NY LISTERING! Bättre foton kommer snart! Vi har precis avslutat ombyggnaden av detta 2 sovrum, 2 badrum i Beach Cottage! Denna enhet ligger direkt i centrum av byggnad II med direkt utsikt över viken från vår rymliga balkong! Både vardagsrummet och sovrummet har direkt tillgång till balkongen och underbar utsikt!
Nya träplankor i hela lägenheten.
Köket har nya rostfria vitvaror, nya skåp, cambria bänkskivan med frukost bar.
Sovrummet är rymligt med en king size-säng, stor garderob, smart tv och direkt tillgång till balkongen. Master Bath har dubbla handfat och en rymlig ny duschkabin.
Gäst sovrum har 2 queen size-sängar, stor garderob och smart tv. Gästbadet har badkar / duschkombo, nyligen kaklat.

5 Stars – Perfect Beach Getaway!

Our stay was absolutely perfect—exactly what we needed! The property was spotless and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, from beach towels and chairs to all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The ocean view was incredible—such a treat to wake up to every day. The hosts were amazing: attentive, responsive, and truly made us feel welcome. If we’re ever back in the area, we’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Condo

This was our first stay at Indian Shores. Our family loved the breathing taking sunsets, beautiful beach, and the condo was stunning. Linda was amazing to work with and helped make our stay amazing. The check in process was easy and the assigned parking for the condo unit was a bonus! The condo had everything we needed including beach chairs and accessories. We loved the condo it was clean and newly updated. We saw dolphins and loved the bird sanctuary next door. We will definitely book here again when in the area.

CLEAN AND WELL STOCKED

This condo smelled so nice and clean. It was clean and stocked better than any other we've ever stayed in. The owners were very friendly and very quick to respond with any questions/concerns we had. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back.

Great Condo & Beautiful Views!

Linda is a wonderful host who was very thorough in her communication with us and checked in during our trip to make sure everything was going well! The condo is beautifully updated and very comfortable for our family of five. We would definitely stay here again and can’t wait to come back!

My family had an absolutely wonderful stay at this location. Would love to come again in the future. Linda went above and beyond helping with suggestions for restaurants and checking in to make sure everything was going well. We had a lovely time. The location right on the beach was great, and having all the beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc on hand was very convenient. Linda was very friendly and helpful, and communication was a breeze. We also appreciated the modern decor in the condo unit and the comfy beds. Thank you!

Amazing!

This has been our favorite place to stay in all our years of family beach vacations. View was amazing, condo had any and everything you needed, condo seating and beds were comfortable, easy/quick walk to the beach, and Linda was always quick to respond when we had questions. We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful Property and Wonderful Owners - Highly Recommend

The property is great...just as pictured and described. The unit itself is spacious and very well cared for. Everything is new and in great working order. The entire property is very well maintained as well. The owners were amazing and were extremely responsive and the unit has everything you could need (kitchen items, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, toys, etc.). The location is great as well! Highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back. Thanks for your hospitality Linda and John!!!

Spring break

Very enjoyable, very relaxing with lots to do for those that like the beach or many other activities (we tried kayaking, golfing and biking). Not too frantic and great restaurants too.

Just Amazing

Right from the start Linda was wonderful!! She was so helpful and kind through our week. Their condo is so beautifully updated and decorated. It had absolutely everything we needed. The sunset and gulf views from the unit were incredible. Our week was relaxing and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. THANK YOU for sharing your condo with us! :)

Family Get Away

Overall we had a positive experience. I would however suggest that you upgrade the items in the kitchen. It appeared that the items were hand me downs, and nothing matched. Gave me the impression of someone's cottage, where they send the stuff that they used at home and bought new stuff for the house. But the place was overall comfortable, appreciated that the appliances were in good working order. Place was spotless when we got there and well stocked with essentials The building was very well maintained and in good order. People were friendly and accommodating. Would definitely come back.

Excellent is the only word to describe what a wonderful condo.

From first booking to end last day of our stay everything was excellent. It would easily sleep 6 people and the kitchen had every gadget that you would possibly need. The bed in the main bedroom was so good you didn’t want to get up.

Wonderful Place!!!!!! You will not be disappointed.

This unit has everything that you need and more for your trip. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc. was nice to have available. Very clean and great view. Linda was there to answer all questions and very quick to respond. They even checked in to make sure that everything was good. Will definitely stay here again.

Great condo and location

The condo is well appointed with higher end finishes in kitchen and bath. The unit is well stocked with cooking supplies and we appreciated the beach gear supplied. The unit also has baby gear such as high chair and pack n play. We didn't need those for our family, but if you have young children it's helpful. Owners are very communicative and I recommend renting this condo for your next vacation. The views of the beach from the balcony were fantastic.

Worth the wait!

We stayed for our 2 year delayed spring break trip. We knew the area so had great places to eat and visit. Beach was steps away and perfect! Condo as advertised, up to date and perfect size. Second bedroom sleepers did hear elevator at times but not a big problem. Only small thing is living room couch could be replaced as it may have seen better days. Plenty of kitchen supplies and huge closet of beach supplies. Beach towels plentiful for use at the great pool.

Fantastic find

We were very pleased with both the cleanliness and also the outfitting of the condo. They provided every little thing that we needed for a beach day and we were pleasantly surprised to find the items all in very good shape. There were some very nice little touches as well. The presentation of the towels along with toiletries was a nice touch. We will book this condo again for sure!

Varför värden valde detta boende

The Beach Cottage is well maintained and one of the nicest properties in the area. The pool deck is huge, the beach is fantastic and the weather is unbeatable. This condo has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

This condo is situated directly in the center of building II facing the Gulf so you can't beat the view! Best time to have a direct view of the sunset is in December and January but the view is great yearround!
