This magnificent villa, perfectly located in a quiet cul-de-sac, completely renovated in early 2022, will make you spend magnificent and unforgettable holidays.
It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a modern open plan super equipped kitchen, a large bright living room with dining area, air conditioning (4), fans (4) and central heating in all rooms + an additional gas fireplace for the winter (November till April) in the living room, numerous covered and uncovered terraces, a solarium, an entirely private and heated swimming pool from beginning of April till end of November with shower, bar area , refrigerator and toilet.

Outdoor dining room with Barbecue.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available on site.
Private and secure parking inside the property with automatic barrier and the possibility of charging your electric car at a low price.
Shops and restaurants are located max. 10 minutes away on foot, the 12 sandy beaches of Orihuela Costa are 6 minutes away by car, the large shopping center of La Zenia Boulevard with its 180 shops and 25 restaurants 5 minutes away by car, 4 magnificent golf courses of Las Ramblas, Las Colinas, Campoamor, Villamartin are at max. 10 minutes by car. You are also next to a walking path along the 70 km long irrigation canal (cycling, rollerblading, walking, jogging ...). A park is located 2 minutes walk from the house with a petanque track.
The villa is equipped with photovoltaic panels and very autonomous to protect the environment as much as possible.
The cleaning of 150 ⏠with "anti-covid" protocol is obligatory and includes the bed linen, the bath towels and beach towels to be given on your arrival to the handing-over of the keys. The beds are made upon arrival.
