Building located 300 meters from the start of the Bettex slopes (ski area departure, grocery store, ESF and sports store), and approximately 8 km from the town center of Saint-Gervais. This residence offers a beautiful view of the Mont Blanc range.
Accommodation: Ideal for holidays with family or friends, we offer in Saint-Gervais this apartment of 65 m2 for 6 people.The apartment is on the second floor without elevator. It offers an East exhibition with views of the Mont Blanc chain and has a balcony to enjoy the view.Warning: Winter equipment (snow tyres or chains/slippers in the trunk) mandatory from 01/11 to 31/03 of each year.Composition of the apartment :- An entrance with a closet. - A living room with dining area, TV and access to the balcony. - A kitchenette with 4 electric hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher. - A bedroom with a double bed (140*190) and access to the balcony. - 2 twin rooms (wood partition separation) including one with 2 persons (140*190) and the other with bunk beds (90*190). - A bathroom with bath, sink. - An independent toilet.
