Welcome to Atlantic Bliss on Bald Head Island’s South Beach. Ocean Front!

Atlantic Bliss is a wonderful oceanfront house that will have you addicted to beach life. The location is fabulous and could only be better if you were sleeping on the beach. Why rough it when you can have it all – a great home and a private, direct beach access - with views for miles? If you’re not frolicking on the beach, you might be lounging on the screened porch or under the shady deck watching the tide roll in. This home is shining as bright as the sun. Three bedrooms on the main level have their own bathrooms and there’s a loft with twin beds that's perfect for the kids. Atlantic Bliss is located at the end of a cul-de-sac — perfect for those with small children who like to ride bikes. A 4 and 6 seater golf cart are available for your use. Please note - GOLF CARTS ARE ONLY TO BE DRIVEN BY LICENSED DRIVERS, public safety issues fines to violators!
BHI Club Guest Membership, which includes golf privileges is available for an additional fee. Please refer to the BHI Club website for more information, rates and to register online.
Rents Sunday to Sunday in the summer.
For bookings made 6 or more months in advance we allow 25% deposit with the balance due 3 months before check-in. This must be requested when submitting your booking request.
Disclosure: The property has a Ring video doorbell, and two security cameras under the eaves on a corner of the house. These devices are for security purposes and limited to outward views covering the entrance, driveway and beach access. There are no cameras inside the home.

Atlantic bliss was excellent. The hosts are extremely responsive. The house is a great set up for children and dogs alike with a rinse off station at the base of the porch stairs — which has a gate to keep either one out or in. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Well-loved and well-appointed beach house

This house is perfect for families and groups of 8-10 who are looking for a good old-fashioned beach vacation. The back porch looking over the ocean is beautiful and peaceful — worth the rental fee on its own! The house is simple but comfortable, extremely well organized, well appointed and updated in the places that matter most. The common areas are perfect for group dinners, game nights and making family memories. You can tell that the owners love their house and have taken care to make sure you will love it too!

Weekend getaway

First time on the island and Atlantic Bliss was a warm welcome! We had an amazing time and will certainly return. Communication with Michelle was super easy. Would definitely recommend!

Atlantic Bliss is Aptly Named

A wonderful location right in the middle of South Beach. The beach is your next door neighbor. Your view is the constantly changing light of sunrise, midday clouds, sunset and moonlight.

A really great stay

Took my wife and mother for a long weekend at BHI. We've been several times now and we have stayed at various properties. Sometimes things just click and everything just goes well. Perfect BHI location

A comfortable and inviting house with easy beach and island access. The views from the covered deck are among the best on the island. Despite the wind and some clouds, sunsets on the beach were gorgeous every evening. The house has everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation with extended family. Mark and Michelle were welcoming and their attention to detail made for a great vacation.

Best Beach Location

Atlantic Bliss is a small but comfortable house that provided everything we needed for a great friends couples trip. The kitchen was well equipped for those who love to cook. Pots, pans , plates, platters, utensils were provided with lots to choose from...truly a cooks kitchen! I would still recommend bringing your own sharp knife. The layout of the social area accommodated our group well with plenty of seating and areas to sit, play games, or setup a puzzle. The view and location to the beach was fantastic. The weather was rainy & windy so we did not have a chance to use the beach chairs that were provided however they looked in good condition. The beds were comfortable however one in the front room was a full which was challenging for the couple that slept in that room. We had a few issues that arose and Michelle was responsive & attentive. One can have the ultimate beach vacation at Atlantic Bliss:)

Family Thanksgiving

We had our Family Thanksgiving at Atlantic Bliss. The house was great. The kitchen was ideal for cooking meals. The location was fabulous and we loved walking out the back onto the beach. Can’t wait to go back.

Idyllic Atlantic Bliss

This was a perfect house for our group. Clean, neat and well appointed. We enjoyed the beautiful ocean views and tranquility of the location. The owners were responsive to a couple of our minor questions and our overall experience was excellent. Would definitely stay at Atlantic Bliss again while visiting Bald Head Island.

Incredible View

Had the most relaxing week looking over the dunes to the ocean. Saw several schools of dolphins during our stay. The view of the sunsets are also second to none.

Family Vacation

Incredible summer vacation at Atlantic Bliss! Well equipped home with the best view at Bald Head! It's like you have the beach to your self! Wonderful outdoor seating spaces, plus screen porch and under the house with hammocks. Couldn't be better. This is clearly a loved home and the owners were lovely. Disappointed it's already rented for our week next year, but we will be back again!!
