The open floor plan invites fun game nights & relaxing evenings on the private screened in patio. This property is a short walk/bike from Folly Beach, bars, restaurants, grocery stores, & most importantly, the heart of downtown Folly- 13 minutes from downtown Charleston!! The condo amenities include: central AC, pool, HBO TV, wifi, & washer/dryer. We welcome long term rentals as well-please inquire for special rates that may apply!!

Perfect condo

We loved this condo! Most comfortable beds in a condo that we have ever experienced! The furnishing and decor were perfect. And a well appointed kitchen, with extra supplies that you don’t always find in a Vrbo. Beautiful location and such an easy walk to Folly Beach. Girls Trip

Local to all the good spots. Short walk to all the bars and the beach. 20 min drive to downtown or Sullivans island. Host was very responsive!

Perfect spot!

We LOVED staying here. It was such a simple walk to Folly Beach, gorgeous views, and so convenient to Charleston. Check in was such an easy process. If we come back to Charleston, this will be our preferred location.

Our stay at Turn of the River exceeded our expectations. The property and furnishings were lovely, and the location is convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Highly recommended.

The home owner was absolutely amazing. The location is absolutely perfect. You are a 15 minute walk from the beach and a 10 minute walk from all the restaurants.

Terrific stay!

The condo was spacious, clean, and comfortable! Felt like a luxury hotel experience. Wonderful having three full bathrooms. It was also nice to have the pool! Walk to the town center and beach wasn’t bad at all (10-15 min) but parking was also easy if you have a car. Overall, excellent stay!

Great location- perfect space

We stayed for an extended weekend. Perfect location for what we were looking for - Walking distance to restaurants, near Marina, easy access to and from all the islands and downtown Charleston. The owner made us feel very welcomed. Looks like it had been recently renovated/updated and had all of the things we needed for a great weekend with our family. Would definitely stay here again!

Folly Beach

We decided to try a different destination than usual this year and chose Folly Beach. This property was great!! It was extremely clean and well-maintained and central to everything we wanted to do at the beach, and also in Charleston! The hosts were amazing and very responsive to any questions we had during our stay, and I would highly recommend this condo to anyone considering a trip to the area.

The property location is very nice, a short walk across the bridge to Folly Beach. The condo was spacious and fit our family well. There were a few cleaning and supply items that were shared with the property manager, who assured us that they would be taken care of. Correspondence with the property manager was very easy and responses were quickly received. We would bring our family back again.

You Gotta Stay Here

I am so impressed with our stay here! Typically when trying to accommodate 6 adults, quarters are cramped and resources limited. That wasn't the case at all here! We were all so comfortable and at home. It was clean, had plenty of room and lots of amenities. Communication was precise and timely. Checking in and out a breeze. And at a good value as well! We can't wait to be back!! (Also we loved the balcony/porches!)

Loved the place. Clean and roomy. Very updated. Sent several questions to owner with no response. Code did not work on first date. Stood out in the heat. I realize these things can happen. When I finally got hold of Anthony he was very accommodating. Would stay again just Hope response would be better

Beautiful condo in a great location

Our family and some friends had a great vacation week here. The condo is newly renovated and in the prefect location. It was walking distance to the shops and restaurants on Center Street and the beach but far enough to be quiet. The view off the porch is beautiful and we enjoyed most mornings out there. We had everything we needed to cook most meals at the condo. There were even beach towels and sand toys for use at the beach! We were the first to rent the condo after the owner purchased and renovated it so there were a couple of minor glitches but the owner was more responsive than any other owner we've ever had to contact. Thanks for taking great care of us Tony! :) I highly recommend this condo and would stay here again!

a few items to double check when renting out this condo

The positives - We loved the location. The furniture was up to date. The kitchen was very nice, but we were given only one new roll(wrapped) of paper towels, but the roll under the sink was only a half of a roll. Only one tall kitchen trash bag, again for a 7 day stay and we cooked the days that we rented the condo. There was one box of Kleenex under the sink in one of the bathrooms, but it was only 1/4 full. I had to go to my house and pick up not only more sets of towels, but more paper towels and boxes of Kleenex. The worst was there was blood on the pillow case on the bed I slept on (did not notice until I was making my bed up the next morning My sister slept on the sofa after experiencing the headboard in the room with the two double beds was loose and hit her head on the bed when she turned on her other side to sleep. She was in the room with the two double beds. There was one set of towels on each bed except for the king bed for a 7 day stay. I was a checker for Pam Harrington Exclusives for 12 years and know how a rental should be stocked. Also, my sister cleans the condos for a realtor who is a resident of Folly Beach and has been employed by her for 20 years. She confirmed what I observed. We were hoping to make this a yearly rental, but the three of us decided that this condo was not what we expected, given what we paid for the week.

Pretty Condo / Great Location

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. It has 3 spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a pretty kitchen with ample counter space, a roomy dining/living area, a laundry room, a screened in patio and outdoor balcony. The decor is lovely. The location was perfect. A 10 minute walk across the bridge (which is lighted at night) gets you to the heart of Folly Beach. Here you will find restaurants, live music, shops, and the Folly Beach Pier/Atlantic Ocean shoreline. Our favorite restaurants were Taco Boy, Martin’s BBQ on James Island, Woody’s, Pineapple Hut and the Lost Dog Cafe (delicious cinnamon rolls). It is only a 15 minute drive to Charleston. Also, the owners are fantastic. Organized- all important information was received well in advanced. Honest - home was as described which is a great value for all of the amenities and location. Communication - quick response and super friendly. Above and Beyond- we really appreciated the start up supplies after the drive across the country. Tony & Family - Thank you so much for opening your home to us! We would love to stay here again on future trips!!
