Kokonut Hut, ett nyrenoverat strandhus, ligger i hjärtat av Destin. Hemmet sover upp till tolv och är upprättat för två eller tre familjer med barn. Det har fyra sovrum (tre kung master sovrum och ett rum med tvilling över hela våningssäng med en rulla tvilling) och tre badrum. Hemmet ligger inom bekvämt gångavstånd från stranden, Whole Foods, Destin Commons, biografen, Uncle Bucks bowlinghall och många andra restauranger. Detta hem har gott om parkeringsplatser för minst fem fordon i uppfarten. Båtar, jetskidor eller släpvagnar kan enkelt lagras i uppfarten. Denna pittoreska strandstuga med fyra sovrum och tre badrum kommer att göra den perfekta semestern!

Du kommer att njuta av att laga mat på grillen i din trädgård eller njuta av solen bredvid din STORA PRIVATE (13'X 26 ') uppvärmd pool (extra kostnad för pooluppvärmning). We stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed it. The house was just as expected and communication with the host was great and very responsive. We did rent a golf cart but really did not need to get the beach closer than we thought. It was nice to have the cart though because you can drive it to eat or shop without having to get our car out.

Perfect Destin Getaway!

We had a wonderful three night stay at this beautiful home in Destin! The house was spotless upon arrival, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed, from modern amenities to a fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed meals and morning coffee on the screened-in back porch. The fenced yard and private pool were major highlights—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The dining and bedroom furniture easily accommodated our group, and it would be a great fit for families or groups of varying sizes.The location couldn’t have been better. Just a short walk or quick drive to the beach, and conveniently close to great restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and we felt very safe walking around.The check-in and check-out process was incredibly easy and smooth, which made the experience even more enjoyable.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and convenient place to stay near the beach!

We were very happy with our stay. Easy to get to, plenty of things to do and see. Close to grocery, restaurants and shopping! Our only problem was the weather but we still had a great time!

Amazing stay

Perfect location!

The property is nice and pool works out perfect with heat for Spring Break. The only issue was a separated”mother-in-law suite”/ pool house which was a little inconvenient for 2 families.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time here. The pool was a great plus for our family. I wish the check in was not so late at 4pm and check out early at 9am. Feels as if we loose time.normal check in is around 1 and out is around noon as well.

Awesome beach rental!

This house was clean, two blocks from the beach and had an awesome private pool that the whole family enjoyed! The extra pool room was a great place for the grandparents to sleep. We had six adults and three kids and were very comfortable. The owner was very responsive when we contacted them with questions.

Perfect spot for a family of 5

This cute bungalow was a perfect fit for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids). Location was amazingly close to the beach and the 6 seater golf cart made getting to the beach so easy and in less than 2 minutes! Backyard pool was a huge bonus as well and the kids were in it all the time!

Perfect for us!

We came in for 4 days the checkin process was very smooth. The pool was warm for us. The back yard was fenced in which made it amazing because we brought our dog! The back yard was a little getaway oasis!

Great fit for us!

This property was very clean. Perfect location for us. The host was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. Some small things in the yard needed to be addressed with the fence needing repaired, but overall a great fit for our family. We would stay here again!

What a great place for our family vacation!

We visited with extended family and had a wonderful trip! The children loved the pool the back yard and the adults appreciated all the amenities! Beach chairs and umbrellas and of course the golf cart! The house is in a great neighborhood and close to everything!! Highly recommend!!
