Unit B307 is an air conditioned*, deluxe, two bedroom two bathroom accommodation on the North West side of the resort. It has a partial ocean view and full view of the interior of the resort. Condo B307 has a full wall mirror in the living room. A mix of carpet and tiles grace the floors. The furnishings are rattan and wood. The master bathroom has been redone with glass doors on a tiled shower. The kitchen is fully modern with a huge amount of counter space and a removed wall. Review all of our Maui condos, right here at Luana Kai.

* The condo is located on the third floor. There are NO elevators, you would have to walk up 3 flights of stairs.

Bring the kids out to Kahului for the day. There are two Fun Factory’s, one in each Mall, Hot Topics, and The Disney Store in Ka’ahumanu and theaters in both main malls provide family fun.

Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. If you have a late flight out, we recommend booking an extra night to accommodate your schedule. Mahalo for understanding.

Awesome unit in right location

We had a great time in this unit. Nice view of the ocean with 2 minutes walk to the beach! Nice big balcony! We didn’t have to use the A/C at all. The Kihei area shopping was just a mile away! All in all we loved the stay and the unit is exactly how it is described in VRBO.

Outstanding

Very happy with the condo and grounds. I however do not like the extra charge for air conditioning. The next door Vrbo condos do not charge extra for AC. For the cost for two weeks, AC should be included.

Overall a great spot

We really enjoyed this spot. Awesome location and the condo was perfect for our needs. I would say the space surpassed our expectations. Breakfast on the balcony was very nice. Check in instruction were sent a bit late in our opinion but the check in process was very easy! Overall a treat if a spot
