When the beach is your destination for fun, then this Seascape condo should be your home away from home. This beautiful 2 BR/ 2 BA condo in the Seascape Resort offers a small side view of the Emerald Coast waters from the balcony and overlooks the pool. It is a very short walk to the white sugar sands of the beach which is located right across from the beach, whales tail restaurant and beach bar. This unit has been remodeled and where you can enjoy the comforts of home. The MBR is on the main level with a 2nd BR upstairs with a queen bed, and 2 twin beds. Both have their own attached bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and the condo includes linens, beach towels, beach chairs, and supplies. The balcony overlooks 1 of 5 pools on the property. Seascape is a 300 acre resort property with a championship 18 hole golf course, world class tennis center with 8 courts, a pro shop, pickle ballcourts, playground, basketball and 2000’ beach front.
This condo is non smoking and not pet friendly.
We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25

Great beach weekend.

This is our second stay with our family of 6. Its an amazing place. Minutes from the beach, over looks the local pool. It has everything that you will need for the beach, towels, toys, chair, umbrella, cart, coolers. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you forgot to pack. Its clean, and tidy, easy parking, Great communication. Its a very effortless place to stay, they've really thought of everthing. A little tip, enter and exit the complex from the north gate on highway 98, its faster and keeps you from the all the traffic on the road by the beach.

Finally a VRBO listing that is exactly as described! Not only did the pictures match the accuracy of the condo but the description and past reviews did as well! Everything was spot on! Clean unit, comfortable beds, awesome showers and very close to the beach! This unit had all of the home away from home amenities that you could ask for. From the beach chairs and beach/pool towels to the pots, pans and utensils this place has everything we could have asked for! They thought of everything!! Definitely 5 stars in all accounts!

Great long weekend

This was a great condo. Very well furnished. Despite rhe fact that we did not cook, it was well stocked for cooking. Great location.

Awesome stay!

Great property- clean and quiet, was perfect for our family of 5. Extremely well stocked for the beach- towels, chairs, umbrella and even a cart! Check in was super easy and owners were prompt with responses and answering questions. We will be back!

Great location and Cozy Place

This place has it all. So close to beach and the Whale’s Tail. The property is very clean and plenty of space for a family. The pool is easily accessible and you can keep an eye on the kids from the balcony. It has all the amenities you would need, beach towels and chairs are provided. The kitchen is very well stocked! We will be back.

Lovely place.

Very, very clean. Has everything you need for a family vacation. Just wish there was a table to eat meals together. The high-top counter and chairs were not accommodating for some family members. Loft was not private enough. Thank you for the opportunity to stay. Super close to the beach and pool.

Perfect Stay

Just As Described!!! Melissa answered every thing I needed so fast! This condo was so well stocked more than any place I have ever stayed!!! The set up was just perfect! The walk to the pool was literally one min as it was just over looking the pool. The walk to the beach was less than five minutes away. This place was ideal for us as this was not our usual beach vacation place so we didn’t know what we needed. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for two families that a one child. It worked so well for us!!! Thank you for sharing you condo with us.

The PERFECT Seascape Condo!

This condo was stocked with literally every necessity, which saved me so much time and money! There was a stepstool in the kitchen for reaching the higher cabinets (which was VERY MUCH appreciated). There was Febreze in the bathrooms. There was stain remover in the laundry. There were beach chairs, coolers, and beach towels. When I say they had it all, they had it all! It was clean, beautifully furnished, and very convenient to the beach, Whale's Tail, and Scenic Hwy 98 and Hwy 98 access. I could not have been happier with our stay!!! We hope to book this condo again next year (or sooner, if I can talk my partner into taking JUST ME back, without kids)!

Great family vacation

Our first impressions of the condo, it was clean, organized, and it had enough space for our family of six. Once you start looking around you see how well stocked the space is. Everything you need for the beach is there, umbrella, chairs, towels and toys. It has everything you forgot to pack in the kitchen like, baggies, games, sewing kit, lent roller. Couches are comfy, bed was so comfortable. It over looks the pool, and you can even see the ocean from the balcony, you are a 3 minute walk to the beach. Check in and out was super easy, owners were quick to respond. We have this place bookmarked for a return stay.

I was very pleased with this property! The host was quick to reply with any questions or concerns I had. Having access to beach accessories such as chairs, coolers and more was very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing property

Beautiful Condo with Great Location

This condo is beautiful, comfortable, and well appointed. Nice beach towels were provided (so no need to pack) and beach chairs. We cooked many of our meals there and everything we needed was provided. Easy walk across the street to the beach. Overall such a great place!

Amazing location close to the beach

We had a great week at this location. Short walk to the beach access and amazing beach. The rental had everything we needed including chairs, umbrellas and a cooler! Would use this rental again.

Annual Family Trip

We come to Destin every year for the last 5-6 years and like all the other times this house was amazing. Location was perfect easy access to the beach. The house was clean with many extras that will keep you from having to purchase beach items. I recommend this house it was great. More than likely we will book this same house next summer.

Great Beach Stay

Check in was simple and owners were easy to reach and responsive throughout our stay as well as before our arrival. The location was great with easy access to the beach. Onsite pools were a plus for days we didn't want to stay at beach all day and our kids enjoyed the basketball courts and pickleball courts on the property. Condo had everything we needed as well as beach towels and chairs available for use at the beach. I would recommend this property to anyone who loves a beach stay and you can't beat the emerald coast water/beaches!
