Lägenheten på loftet ligger på 3: e våningen och har stora fönster och välvda tak med takfläktar i alla rum. Skönheten i Luana Kai-designen gör att mjuka vindvindar kan röra sig genom lägenheten. Underbart kök ombyggnad med anpassade granitbänk, uppdaterade skåp och alla uppdaterade apparater. Skafferi med extra förråd och lagringsutrymme. Det finns ingen hiss, men trappan är mycket bekvämt belägen och det är en enkel resa från parkeringsplats till dörr. Luana Kai är så nära överallt på Maui du vill vara, men ändå så avkopplande och otäckt. Den lugna stranden ute är perfekt för promenader, utforska och solnedgångar. Bara några minuter från de bästa stränderna på Maui för bad och snorkling. För de mer äventyrliga, är ett av de bästa vind- / drakesurfingområdena på Maui beläget precis framför orten, med vind tillåter.

Beautiful Home with Great Waterviews and an Ideal Host

This lovely home was as advertised, and then some. Convenient location, comfortable and attractive living, fantastic views and perhaps the most well-stocked rental we’ve ever visited. Jean is an excellent host, providing lots of information to help enhance the stay (eg great restaurant picks) and very responsive, yet unintrusive. We hope to return someday!

Beautiful home in Maui paradise!

We stayed 5 nights in Jean's beautiful condo and really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was fully stoked with plenty of cooking supplies and spices (there's also plenty of sunscreen!). We loved the ambiance and colors inside this beautifully remodeled condo. Also the pool and grill area was also really nice to camp out. Note - there were four adults in our party and would say that is plenty. You could additionally squeeze 2 small children in as well otherwise 6 ppl would be quite cozy given this is a 2 bedroom 2 full bath condo. Would absolutely stay again!

First timers to Maui

This condo was exactly as listed and as in the pictures! It is a fabulous place with everything you could want in a home away from home. The kitchen is awesome! It has top notch large & small appliances along with every utensil you need to prepare meals. Very clean, inviting, and just like home. Jean, the owner was easy to communicate with and we got to meet her as well. Beautiful views from the lanai; the property is quiet; not far away from anything. It made our first trip to Maui easy & enjoyable. Will definitely be recommending to anyone going to this area in the future!!

Fantastic stay again!!

Thank you to our host, Jean, who made our 2nd stay in her condo an amazing time again. Loved the pool, bbqs and the close walk to the beach. The kitchen is so well-equipped with extras including spices, condiments, baking supplies, and even icepacks in the freezer, Amazing balcony / lanai for seeing incredible sunsets. We made good use of the beach chairs, coolers, and mats, etc. It was another worry-free vacation. This Kihei condo is a great location in Maui. Highly recommended!!

Absolutely amazing!

Home was very clean, kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need for cooking! Beautiful view, great pool, definitely feels like you are staying at a high end resort. Will absolutely book this property again.

Great well-stocked location!

We had a great stay at Jean’s condo. Excellent communication from host. Lots of supplies, well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds and pull-out couch. Great location. We had fun in the pool and walking around the grounds. Highly recommend!

Beautiful location

Our family of 6 had a wonderful vacation at Luana Kai. We have stayed at many VRBOs before and this was the most well stocked condo we’ve experienced. The home had plenty of bath and beach towels and all the kitchen supplies you could need. Jean was very helpful and accommodating with any information or special requests. We all loved the beautiful ocean view from the lanai and swimming in the pool!

Stay in Maui

The property is exactly as it appears in the pics. The owner cares about her property and will answer your question. The air stopped working and the repair guy came out at 7:30pm about 30 minutes after I was able to speak to the owner. He was great. Got it going! I cleaned the property and got it back to the way I found it for the owner when I left. The condo is close to almost everything. There are restaurants and coffee places all over. You will love all of the chickens everywhere you go! I bought bags of shrimp flavored chips to feed them every morning when I bought coffee. Hope this review helps all of you!

What a gem!

If you enjoy actually using the kitchen and cooking during your stay, this place is PERFECT. So many rentals are hard to cook in because they lack the little ingredients or tools that aren’t worth buying on a trip (oils, seasoning, etc). This kitchen is absolutely complete, has many fun tools to try and is a joy to be in. Also everything you’d need for the beach and so many other well thought out details & touches. Clean, well decorated & highly recommend!!

