Lägenhet beskrivning - 5 dubbel sovrum med 3 badrum. En stor badrum i sovrummet med två handfat, badkar, toalett och bidé. Andra badrum med handfat, dusch, toalett och bidé. Tredje badrum med dusch, handfat, toalett. Observera den tredje badrummet är liten. Komplett kök med ugn, mikrovågsugn och full storlek kylskåp. Sovrummet och 2 sovrum med 140 x 200 cm säng vardera. Tredje sovrummet med 135x190cm säng. 4: e och 5: e sovrum har två enkelsängar vardera (alla 80x190cm).

För maximal komfort har den här lägenheten luftkonditioneringsapparater i 4 av sovrummen och vardagsrum.

Plats - Lägenheten ligger i den historiska delen av Eixample-området, på kort avstånd och halvvägs från Sagrada Familia templet och Passeig de Gracia shopping.

Tillgänglighet - 5 våningar ovan gatunivå. Hiss

Transport - Nära Verdaguer tunnelbanestation (på gula och blå linjer) och flera busslinjer. Mycket lätt att komma till taxi.

Management - Vi är ett litet familjeföretag. Lauren är från Dallas, TX och Fernando är från Barcelona, Spanien. Vi kör för närvarande 16 semesterlägenheter i Barcelona, 2 möblerade bostäder i Dallas och 8 lägenheter i Istanbul. Vi använder våra samma höga standard i alla länder.

Bullernivåer - Fasad fönster har dubbelglas, men det kan finnas vissa gata (trafik) brus i tre av sovrummen (2: a, 4: e och 5: e).

Beläggning - Lägenheten är idealisk för 8 personer. Det kan sova upp till 10.

Checka in och checka ut - Lägenheten kommer att vara redo för dig vid 16:00 för inflyttning. Du kan släppa dina väskor och få dina nycklar från 12:00 (middag). Utcheckning är 11:30. Du kan begära reserverade tidig incheckning eller sen utcheckning mot en extra avgift, i mån av tillgång. Det finns ingen extra avgift för natt incheckning. Vi har vårt kontor i byggnaden bredvid.

Bokningar - Vi genomför bokningar via e-post, så det finns en skriftlig förteckning över all kommunikation och mycket mindre utrymme för misstag. Vi tar inte reservationer eller betalning via telefon.

Everything was exactly the way it was listed.There was just no air cooling system in one of the rooms. It only had a fan.Otherwise the neighborhood great! It was in the center of town Walking distance to all sorts of attractions.Very happy with our stay

Beautiful apartment!

Lilianna was so helpful and communication was easy and quick responses. the apartment was breathtaking and the photos are true to the space. we had a party of 7 with extra space leftover. i can’t say enough good things. thank you!

Great spot!

This flat was really spacious and had everything we needed for a bunch of friends exploring. The only downside was the lift was not working and we were on the 4th floor but I think this was only temporary due to the black outs

Fantastic views, great neighbourhood

It's a great apartment with fantastic views. There were only four of us, so we had loads of room! We loved sitting at the small table watching the world go by. The location was good - only a short walk to Sagrada Familia and a pleasant 30-minute stroll to La Rambla. We used the bus and metro for trips further out. Communication and entry were excellent.

Fabulous stay!!

An exceptional space, located in an excellent area of Barcelona, with lots of cafes and so close to the Sagrada Familia (and you can see the spires from the rooftop!). The apartment is super spacious and full of light, well equipped and with super comfy beds! Fernando communicated with us throughout, and check in was very easing using door codes. would definitely stay again - a perfect stay!!

Excellent weekend

We had a great time in Barcelona, this property is wonderful, plenty of room, excellent location. The small shower room is extremely small and water pressure not great , other bathrooms are good. Beds ok, not the most comfortable but not the worst! We would certainly return. Contact with host and property management was excellent, very helpful. Thank you

Loved the apartment and location; just as described

Spacious, clean, bright, and in a great location (not too far from major attractions and convenient transportation options), this apartment was quite comfortable for a family of 7 during a nine-day stay. The only thing missing is full-size mirrors. We highly recommend this apartment.

We had the best time staying here. The place was beautiful beyond our expectations. The views were amazing. The location was super nice. Very close to everything. Great dining options and very convenient to public transportation. There were 8 of us and it was more than enough space. Count not recommend this place enough.

