Beautiful view

It had a fabulous view of the beach and a lot of the beautiful homes that are on the beach, one of them being Jerry Jones's home. The area was really nice. The people were very nice and the unit is exactly as pictured. Was not disappointed

First time in Destin

Great place to stay.

The view from the tenth floor is amazing-Front and rear. Place was clean. There were absolutely no seasonings ketchup mustard anything of that nature. Plenty of clean dishes silverware and cooking utensils. Clean bed lined and towels. Mattress on the kings and twin was very comfortable. Would stay here again for the free putt putt and shuffleboard. It is a decent 5-6 min walk to the beach but I needed the exercise anyway.

Needs to be updated and cleaned!

The view was pretty. Convenient to shopping and food, were the best parts. Oh and walking distance to the beautiful beach. The condo itself was needed some extensive cleaning in the bathroom and the floors. The shower curtain in the master was full of mold. Time to update the bathrooms and the kitchen. One of the couches needs to be replaced, it was like sitting in the floor. Plus both couches and pillows smelled like dirty feet and old rotten cheese. The beds were lumpy and very uncomfortable to sleep in. Let’s talk about the TVs in the bedrooms, why not have smart TVs in there instead of a tv and vcr/dvd combo. Can’t control the condos ac either. Needed a comforter for the beds, it was very cold, and only had thin sheets on the beds!

Dated and Dirty

This place had so much potential but we were greatly disappointed. The location and the resort itself are great, but this condo is in dire need of a makeover. First of all it’s very dated. Not the end of the world but the carpeting was dirty and stained and even black in areas. There was black mold that you could see inside the clear shower knob. Mattresses were horrible and probably would have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor if it wasn’t so dirty. The place could be great with a fresh coat of paint, some new flooring, and some newer furniture. In the end we just felt dirty in the place. Felt like we overpaid afterwards. Luckily we spent the majority of our time outside.

Lovely condo

Great location

The condo was very clean and spacious. The beach was very close walking distance. The pools were clean and well maintained. My review was a 4 mainly due to the beds. Our beds were so hard, we went looking for a mattress topper. After the first night, my body hurt so bad I had to sleep on the couch. Everything else was great. Next time, I will definitely bring my own mattress topper and I will book at The Beach so I can have waterfront views.

Amazing view

We were totally amazed by the ocean view. We will definitely return. The room was beautiful comfortable bed. There was a safe but no key. Not a problem because we don't bring valuables on vacation. Overall one of our best vacations ever. Oh and a short walk to the beach. They have a tram you can call to take you there. But we walked you really don't need it unless you have small children.

The location was perfect and so beautiful.

Perfect for family the area at Tops’L very beautiful and clean. The personal property could have been cleaner..the dishes/silverware had old food on them/filthy which was gross. The bedsheets had stains/could use update and more beddings left for extra comfort. Throws on the couches would be nice. Beach towels/set ups would be nice. The Beachset ups we were unable to get they said you have to call in months to get. They NEVER responded back to my 7am call I had to walk down to beach for them to tell me I couldn’t get one. Very upsetting as we are a family that couldn’t get a beach setup.

Great Place

The place was clean, kitchen stocked with cookware, plates, etc.....bathrooms were good, plenty of room for 5 to 6 people. Pool was great at the Summit unit. Plus are the two large gas grills by the pool. They were clean and great for BBQ. The unit was quiet. Not much outside noise. The walk to the beach is negligible. Literally 2 minutes to get to the beach. The view from the master bedroom was AWESOME. The beds were ok. Nothing special but definitely NOT uncomfortable. We will definitely consider this unit in the future.

Beautiful view, updated & clean

This unit was spacious, updated, very clean & had a beautiful view. Would only recommend a more comfortable mattress on the king bed. We enjoyed our stay at Tops’l and all the amenities included on the property. We were disappointed in this area’s culture of charging for use of the beach space near the water. We assumed access to the beach near the water was an amenity for guests. Charging $50 to sit by the water felt like a money grab.

We love it was close to the beach! The condo needs a little remodeling, upgrade the kitchen and bathrooms, the cabinets are old and beat up, but it was ok. The receptionist very nice, polite and helpful! Thank you Vacasa!
