Great get away!

Very nice, well appointed property. Plenty of room for our family to spread out and also areas to get together and play games [killer UNO battles]. Only complaint [or quibble] was the upstairs hide-a-bed was a love seat single bed. Not ocean front but not a bad view.

Nice visit

We’ve rented several different properties on the Oregon coast. Our last three visits have been here at Beachtown Bliss. This has been our favorite and we will likely return.

King tides get away

We had a great time at this beach house. Lots of room for my family. Very comfortable, great views of the ocean. Nicely located from our house. Very relaxing and tough to go back home. If possible, we’d like to come back in the future.

Great home!

The house was beautiful with a beautiful view! Everything was pretty well cleaned, we had to clean a little bit, but nothing major. We did run out of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods, so that was an unexpected expense. Also there was no bbqer tools. But overall the house was great and there was plenty of room for everyone as well as everyone could have there own space. Would definitely stay again!

Family/Friends Gathering Place

This spacious house is situated in a quiet Rockaway Beach neighborhood. 4 bdrms/4baths! Superclean! Kitchen well equipped for bkfst/lunch/dinner cooking for 12. Large windows in the living space, both front and back of house, perfect for storm watching. Pets welcome, too!

Beautiful View

Appreciated the ramp access and large picture windows. Perfect setting for a few days away from home. The lockbox for the keys was difficult to operate. Only one of the two keys in the box was functional.

Family vacation

The location is great, layout of the house is great for all ages, nice ocean view, kitchen well supplied except no tea kettle. The house needs a deep clean, big stains on the carpet, the furniture was stinky and all the mattresses and bedding and towels need updating. The back deck was wonderful too. If the beds were better we would return.

The Beach Life

We had everything we needed for our week in Rockaway Beach. We had 3 generations in our group. Easy access to the house by ramp for the elders. Lots of room for the grandkids to play on the back deck and loft area. I had a calm wonderful time watching the ocean from the little deck upstairs.

Great vacation home!

A great vacation home! Inside it felt very ...how can I say ... “beachy”. Lots of interesting decor pieces , board games , and a great kitchen dining room setup ! We loved it. When we were leaving it we felt sad as we didn’t want to leave! Only improvement it would need is to get softer beds to sleep on. The beds were firm. So that’s the only reason I’m giving a 4 Star instead of 5. Other than that it was good. Lots of place to park. Overall a great stay !

Great for 8 people!

This house was great! It had a great location, so close to the ocean and had a great view of the water from the upper balcony. It was a short drive to the tiny shops there and only 20 minutes away from the Tillamook Cheese Factory. It is also dog friendly which is a huge plus, and was very affordable to the area. It had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for comfortably accommodate 8 people. If you are looking for accommodate more people however, I would maybe look elsewhere. The four beds were great for two adults, but the sleeper sofas advertised are not usable at all. And one is actually a twin size. They were basically one piece of cloth over springs. I don’t think it would even be adequate for a smaller child. So our extra folks ended up having to sleep on the couches. Which was okay for us, but would definitely be something to think about when booking for larger groups! Otherwise we loved our stay here, we had so much fun. If we ever come back to the beach here we will definitely be looking at this house to potentially stay at again!

Wonderful home for family

We have stayed here for the last 2 years and really enjoy our time here! The home is large enough to have our adult kids and grandkids stay all together for the week. The beach access is close and we can walk down to the beach for a quick stroll or to spend the day and run back to the house as needed. We have already booked our week for next year too! My Granddaughter (5) is excited to stay in the same house each year at “our beach house”. There are plenty of areas in the house that everyone can do their own thing or be all together doing activities. The house is well stocked with kitchen items and towels. It would be nice to have more garbage bags, paper towels and toilet paper. We end up running to store or bringing more. Our only other suggestion would be to clean to Oceanside windows. They are pretty dirty. It would be nice to be able to see better out of them. Rockaway beach is so nice. We found only 1 piece of garbage the whole week and it was obvious it washed up. It is clean and not packed like some other beaches on the Oregon coast. Vacasa has always been very attentive when we have asked for assistance. We locked ourselves out last year with an infant and 4 year old. They got us in within a few minutes of contacting them. We have asked about garbage pickup and got an answer within minutes. We will definitely be going back yearly as long as we can.

Just got home and booked it again!

The view of ocean was spectacular. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Room for family of 7 with teens to get away for alone time. Located one mile from town, which was an easy walk for our group. Easy access to ocean with stairs. We were surprised to find an extra refrigerator with freezer next to washer and dryer downstairs. We pack most of our food for the week and that was a huge bonus. We enjoyed the beachy decor and especially loved the wall of mugs. It was everything we wanted and needed. Couldn't wait to book it again for week in March.

Great location!

Great house for a large group plus awesome parking if you have a boat. Can’t be the location as the beach is just across the street and there is so many beach access points. The house is great for large groups and the back patio is awesome too.

Poor plumbing

Poor kitchen and bathroom plumbing ruined the first three days of this trip! Upstairs bathroom toilet needs to be adjusted so it can be used and the brittle old plumbing in the kitchen sink ruined our first two meals of our stay! The response and poor repair job on the kitchen drain was unacceptable as it continued to fail until it was propped up to get us by!! Calls to the supposed repair people went unanswered and we gave up trying! A proper repair was never made!

Great Home For a Family Getaway!

What a wonderful spacious house this was! We were so grateful to have found a place that could accommodate me and my husband, our two adult sons and our teenaged daughter. The kids loved that they each had their own bedroom and access to plenty of bathrooms. I loved that the kitchen was stocked so we could eat most of our meals in - which meant fresh oysters and fish from the local marinas! The beach was a quick walk from the house - plenty of beach towels were provided. When the sun came out, we all headed into the water for a brisk swim! Rockaway Beach is less touristy than the other beaches we’ve hit. But it’s a close drive to Manzanita (for surfing!), Tillamook for cheese, and really beautiful hikes into old growth forests. This was a much needed vacation after two years of COVID! Thank you!