Clean and Quiet

Place was very clean and Jean was very responsive and accommodating. Location of condo makes for a quiet stay. You can hear road traffic during peak hours but that will be the same for most any condo in the area. Short walk to the beach. Not a swimming or water sports beach but this means less people and a lot quieter than other beaches, which was nice. It’s a short drive to many beaches when you want to snorkel or boogie board. Condo is situated far enough from the pool and pickleball courts that the lanai is a quiet place to hang out and condo is fully stocked with everything you need if you want to stay in and cook. Overall, very happy with our stay.

Great vacation experience

This was a nice, clean unit that had everything you could need. The view and property amenities are fantastic. The property owner, Jean, provided everything you could need or want. The kitchen is stocked full of every cooking ingredient or utensil. The unit is clean and nicely furnished. It was rainy our first day there but Jean has provided games, cards, book and puzzles. She also left us some treats, coffee and creamer. Before we arrived she also sent us a list of nearby shops, activities and great places to eat. We had a great time and would not hesitate to stay there again.

VBRO 2.0!

We greatly appreciated the abundance of supply of all the extra things you need for a stay-mayo, mustard, spices. The best stocked VBRO hands down. Check the exp. on items before using though. All beds and sofa pull out were super comfy. Bedding is sateen type which was a little hot vs cotton for Hi. weather. We had breakfast on the lanai every morning and took the beach chairs to the property beach access to watch the sunset in the evenings which was splendid! For beach days, go to Kam 2 (traditional beach waves) or Makena (cove like vibes). Don’t waste your time with anything around to property other than the ABC before the condo and the food trucks. There is also a Longs Drugs in close proximity. Black Rock pizza nearby is pretty darn good and good places down by the aforementioned beaches were Kihei is bustling. I would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Condo

We had a wonderful time at this condo for 12 nights. We are a family of four with kids who are 14 and 9. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner on the lanai most days and enjoyed the wonderful ocean view and sunsets. The location was a convenient and short drive to many of the best beaches on the island and we also took several longer day trips. The condo had everything we needed and so much more. I appreciated having so many spices, condiments, beach toys, towels, etc. already provided and well organized. This made the trip very easy. We were "on vacation" from the moment we walked in. The condo is air conditioned, which was very comfortable. The condo property is well maintained, the pool and hot tub are nice with plenty of chairs and shade even in peak period, the office staff are kind and professional, and the vibe is very good. Jean was wonderful to work with and provided all of the information we needed to enjoy our trip. I trust that if we had needed anything while we were there she would have taken care of it immediately. Fortunately, we didn't need anything because the condo was so perfect. The only downside I noticed is that the beach at the condo is not great. I expected this from other reviews and so I was not disappointed. There is not much of a sandy area and it is not good for swimming. This didn't bother us because we were excited to visit the many wonderful beaches nearby. Although we didn't hang out at the beach, we still very much enjoyed being so close for the views from the condo and morning and evening walks along the shore. We even saw a napping sea turtle on one of our walks.

Spring Break 2025

This was a spectacular stay! We enjoyed the condo and it’s amenities. Everything we needed (like beach towels and mats) were available for us to use. Jean reached out prior to our stay and answered all of our questions. The condo was close to multiple grocery stores and great eateries, all within reasonable walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

When we first started to visit with our family we enjoyed staying at Luana Kai so much, we decided to purchase a condo so we could visit more often and share our home with our guests. Luana Kai is at the quiet end of Kihei with amazing sunsets, beautiful walks along the beach and a wonderful complex for families. Kihei is centrally located in Maui making it easy to see all of the island.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

As a family one of our favorite things to do is go out and watch the sunset every night from the beach park in front of the complex. The sunsets are just amazing!! As owner's of one of the condo's at Luana Kai we take great pride in taking care of our condo. We are always upgrading the unit so our guests have the best experience. We include free Wifi in the condo. The condo has a split air conditioning system with a unit in each of the bedrooms and one in the living room. We have a full size washer and dryer in the condo and many extra amenities. We want our guests to feel like home so they will have a vacation to remember!!
