The 180° view is magnificent on the perched village of Bargemon and the surrounding hills. South orientation, benefiting from a perfect sunny situation for its 220 m2 terraces in Egyptian stone slabs on a 3000 m2 plot. T-shaped pool with 15m swimming corridor and 2 corner stairs, solar shower. 6 deckchairs. Rest, relaxation and tanning guaranteed.
The three large bay windows will let the light in a large living space. Meals can be taken inside around the oak and glass table or outside, thanks to the dining room, under a large awning. Barbecue at disposal.
