Vacation at Siesta Beach

Lovely condo, fantastic location across from Siesta Beach, nice pool onsite, nice playground about a block away. Nice 1 mile walk to the Village which was great fun! I would stay again. Also appreciate the beach buggy and toys. Thank you!!

Siesta Key Getaway

We enjoyed the property - the updated bathrooms, the view and wonderful screened in lanai, beach chairs and cart and cooler available were great. The coffee maker worked great. Easy to get to the Village, the shuttle stops right there and the best part is being right across from the beach park and access. We will be back! Only suggestion is to have some sheets that stay on the bed better.

From the time we booked Karen was very responsive answering all questions quickly and putting our mind at ease. We relaxed everyday at the beach and enjoyed the local restaurants nightly! We plan to return!

Outstanding customer service and clean!!

The condo is located in Crescent Royale condo association. This complex is directly across street to the Siesta Key beach - a fantastic location! When we checked in, the first thing we noticed was how clean and nice EVERYTHING is! You can tell the condo managment keeps up on maintenance, we were wowed. Condo is very nice, with a great screened porch. We sat out there every morning and every evening, great way to watch the sunset each night. Pool is nice, lots of very nice neighbors too. No issues with anyone being loud. We will definitely come back, in fact, I think my sister is going to book for a month. Outstanding!

Great location to beach and village!

The condo was clean and nicely furnished. We appreciated the beach chairs/umbrella and cooler. The large screened porch was also nice. The village was within walking distance but during the hotter times of day it was nice to be picked up by the free golf cart shuttles!

Wonderful Condo

The unit we stayed in was updated and very clean. The condominium property was well kept, everything was clean and organized. The pool was wonderful and the beach is directly across. There is parking if you rent a car. Great location because you are centrally located and can walk everywhere. I recommend this condominium. I have stayed multiple times.

Perfect Location!

My family (two teenaged boys) loved this condo! We were right across from the HUGE public beach with tons of nice amenities - lifeguards, beach shack food options, restrooms, water stations, etc. The owner provides a rolling beach cart and umbrellas and chairs for your use, and this was SO NICE! Saved us a ton of money and hassle. There were also beach toys for younger kids. We were also close enough to walk to the village area for dinner. This was key as parking is so limited. The condo and the entire property were clean and well equipped. The pool was very nice and impeccably clean. Fall Break was a great time to visit - fabulous weather and not crowded at all.

4th of July Vacation

This property was wonderful and we most definitely will be back!! Our group consisted of me, my husband, and my in-laws. The space was a perfect size for us 4 adults and it had everything we needed! We enjoyed the grilling area by the pool most nights! The 4th of July fireworks were amazing and we had the best view on the island, no doubt!! There was a small hurricane while we were there which washed up an enormous amount of seaweed on the beach and in the ocean. Because of this we stayed at the pool the last part of our vacation, which was still just as relaxing! SO many awesome restaurants in the village, which is super close by! If you don't want to make the walk there are FREE rides everywhere!! We can't wait to return to Siesta Key and stay here again! Thank you for sharing your condo with us, we fell in love!! :)

Awesome Location

Our stay included Memorial Day weekend and it was very busy! We would enjoy our coffee on the balcony and watch all of the vehicles searching for a parking space knowing that all we had to do was walk across the street. It's also about a mile to The Village which has restaurants and shops.

Nice Place with all the amenities

Location, location, location! This property was a great place to stay. Across the beach from Siesta Key and down the street from Siesta Village. Had everything you needed and more. Highly recommend this to others that want easy beach access. Also a great view from the 4th floor!

Amazing beeches

First time in Siesta Key will be coming back for sure. The unit was wonderful with a great view from the lanai. Town is walkable and has a lot of eating options. If you don’t want to walk they have free shuttles running all day and into the evening.
