Lighting in the bedrooms had some issues. Pictures on the site are at least two years old. Decor and furniture aren’t the same.

We really enjoyed our stay in this Dana Point ground floor 2-BR 1-BA unit! Garage parking and a washer and dryer are bonuses. The private back patio is roomy and comfy - surely the condo’s key feature that we hope to enjoy again some day. Thank you!

The listing is misleading - there is no balcony as you only have access to the downstairs unit. It does come with the small backyard access. Also, the photo with the caption “view from property” is a flat out lie. That view is no where near this property. No view at all here. Condo has a very old, musty smell. Also, note that there is no AC. We missed that detail and ended up staying during an unprecedented heat wave. The host did nothing to help us when we told him how miserable our first night of sleep was with small kids. Just said “sorry you’re uncomfortable”. We requested extra fans or a portable ac and he did not acknowledge any of that until we got Vrbo involved. Even then, we were still left hanging with no additional help at providing comfort in 90 temps. Would not use this host again for any of his properties.

This location was perfect. Conveniently located close to the harbor and entertainment. Couldn’t have picked a better location for our stay.Jason and Shilpa were extremely nice and responsive to a question I had. I highly recommend their property if you are looking for a quiet and quaint getaway!

Perfect spot in Dana Point!

We were in town for a family party & this condo was perfect for the 3 of us. It was comfortable & really great to have outdoor space to enjoy! Easy to get to the harbor & restaurants. Fun neighborhood to walk around!

This is the bottom apartment in a duplex. it is currently 7am on a Sunday and there is a herd of elephants upstairs that woke me up on a Sunday morning. I can literally hear entire conversations from the renters in the top half of this duplex. although cute and convenient to restaurants and trolly to beach, i am extremely disappointed in my lack of ability to sleep. Also, i have never stayed at a place with no coffee. there was no at all, just a coffee pot and no coffee. and checkout is 10am. i’ve never heard of a 10 am checkout. i asked for a late checkout and they said no.

Long Weekend Stay for a Wedding

The unit was perfect for our needs, we have 3 kids and they loved the bunkbed room and there was a pack and play for my youngest. The backyard was really nice. We appreciated having a spot to park in the driveway since we were coming in and out a lot. The upstairs unit was a little loud at times but it was manageable. We loved being able to walk to the restaurants in Dana Point. Overall a great stay.

Great location

The accommodations were exactly as described and very close to everything in Dana Point. We were a five-minute drive from multiple beaches and harbors and had great access to grocery shopping, restaurants and more. The host was VERY quick to answer any questions and solve any challenges we had. The only caution I would give - this accommodation is a first-floor accommodation; there is a second short term rental on the second floor; we could hear every footstep and conversation as well as toilet flush on the second floor and both parties above us (guests switched while we were there) were up late and up early. That was a surprise to us. But, other than that, we were very pleased with the rental and would recommend it to anyone.
