Beläget i ett lugnt område i Glen Ellen, strax norr om Sonoma. Vi har två sovrum med bekväma drottningssängar och en bäddsoffa. Friluftsliv som bäst - BBQ, badtunna, utomhusdusch, hängmatta och eldstaden väntar på dig.

En Getaway som fortfarande lätt nås inom en timme från Golden Gate! Ligger bara några mil norr om Sonoma-torget. Glen Ellen ligger mitt i hjärtat av vinlandet - Sonoma, Napa, Healdsburg, Yountville är alla inom räckhåll. Detta område har mycket att erbjuda: bra vingårdar, utmärkt mat och vackert landskap.

Njut av vårt bekväma och renoverade hem med ett fullt utrustat kök, 2 välutrustade sovrum med kvalitetslinne och bekväma möbler. Uteservering och matsal i rymlig trädgolv i ek. Njut av grill, eldstad, hängmatta, privat utomhusdusch och badtunna.

This was a great place for a weekend of wine tasting and catching up with friends. The kitchen was cozy and well-stocked. The living room area was inviting, and 2 comfortable bedrooms made it easy to unwind. Loved spending time enjoying the backyard, as well.

What a great place!! My husband, father in law and I loved staying at Kerstin and David's listing. The space was thoughtfully planned and the backyard was a dream. The home was exactly as described, and very clean. We'll definitely keep our eye out for this listing if we find ourselves back in Glen Ellen.

We had a fantastic stay in this lovely home, perfect for two couples. The host's communication was excellent, responsive, and helpful throughout. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. We especially enjoyed the peaceful backyard deck and spacious yard, ideal for relaxing after a bike ride and wine tasting. The garage was a huge plus for storing bikes and prepping for rides. Located in a quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic. The hot tub was a welcome treat in the evenings as the temperatures cooled down. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

A lovely stay. House was well appointed and was decorated to be welcoming and cheerful. The outdoor area was extremely well designed for lounging, dining and strolling. Only 1 1/2 miles to the village market, Jack London saloon and French pastries. Great weekend away

Indeed an Inviting Sonoma Wine Country Getaway!

This was our 23rd summer in beautiful Sonoma County. Our stay in your lovely home made this year wonderful! The home was very comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked, the bed nice and cozy, and the backyard was fantastic! The attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The bottle of wine welcomed us, and the comfortable outdoor sofas allowed us to enjoy summer reading. We dined alfresco on the picnic table and enjoyed the stars and the sweet smell of the oak trees! The house has easy access to Highway 12 and Arnold Drive where we shopped at Safeway, Oliver's, and the Sonoma Market and visited with friends we have met throughout the years. We dined at Les Pascals Patisserie et Boulangerie, the Jack London Saloon, The Yeti, El Molina Central, and took a drive to Sebastopol to visit Merry Edwards winery and partake in some some Screamin' Mimi's ice cream, plus so much more. A visit to Mayo Family Winery was fun and gave us a chance to support a family business. Kerstin and David ensure that their guests are comfortable, even purchasing folding chairs that we took to watch the 4th of July parade on Sonoma Square. Needless to say, the week flew by! Thank you, Kerstin and David for making our 23rd year so fabulous and memorable!

Sonoma Valley Charm

This home was ideal for our wine country week. Comfortable, well-appointed house with gorgeous backyard and deck, outdoor furniture and jacuzzi. Surrounded by wineries, this was an ideal location for venturing out to tastings. Tuesday night Sonoma fest was excellent. Highly recommend this home for 2-4 guests.

Wine Country House

We loved this cute 2 bedroom/2 bathroom house in Glen Ellen. Close to Sonoma and Napa and lots of different wineries. The hot tub was a bonus and a nice way to relax at night. Kersten was great to work with and when I inquired about a small cooler, she went on Amazon and ordered a small cooler bag. House is very clean and has everything you need for your vacation. We really enjoyed our visit here and would for sure come back.

A perfect getaway

We loved Kersten and David’s place in a quiet neighborhood near Jack London Park and within walking distance of some small wineries. The home was clean, comfortable, and very well appointed. We had everything we could possibly need - plus an awesome back yard to relax with our dog!

Perfect retreat

With my French bulldog, went to wine country to relax and celebrate my new job. This house was exactly what I was looking for: - private hot tub - spacious backyard with lots of lovely little areas to hang out - backyard is completely fenced in so I can relax with my pup - great linens, towels, body soap, and spa robe (not the cheapo stuff) - easy parking - quiet and safe neighborhood - great heater (goodbye summer, hello autumn) - super functional kitchen, had everything I needed for making breakfast - very close to hiking trail with pup and great restaurants 💯 will stay here again. I need to figure out how to save this listing in the VRBO app 😎

Idyllic and Quiet. Sooo Quiet.

