We are a charming beachfront Cape Cod style home on Sunlight Beach, Useless Bay. 5 bedrooms sleep 10. 2 Full baths, a 3/4 bath with walk in shower and one 1/2 bath. If your group is larger, talk to us about overflow rentals close by. Enjoy cruiser bicycle riding down the beach front road. Lots to do and see - even while 'hunkering down' with your family during this recovery season.

-Explore a world of sand dollars, shellfish and coastal birds. And windy days bring out the kite surfers - free entertainment! The expansive sandy beach is steps from the house. Walk for a mile when the tide goes out. Prepare for the most stunning photo ops! Kayak the lagoon. Count the birds in the adjacent bird sanctuary.- Enjoy this end of the road location as it is peaceful, restorative and private.

Be enthralled by the breathtaking sunsets and views of the Olympic Mountains, even Mount Rainier! Stroll through the beautifully landscaped gardens which have been on the Whidbey Island Garden tour several years. They include a children's play 'tea' house, a potting shed, and a variety of unusual plant species.

- CONVENIENT LOCATION & ACTIVITIES: 10 minutes from Clinton Ferry. 10 m. to the quaint and historical town of Langley with its own eclectic restaurants, art galleries, and great shopping. 5 minutes to neighborhood grocery. Hiking trails. Short distance to Holmes Harbor Golf Course and several farmers' markets, and the world renowned Mukilteo coffee roasters!

This property is available for special events for a fee. We can accommodate rehearsal dinners, small weddings, receptions and other events. Inquire with us for more details.
- A $750 Event Fee will be charged for parties of 16-24, with a 2 night minimum stay October through May
- A $1000 Event Fee will be charged for parties 25-70, with a minimum 3 night stay June-September
There will also be a fee for Extra 'facilities' needed, as we have a limited septic system! ($85 for portable toilet)
