We stayed here for a couple of nights so my friend could meet and adopt my foster puppy. The beach and shopping was so close by. The neighborhood is so cute. We loved the rental space, especially the solarium! John and Bruce were so kind and welcoming it felt like staying with friends.

We enjoyed our stay in this unique historic home. The bed was very comfortable, the host was friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast foods were much appreciated. We had only one night, but would have stayed longer if we could.

It was a peaceful and relaxing stay. We were there for a concert and the home was not far from downtown where we needed to go. A lot to do in Pensacola. The home was beautiful on a quiet street and great for a weekend getaway. Highly recommend.

Very cute property! The older house has so much charm, especially with the antique decor. The sunroom is nice and you have private access to the dining room, bed, and bathroom. There are the usual amenities plus a small breakfast and coffee bar, which was a really nice touch. The room was private and reasonably quiet, though the house is located on a cross street which does stay a little busy. John met us right away even though I didn't give him a heads up for our arrival. He was kind and very polite. We got the short tour and a history of the building, including some dog-friendly suggestions around town. He was very quick to answer any communications via the app and flexible when our plans changed.

Short Stay

John met me at the door. Very cordial and went the entire area where I would be staying. Explained what closets held different items. I really enjoyed my time and would book it again. Very close to the beach easy access to all kinds of entertainment and restaurants.

Everything about this place was lovely. The room and house aesthetic was beautiful, the host was very attentive during the check in process, and the bed and blankets were super comfortable - which was a big plus after a 13 hour drive. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for your hospitality! 💕

Great historical property

Our visit was very nice at this home John Met us at the door Invited us Showed us around the place Everything was extremely clean. very well Supplied even had a continental breakfast with I am guessing fresh made blueberry muffins that were delicious. If you are a midday napper I could not find a way to get the shades to come down you will need you some eye shades other than that it is a wonderful home looking forward to staying there again

Exceptional weekend in Pensacola!!!

The place was great and comfortable. It was near everything that I was going to visit. Very quiet neighborhood near East Hill. The room was very beautiful and I felt like I was staying at my own home. Excellent bathroom and accessories. I would definitely stay there again. Excellent price for the accommodation.

Very pleasant

Very nice accommodations and a great location. Convenient to the beaches and the downtown area. There is a large dog park about a mile away, which I took advantage of every day. The room had a refrigerator and a coffee maker, along with a continental breakfast.

I wanted a place that was convenient to the baseball stadium. This was perfect. The host was wonderful. It was a lovely place to stay with perfect privacy. Delicious muffins, fruit, juice, tea, and coffee were provided to start my days.

What a wonderful place!

Such a cute property. John introduced me to the house and amenities, then we never crossed paths again. So I knew he was around if I needed anything, but he was out of sight otherwise. It's just a lovely house with great decorations. Within walking distance (~1 mile) of restaurants and the Bay Center. I had a great stay!
