VÄr helt separata lÀgenhet (inte delad med nÄgon) har en öppen matsal, vardagsrum och fullt utrustat kök som tar utomhus, komplimangerar de stora sovrummen. Inga trappor pÄ posten, en nivÄ layout och breda dörröppningar lÀmpar sig för att vara rullstol, men disk / diskbÀnk höjder Àr inte ADA kompatibla. Det Àr helt privat med egen ingÄng, av parkeringsplatser, vÀrme, AC-system, Wifi, telefon, full storlek tvÀttstuga, BBQ, utanför bord / stolar med utsikt över Boulder och Klippiga bergen.

Vi har bott i Colorado de flesta av vÄra liv och Àr mycket villiga att dela med dig information om intressanta platser i och runt Boulder och Colorado. Vi Àr ivriga vandrare, down-hill och tillbaka skidÄkare och cyklister. Vi har 3 cyklar och hjÀlmar att lÄna sÄ att 300 miles frÄn Boulder cykelbanor och mÄngsidiga vÀgar finns att njuta av. Excellent accommodations. Clean and comfortable throughout; the kitchen had everything necessary for cooking meals; the bed was very comfortable; it was wonderful having access to a washer/dryer; and the location can’t be beat.

This was our second stay, and it won't be our last. The location and views are great, the owners are very welcoming, and the accommodations are quite comfortable.

The layout of the downstairs apartment was spacious, and well designed. The furniture was comfortable and the lighting was excellent. The hosts live upstairs and were quiet and very respectful of our space. When we did meet they were delightful. I appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked so we could actually cook if we wanted to. Also the beds had good mattresses and there were lots of options for blankets so I could get really comfortable. The neighborhood is lovely, felt very safe and was quiet. The views were nice as well but the view from apartment looks out onto a nice garden with a sweet little fountain. To get the mountain views you have to go outside. My colleague and I were there for 5 nights for a conference in Boulder and it worked perfectly.

We couldn't have picked a better choice for a quick trip out to Boulder. Very convenient and easy to get around town. The views of the mountains were outstanding. Will definitely try to book again on future trips.

Nice location, living room has view of the mountains. Excellent wifi, spacious rooms, kitchen well-equipped. Apartment is fairly dark so lights were on more than usual. Very friendly and knowledgeable hosts.

Great location

This was the perfect place to visit my daughter who lives in Boulder. Great neighborhood to walk in, with beautiful views and close to Boulder. Surprising how cool the place stayed in the extreme heat. It was very comfortable and clean.

This is one of the best properties I’ve stayed in. Reed and Carol have thought of every way to make their place comfortable and feel like a home away from home. Very convenient to everything, in a darling neighborhood and it still felt remotely away from the crowds. I will definitely return!

Great place for our Colorado getaway

This was an ideal place for my family's Colorado vacation. This was a quieter/rural part of Boulder that we enjoyed, yet it was close for our day trips to Denver, Estes Park, and Idaho Falls. The owners were friendly and obviously take great pride in offering a nice VRBO for families. It was nearly perfect. Our only suggestion would be a new mattress for the master bedroom.

Lovely location with all the amenities of home!

Reed and Carol are wonderful hosts who have thought of everything we could possible need. We had a surprise visit from our son and his daughter for two nights. Reed and Carol didn’t bat an eye when we mentioned they would spend a couple nights with us. They made a special effort to meet us after we had settled in for a few days. The property is very private and has a spectacular view of the Rockies. We hope to return again next time we’re in Boulder!

Restful Boulder Apartment

Check-in and out were seamless. Easily accessible parking in a quiet neighborhood. Location was close to many areas to hike and we were able to really enjoy the beautiful Boulder area. Apartment included an assortment of kitchen and bathroom items to make our stay more comfortable. Ample pillows and blankets helped everyone sleep well. Being able to do laundry and having no stairs made this a perfect spot for us!

Relaxing Place to Stay in Boulder

We had a wonderful stay in this quiet, roomy, relaxing apartment. The only problem was that the bed was so comfortable we had a hard time getting up each morning to make an early start on the beautiful Boulder hiking trails. :)

Comfortable, spacious, private, and good location.

This was a home away from home with a well-stocked and equipped kitchen. The children enjoyed with kid-extras. The owners even provided some snow for the CA family. Good value.

Relaxing stay with mountain view

Reed is a retired electrical and telecommunications engineer and businessman with degrees in both. Carol is a retired Speech Therapist, Language Arts & Learning Disability teacher.

We are actively engaged with a combined family (5 children, 5 grand children, 5great grandchildren), friends, bicycling, downhill & backcountry skiing, hiking, chorale singing, dancing, traveling...
and life in general. We are both graduates of the University of Colorado in Boulder.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We designed our house and included an apartment for our parents to live in when they needed assisted living.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We are warm and friendly and have lived in Boulder for 45 years and have a wealth of information about Boulder and Colorado that we are more than willing to share with you. Having three loaner bikes for those who enjoy the wind in their hair is indeed serendipitous.
