This popular resort complex features a heated pool, hot tub, sauna, work out room, tennis court and more! Convenient on-site activities desk located at the pool, so you can book all of your Maui excursions in one spot, just steps from your condo! Enjoy the fantastic Maui sunsets, excellent whale watching, and beach walks, that often include turtle sightings all waiting for you! Maui Sunset is located within close proximity to all the amazing activities that Maui has to offer, shopping, restaurants, and all conveniences you need nearby!

This gorgeous condo has been remodeled top to bottom and is the perfect place for your Maui stay. New décor throughout, including upgraded mattress in the King bedroom and on the fold out sleeper sofa. There is a newly added futon in the living room that can sleep an additional party, allowing for 5 guests comfortably. The spacious open concept floor plan can accommodate 4 people very comfortably. The two bathrooms are nice for families or friends traveling together, each has their own private facilities. Sit outside on the lanai and enjoy the ocean view and beauty that surrounds you. Kihei is noted for its year round sunshine, balmy trade winds, and soothing evening air. It is one of the driest and sunniest areas on the entire island!

.TRAVEL INSURANCE – Please look into this as your first line of defense, as it limits losses for both parties in this difficult time. All of the major booking sites offer trip insurance and you can purchase this protection directly at time of booking. Also, many credit cards do offer some sort of travel reimbursement as terms of their program, please check with your credit card company as well, should you chose not to protect your trip with the site you are booking this reservation with.

For bookings without Travel Insurance, we have the below options:

CANCELLATIONS - 30 DAYS or MORE before check-in, Renters will receive a FULL REFUND of the amounts paid less any travel insurance fee and minus a $99.00 + Tax Administrative Fee.

CANCELLATION - 29 DAYS or LESS before check-in, Renters will forfeit the total rental amount. The total rental includes all charges on the paid-in-full invoice.

Great condo!!

The condo was just as the photo's depicted. It had lovely furnishings and the kitchen was top notch. The view from the lanai was gorgeous - palm trees and sandy beach and was in the shade for the hottest part of the day. Check in and check out was quick and easy. We plan on coming back to this condo next year. Thanks for a great stay!!

Exceptionally Appointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the Maui Sunset for over 20 years. I will say this unit far exceeded our expectations. The tile floors throughout were especially beneficial to keep the unit clean and cool. The bedding and furniture were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had every kitchen aid needed. The property management team was very responsive to our needs and a pleasure to work with.

Well maintained Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed from Jul 04 to Jul 11. The condo had all supplies needed for a family. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage kids. We enjoyed the community where condo was located. Bathroom were small with teenage kids but we managed.