Great neighborhood

Great location in a nice neighborhood. Walking distance to Sangrada Familia & other sites. Bus stop at the corner took us directly to the beach (15 mins away) & I loved the coffee shop just across the road.

Everything fantastic!

We loved this location and layout of the apartment! Loved the ease of getting in and out of the building, plenty of space for gathering with our group of 7 senior active adults, nice bathrooms and bedrooms, loved the burgers and fries at Elite which is right next door, easy communication with the managers and we felt safe! Would book again in a flash!

Outstanding Accomodations in Barcelona

The apartment was beautiful, on a central location and close to main attractions. Very comfortable and roomy for 9 guests. The staff was very accomodated and addressed request right away. I would highly recommend this property.

The apartment is large and we had plenty of room. There is mold in the shower and the overall vibe is more worn than the photos show. Location is great! Communication was great also.

this apartment is perfectly located in a safe neighbourhood, central to everything within a few minutes walk in any direction !! clean and huge with great views !. The property fit all our needs. We especially liked the building and all the amenities in the immediate neighborhood. It was a quick walk or train to nearly everything we wanted to do while in the city.

Excellent location and property management was very responsive

We loved the location of this property. The little sitting space with windows was just such a specular view of the city and La Familia Sagrada from the window. That was our favorite spot. Bedrooms were cute and beds were very comfortable. Just one recommendation would be to inform renters that there can be power issues at times and to keep the washer and other items to a min when in use so the power does not go out.

Perfect location for a family or friends visiting Barcelona.

We decided to stay in Barcelona a few days before a cruise and this apartment was the perfect place to stay. Location was very good, close to Sagrada Familia and walking distance to Paseo de Gràcia. The person in charge e went in person to help us with the air conditioning and other details about the property. Easy access and good communication with the owner. Very good experience.

Spacious and charming Apartment

We had a wonderful stay at Fernando and Lauren's beautiful apartment. It was very spacious, comfortable and clean for 7 adults. We loved the neighborhood being so close to many places of interest and it was easy to grab a taxi. We particularly enjoyed the Burger and Music downstairs! Great place to have a cold beverage after a day of exploring. Their burgers were delicious! Seriously good. We would definitely come back to beautiful Barcelona and stay here again.

Great apartment

Our group of 6 people (3 generations) stayed for 4 days in this roomy apartment. The largest bedroom with a connected bathroom is most comfortable and away from the noise. The 4 other rooms were clean and comfortable. Having the laundry available was one of the most helpful aspects of this apartment as our baggage was lost and did not arrive for 3 days! At least we had a way to clean our clothes each night! The small elevator was also helpful for the older members of our group since the apartment is on the 4th floor. The on site manager was helpful. We had difficulty with a broken coffee maker and they brought us a replacement within 30 min! If you want a good restaurant I recommend Zed which is about 10 min. walk from this apartment. Thank you for this accommodation in Barcelona!

11 of us stayed in this appt for 4 nights in September,from the initial booking to us leaving the communication was first class,they even accommodate another guest as originally there was only 10 of us. The appt itself is clean and very roomy,with lots of bed space,it’s very quiet on a night,and the aircon is great.the living area is also roomy. Madara our greeter was extremely nice,and explained lots things to us,it’s location is very good 2 mins walk to Sagrada de famlia,15 walk to las ramblas. There are many bars and restaurants around the appt,the one directly underneath is very good for a drink before bed after a long day,run by an Italian couple,great hosts & good for local information. The roof terrace is brilliant very big with plenty of seating,great views of sagrada, We would not hesitate to stay here again!!!! If your thinking of booking this place,don’t think twice, or you’ll miss an opportunity. Many thanks to Fernando & Lauren and the Negre team 👍👍😎😎

Beautiful Barcelona

We 6 seniors had wonderful stay in Barcelona. The apartment was exactly as expected. Plenty of room to spread out. The view from the dining area was wonderful; loved seeing the start atop Sagrada each evening while we played cards. Access to a washer and dryer was a plus for us. We had a little difficulty getting into the property initially, but succeeded and were able to leave luggage until check in time. The main bedroom was lovely, but guests above were terribly noisy moving chairs and talking loudly until very late into the night. It seemed they were on the rooftop terrace. Light sleepers might want to avoid that room. We enjoyed the little restaurant right next to the apartment. Lovely people there who even remembered our drink preferences each evening. We did not use the kitchen facilities. The apartment was a great location to all the things we had planned to do and see while we were there. Thank you for your hospitality.
