Make memories that will last a lifetime in this three-bedroom, three-bath condo with beautiful marsh views. This home is conveniently located just a short walk across the river from downtown Folly Beach, where you'll find delicious local restaurants and access to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. The beach is a little farther down Center Street, about a 15-minute walk from the condo.

Fantastic experience in all ways! Communication with host, Kevin, was consistently easy and helpful both before and during our stay. The condo was perfect for 4 adults and one small dog - plenty of room for privacy and togetherness. The entire property is pet-friendly with pet areas downstairs. My disabled father was able to get around so easily - large, professional elevator and wide walkways and doorways that could accommodate him with both his walker and wheelchair. We loved the large, screened back porch which overlooks the marsh - such a beautiful way to connect with nature every day. Sunset dinners outside - super! The location was really convenient - short walk/drive to any number of Folly Beach access points. The Folly County Beach is also very close and great for sunset walks. We took advantage of Flipper Finders boat tour which is just across the bridge from the condo - really fun!

We had a Great Stay. Every thing we needed was there the condo was very clean. We were there for our son’s wedding Everything we needed was there. The condo assc has shopping buggy’s to help unpack. We loved the condo.

Perfect location to Folly Beach

Great location to folly beach! It had all the amenities listed, beds were comfortable. Property was neat and clean. It would be great if they mounted a large screen tv on the patio. Kevin was a great host, he communicated well and was accessible if we needed him. Will stay again!

This property was better than expected, pictures dont do it justice. Is a quick walk to the beach and an easy dry to charleston.

Awesome!

The condo is perfect! Very clean and nicely furnished. Three bathrooms are definitely a plus. Manageable walk to the beach and downtown Folly for most. Loved having the pool onsite for cooling off late in the day. I would definitely stay here again!

South Carolina Easy

This was a nice clean property in a lovely Beach location. Move in was very easy, with an elevator and cart for toting our luggage and extras. The view on the marsh was peaceful. The owner was attentive to our needs and responded promptly. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful with great location

This condo had a great location, just a short drive (less than 10 minutes) to Folly for beach access and restaurants. The property is nicely updated with comfortable beds and a fantastic balcony for sitting outside with a screened in porch. Kevin was very responsive and easy to work with. Would highly recommend.

Very clean

Very thorough and responsive host. It was actually helpful to be a little off the island since it was so busy for the 4th. We were able to watch the fireworks at Folly and fireworks inland from the balcony.

Had a great stay in this lovely condo. It had all of the amenities I was looking for in a good location. I had very little communication with the host which seemed a little unusual, but luckily no issues came up so it was fine.

Goo location, be aware of traffic noise

Easy walk to downtown and beach. Road noise, as listed in some other reviews, was pretty constant. A lot of traffic going in and out of Folly Beach even in off season.

Two king beds was great for 4 adults

Very nice and spacious. I wish the pool was larger and that the whirlpool tub was working as a whirlpool and not just as a garden tub. The carts were lifesavers for unloading the car during check in and reloading at checkout. A great week.

Great place close to Folly

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The location is great with a short walk to the center of Folly and easy access to the historic area in Charleston. As others have noted, it does happen to be right next to the highway with some road noise especially from the balcony but it's not so bad and the view over the marsh is very nice. A good value.

First Time at Folley Beach

The condo was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids, the kids were able to utilize the rooms with 2 beds. Everyone had their own bathroom, so that was nice. The condo was well kept and clean. The property manager was very responsive with questions we had. The condo has a great view of the marsh but was close to the street. The pool area was a little small for the complex but all and all, the property was great.

College Tour

We had the pleasure of staying at this property for a long three day weekend while touring College of Charleston for my son. This was the perfect location to get to experience all that is in the area. Absolutely beautiful views and was really nicely updated, clean and very comfortable. We would definitely book again. The host was great! Such nice welcoming touches and Kevin was always available as we needed him. Had everything needed and super easy check in and out. You can walk to Folly beach and easy drive to Charleston, James island and Sullivan Island. Loved it!!

Nice Property

Nice property, very responsive property manager. Had a small problem with the bathroom outlets and the property manager sent someone right away & the issue was fixed. No other issues. The property was as described. Clean. Could use a couple extra blankets, the weather was chilly a couple days when we were there. Screened porch was very nice. Beach equipment (chairs, cart etc) were available & that was nice to not have to bring. Overall a very nice experience, would recommend.

The condo was ideal for our stay at Folly Beach. As a Fall getaway it provided a delightful opportunity to enjoy blue skies. Our pooch enjoyed it too. The master bed shows some wear. The sofa sits very low and there were no other choices for relaxing indoors.

great time at Folley Beach

We had a great time The beaches were beautiful and clean, there was ample Parking but not always the most convenient. there were plenty of Options for food, grocery, and entertainment. overall a great location and option if you are looking for a new place to stay or just wanna change up your vacation give Folley beach a try it truly was amazing.

Relaxing yet busy week!

We enjoyed the condo - rooms were all large except for bedroom with 2 beds. Deck was large / nice but wasn’t aware the unit was so close to the main road into Folly beach. Although that did allow for very easy access to the island by either foot or car. Couple minor things like condo is a little dated, tv/remote issues, but over all a nice condo and nice owner. Close to everything!
