Kenwood House är en rymlig men mysig århundradshistoria med vinlantgård som ligger på Kenwood Plaza i Kenwood, Kalifornien. Vi ligger i hjärtat av Sonoma Valley, den berömda månens dal. Kenwood House, en lyxig semesteruthyrning, har erbjudit vinländerna logi sedan 1998. Granne ligger den charmiga och historiska Kenwood Community Church. Utsikten från verandan ser ut mot Kenwood plaza, en lugn, vacker park. En säsongsbäck flödar bredvid huset genom trädgårdarna och in på torget.

Boendet på Kenwood House inkluderar två lyxiga sovrum med fjäderbäddar, duntäcken och lyxiga sängkläder. Vardagsrummet har en helt ny bekväm bäddsoffa för drottning. Det finns 1-1 / 2 bad och det innehåller ett 6-personers terapeutiskt spa (HOT TUB), rymliga redwood-däck, FIRE PIT!, gas BBQl, förtrollande trädgårdar, sten spis, centralvärme, gratis trådlöst internet, 60 "platt-TV, vackert fullt utrustat soligt kök, tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Huset ligger ungefär 1/4 kilometer från Hwy. 12 och är det perfekta läget för att utforska vinländerna Sonoma och Napa dalarna. På gångavstånd finns Kenwood Winery, Kunde Winery och VJB. På gångavstånd finns också två utmärkta restauranger med många fler i Glen Ellen, Sonoma eller Napa.

Inom en radie av 5 mil finns 3 statsparker som erbjuder många möjligheter till friluftsliv inklusive cykling, picknick, vandring och bad. Sugarloaf Ridge State Park erbjuder utmärkta vandringar samt Robert Ferguson-observatoriet för en titt på natthimlen. Annadel State Park erbjuder mountainbike, vandring och ridning i världsklass. För en smak av historia, litteratur, vandring eller en maklig promenad är Jack London State Park ojämförlig och unikt Sonoma Valley.

Kenwood ligger i centrum av vinlandet med hundratals vingårdar Sonoma och Napa Valley inom bekvämt köravstånd. Spa-faciliteter finns i närheten på Kenwood Inn och andra lokala dagspan. För shopping, restauranger, historia och mer vinsmakning är staden Sonoma bara en kort bilresa bort.

We loved our stay at the Kenwood house! The property was perfect for a girl weekend with 4 guests - we didn’t want to leave. The backyard is so charming and quiet - great for reading, relaxing in the hot tub, or enjoying a meal in the backyard. The hosts were so thoughtful and responsive. There are a few shops and restaurants in walking distance, but it was also super easy to get an uber to explore most of Sonoma county. I can’t recommend the kenwood house enough!

Oasis in The Park

The Kenwood House was exactly everything we hoped it would be. A country cottage with all the modern touches to make our visit comfy, cozy and convenient. Hiked in Jack London park, headed over the mountain one day to visit Napa area, then up to Healdsburg the second day for a wonderful wine tasting at Stonestreet Winery. Enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings. We recommend The Kenwood House to anyone looking for a country home away from home

Little bit of heaven

Thai cottage is even nicer than the pics and the hosts make it a remarkable experience. It’s close to great restaurants and wineries. The backyard is an oasis and the cottage feels at home the minute you walk in. The bed linens are lovely and Don and Amy know the little items that make it feel like home. Will be back next year…

The place was amazing. Outdoor space was just what I needed after a day of wine tasting. Clean, beds were comfortable. Owners close by if needed anything. Close to many wineries and restaurants

Fairytale Cottage

We had a lovely experience staying at the Kenwood Cottage. It was very comfortable, had everything we needed and more! Our hosts were responsive and invested in us having an awesome experience. We felt at home and welcomed-fliowers, wine and cheese included!! It was a quiet and perfect location for our wine country adventure! Highly recommend!

great house in a super location.

We enjoyed our weekend get away at Kenwood House. It’s well located for hiking, cafe’s and even a swim center for laps, and the house with its great kitchen and comfy living room is perfect for relaxing.

Perfect for the Weekend

My husband and I traveled to Kenwood with my childhood best friend to attend the BottleRock Festival in Napa. The Kenwood House was perfect for us and our stay. Our only disappointment was that we weren't able to enjoy the house amenities because of the busy festival schedule. We will definitely stay there again!

An Excellent Wine Country Getaway

We absolutely loved this property and have already recommended to a lot of our friends! The location is nice and central to all the different wine regions! It was great to spend the morning drinking coffee in the gardens and come back at the end of the day and enjoy wine there as well!

Wine Country Retreat

The property is located in a very quiet neighborhood in the middle of Donoma wine country. The property itself is very tranquil. The house is very cozy and well appointed. Perfect for a couple with or without a few small kids.

Don and Amy MacNair är värd

Amy, a retired office manager and Don, a local landscape architect are long time residents of Sonoma County. The Kenwood House was purchased in 1971 by Don’s mom where he has lived off and on for 50 years. Amy moved to Santa Rosa as a little girl with her family in 1962. We met in 1994 and were married in 1998. We raised our blended family in Santa Rosa. During this time, the Kenwood House was established as one of the original vacation rentals in the Kenwood area. We ran this business continuously for 13 years providing a unique visitor experience and a high level of hospitality. In 2010 we decided to move to the Kenwood House to enjoy this special place ourselves. Now with an expanding extended family, we have moved on. Once again the Kenwood House is available for guests to enjoy during their visit to Sonoma County.

When we began this venture, one of our goals was to offer visitors from around the world a unique place to stay while experiencing and enjoying wine country in Kenwood, the heart of Sonoma Valley. It gives up great pleasure to share our home and offer the opportunity for our guests to make their own memories of their stay here.
