LOVED THIS CONDO

Loved this condo clean, plenty of towels, includes a washer and dryer. Location is perfect not right on the beach but shuttle was great. Very classy modern look made condo look amazing!!!!

Review

Review: 2/5 The condo itself was nice and met our expectations. However, the front staff was not accommodating. After driving over 10 hours with our baseball team’s trailer, we were told we could not park it on the property, leaving us scrambling to find a solution far from home. Additionally, we arrived two days early and were told we couldn’t leave our belongings in the unit next door, even though it was where we’d be staying for the rest of the week. Instead, we were forced to move everything down and back up again, which was extremely inconvenient. Overall, the lack of flexibility and hospitality from management put a damper on what could have been a great stay.

Excellent Condo!

This condo is simply amazing. It was the nicest and cleanest condo I have ever stayed at. Although, it was a condo, it felt like we were staying in a house. It was decorated so cozy, and it has the largest kitchen I have ever seen in a condo. We would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

This property had great hospitality from the start. The receptionists were very kind and very knowledgeable about the property. They smiled and made me and my family feel at home. There were even condo owners there that made us feel welcomed. The property was beautiful and I will recommend this property to anyone planning a beach trip/vacation.

Book it!!!

The place was amazing! Spacious enough for 2 couples and updated decor and very clean. Great balcony. Only thing is bed in second room is a full/double not a queen. It was a short stay so it wasn’t a huge deal for my husband and I. It was great to have access to the beach and 2-3 different pools. Would definitely stay here again!

A Fun Family Trip

We loved this condo! The decor, paint colors, and finishes are all very current and help you truly relax and feel like you're on vacation. The condo had everything we needed, including two beach chairs, shovels, and nets. The kitchen was well-stocked…cookie sheets, muffin pan, skillets, food strainer, Tupperware for leftovers, mixing bowls, cutting boards, pizza pan, pizza cutter, measuring cups and spoons, etc! It even has a slow cooker. The extra drink fridge was an added bonus. The washer and dryer worked well and were used a lot. The beds were super comfortable too! We loved that this unit had space for 4 kids in the spare room, unlike most of the condos we looked at at Topsl. It was so nice when a kid woke up early, he was able to go hang out in the living room while the other kids slept. The bed in the spare room is a full/double though, not a queen. Thanks for letting us have a family trip to Destin for baseball and beach!

Very clean and nice with a few minor things to fix.

This place was clean and spacious. Linens were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice and clean. The pools were smaller but nice. They had great activities for the kids. Beach was a bit crowded but this is a big place. The guest bathroom towel rack was broke as well as the shower faucet (we called and someone came and temporarily fixed it for us). The table in the guest room was broke so you couldn’t set anything on it or it would’ve collapsed and the fort won’t latch in there as well. The kick plates in the kitchen werent attached. Just a little TLC and this place could be a 5. I still would recommend staying here.

We have stayed at Tops'l Summit several years in a row. This building is located very short walk to the beach, which is why we always return. This property advertises king bedroom and a 2nd bedroom with a queen bed and twin bunks. The queen was actually a double (full) size bed, not a queen bed. My father eventually moved to the couch. There are several modern updates which were pretty. However, you do lose dining table and eat around the large island. My sister liked this. However, it does make it difficult to play family games if you need a table. The modern update to the primary shower was nice but lacked the weather strip at the bottom of the shower door. Water leaks onto the floor, which has ruined the new flooring. We noticed water when we checked in and quickly realized the problem. The water pools under the floor panels and seeps up from beneath the new flooring at the seams when you walk. The floor stayed wet our entire stay. This will need an entire floor repair. The most significant change from previous years, which may affect us returning to Tops'l, is the HOA passed a new rule of umbrellas only on their beach property (no tents). For families like mine who come prepared with beach equipment including tents, this new rule deters leasing again at Tops'l properties. They also have a "no pets" rule except for owners. This should be reconsidered with pet deposits for responsible pet owners since there is a pet walking area on the property.

This unit is exactly as pictured. We stayed here with our 3 month old and it was perfect! Took us *maybe* 5 minutes to walk to the beach pushing a stroller - it is a very short walk. If you care about shower water pressure have no fear - it was phenomenal. Unit had everything we needed! Would absolutely book again!

Beautiful decor

This unit was beautifully decorated. Just a short walk to the beach or you could take a shuttle. Only negative about the unit was loud toilet in the master bath and poor water pressure in master shower but that was just an inconvenience. Still a beautiful unit!!

We didn't want to go home.

It was really spacious and open. It's simple, modern and clean. I wish guests would do more to take care of this place. And I think it's time for refrigerator to be checked it wasn't cold enough. Overall we loved the place and would like to come back.

Absolutely loved our stay! Loved that the place was updated and cozy! The only con would be the bed for the master was rock hard! Your would think you would put a nicer Mattress on the bed instead of a little thin mattress. Super short 5 min walk to the beach and other pool! Would definitely come again! Thanks so much!!
