great house - great time!

We really enjoyed our time at this property. The house had everything we needed to make for a relaxing and enjoyable family vacation. We loved the pool and hot tub area as well as the outdoor dining areas. The availability of a grill was also a great feature. The game room was a great way to enjoy to enjoy some downtime after a day in the sun. The house is in a great location and only a few minutes walk to the resort clubhouse. The owners were great to work with and very responsive to any/all questions we had. They even contacted us after check-in to make sure everything was ok. Overall, this was a fantastic experience and we would definitely stay here again. We only wished we could have stayed longer. Thanks again!

Beautiful property with a fabulous pool. Home owner is a dream to work with. House does back up to the main street, but we played music while in the pool, it definitely helped, and you can't hear anything in the house itself.

Christmas getaway

With family coming from different parts of the US, this was and ideal spot to vacation. The house is spacious and had everything we needed to cook a Christmas dinner. The kids enjoyed the game room and the Wii! It was too cold to swim so at least the kids and adults were entertained! We would consider staying here again!

Lovely layout for multiple families

We enjoyed our stay and the resort pool and bar area as well. The house was clean overall. The traffic on route 4 made getting to and from the parks take longer than we expected in the mornings. An Uber to Disney Springs was 30.00 so not bad. There were a few temperature issues, the AC was working but we could not adjust the temperature it had to stay at 72 which felt warm at times. We had a group of 11 and we actually had an extra bedroom. Even with a one year old crying everyone slept well. The game room did have some Florida sized bugs , I assume it’s because it’s in the garage and not weather or bug proof. The video games were hard to use and the kids gave up before figuring it out. The pool was warm, and clean but smaller than it appears in pictures. It was great for the kids. Truly a 4 star rental. Hosts were responsive, neighborhood was clean and safe with 24 hour security. Would concider staying again.

Perfect Location for our Trip!

Our family stayed at this location last week. We visited the Sea World Attractions. House was absolutely beautiful and comfortable! The community was very nice and we loved the fact that trash pickup happened every morning so we didn't have to keep track of things. The community pool was great and lots of fun! Next time we stay in Orlando we will check this location FIRST.

We have dear friends who bought a villa in this resort a few years ago and we were lucky enough to come and enjoy their home with them. We fell in love with the sun, the location and the idea of creating a "home away from home" for others. We both have fond memories of our trips to Disney World as kids, and more recent exciting trips with our own 2 children. The Magic of Disney is for all ages and we are excited to be able to offer an affordable, comfortable yet luxurious retreat that is only 15 minutes away from you being a kid again!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

This property sits in a quiet and private cul de sac, yet is only a few minute walk or even quicker bike ride (we have 4 bikes) to Solterra Resort's Clubhouse and pool. The private pool and hot tub at the villa face south so you can soak in the sun all day while enjoying shade in 2 separate seating areas. We have 6 bedrooms which allows for comfortable sleeping for 12 guests. It is the perfect combination of luxury, privacy, convenience and value. Come and enjoy Villa du Soleil!