The backyard is a paradise. Three huge oaks canopy 90% of the backyard. Seating left and right, front and back. The spa was pristine. Heavenly. The inside was very well appointed. We couldn't stop ourselves from pointing out to each other how nice all of the fixtures were. The shower, the baths, the kitchen, wow!, the place just popped with class and charm. Out front we had room for two cars in the driveway, plus two more on the street (if needed). Fabulous!

Cute and CLEAN house with ginormous backyard

This was my 6th year coming to the Sonoma area to wine taste. We have always stayed in a VRBO during these trips. This was definitely one of my favorites! The house was clean and well stocked - down to having nice toiletries in the showers! Even the outdoor shower! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and grill. The beds were super comfortable and I think I liked the pillow better than mine at home…might need to get the details on that! You can tell someone really cares for this home. The towels and sheets smelled like fresh laundry and were very refreshing. Can’t wait to reserve our next stay!

Couples trip to Sonoma

Such a wonderful time at this property in Sonoma! The house is just as listed/pictured and perfectly comfortable for 2 couples with plenty of privacy and common space that is very well laid out. We loved enjoying the backyard space after a day of touring the area, it's so comfortable and relaxing to be able to spread out and enjoy the beautiful weather and watch the massive hawks in the trees above. Communication with our hosts was always a quick reply as well. The house is in a traditional neighborhood which is very quiet. We loved the location most of all because it's really a quick drive into Sonoma center as well as the vineyards further North and there are several very nice restaurants less than 10 minutes away. I would not hesitate to stay here again, if you are interested and enjoy quiet, homey accommodations with an easy drive to wineries and shopping this is definitely the place to stay. Thanks for your hospitality!

Piece of Paradise

Our stay was absolutely fabulous. While the neighborhood initially seemed a bit unkempt, once we looked closer, the houses were darling and the yards were natural and free. Our little house was immaculate, had everything we could possibly have wanted (even a complimentary bottle of wine) and the back yard was one to praise. Hot tub was glorious and we were close to wineries as well as our favorite which was Jack London's HIstoric Park. Our hosts were available should problems arise and were very ready to make sure our stay was exemplary. Highly recommend!!

Weekend Getaway

We met up with long time friends and enjoyed a long weekend away to Napa Valley. The house was lovely and just as we had expected. We sat nightly in the beautiful back yard and enjoyed the hot tub. We would highly recommend this property to others.

Our family lives in the Bay Area, where David grew up. Our daughter lives in Europe and our son is studying at UH Manoa in Hawaii. Since Kerstin is from Germany, we have been lucky to explore Europe. We enjoy the outdoors and learning about different cultures. It is exciting to visit new places. For a quick escape we love to come up to the Wine Country and enjoy Glen Ellen. Varför värden valde detta boende

We love Sonoma! In fact we got married here over 30 years ago. Glen Ellen is centrally located in the Wine Country: Sonoma, Napa, Healdsburg, Russian River are all within an easy reach. This quiet little town is only about 6 miles north of Sonoma Square.
It takes only an hour from the Golden Gate to get here.
There are so many activities- you can enjoy wine tasting, eat at some of the best restaurants, hike, bike, play golf, enjoy a day at the Sonoma Inn or the Kenwood Spa. Shopping is always fun around the square in Sonoma..and of course you can just kick up your feet in our beautiful shaded garden with a good book and a glass of local wine!

This little house is cozy and comfortable with a beautiful garden. Everything is there for your comfort and convenience:
Two well appointed bed rooms with queen beds and luxury cotton linens, fresh robes and slippers are waiting. One bedroom has an en-suite bath with a shower. The other bath is located right next to the second bedroom. Both bathrooms have been recently remodeled.
There is a nice queen size travel bed, that can be set up in the living room, if you need additional beds.
A fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, wine opener(very important!) and even a picnic basket. We do supply coffee and tea for you. There are spices and cooking basics in the pantry.
Dining room seats four comfortably, but fitting up to six is no problem.
There is a gas fireplace for warmth and ambiance. We do have central heating and air conditioning, plus fans in each room.
TV, Cable, DVD player and wireless internet are available to you. We have on-demand TV and Netflix. There is a desk and printer, in case you have to work from here.

The spacious private garden offers a spacious deck with a hot tub and a private outdoor shower, comfortable lounge furniture and BBQ. You can dine alfresco on the big farm table or relax in the hammock. There are big shade trees and even a little veggie and herb garden for you to enjoy.
