Luxury Sedona Oak Creek Canyon Home - Private Creek Access!

This gorgeous on-the-creek home has stunning views of the Sedona mountains with easy back-yard access to Oak Creek. This home is uniquely located up in the canyon 5 miles from uptown, 1 mile from slide rock & a 30 minute drive to Flagstaff. Truly a special location! The hiking, shopping and dining opportunities are endless. Retreat to this completely furnished 3 bedroom 2 bath house with breathtaking views, relaxing sounds, beautiful smells and all the comforts of home. The home is typically 20 degrees cooler than the Phoenix area!
Other things to note....Also, because we are a mountain property and located next to the creek, please be aware that the creek has the potential to overflow the bridge leading into our neighborhood, although it is rare. This usually occurs around March 1 and is because of melting snow up north in Flagstaff. This can cause traffic to be unable to cross into or out of the neighborhood for a day or two. Always look ahead at the weather and plan accordingly, by having plenty of food. Typically these events happen with lots of rain on top of existing snow in the high country. It is advisable to have an AWD or 4WD vehicle in the winter months, as snow is always a potential. Do not cross the bridge if signs are stating Do Not Cross and do not cross is there is snow on the bridge. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns regarding that. Thank you!

Fantastic Stay!

Our family recently stayed here for a vacation and our expectations were exceeded on every level. Check in process and communication with our host was easy. The house was very clean, comfortable, and incredibly well stocked. The canyon location near the creek and views from the yard were lovely. It's a great spot and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Best location just outside of town!

Everything we needed and more. Great spot for fishing and relaxing. Wonderful if you have kids. Loved the little details. Games, candles, space heater, heating pad, hammock, coffee grinder, pillow sprays, extra toiletries, friendly neighbors. (All the little things you don’t think you need but then you do!) Awesome little yard and plenty of birds feasting out the window. Beautiful backdrop I could just sit and watch all day. Would love to stay again. Our entire family loved this gem.

Relaxing location

Beautiful home with amazing views

Everything about the home was perfect. The view is amazing and we really enjoyed spending time outside in the yard, walking down to the creek to hike/explore and spent every evening around the stone fire pit gazing at the stars. The inside was meticulous and so beautifully decorated. The house had everything we needed for an amazing vacation. The location was also conveniently located near downtown Sedona. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. One note - the only thing to mention is the dryer was not working. I totally understand things break and owner had a note it needed a new belt. Just would have been nice to get a heads up about that before we got there as we packed with the expectation of doing some laundry. We still used the washer and just laid things outside to dry.

Girls trip

Birthday get away with 4 amazing girls! Access to creek…..beautiful! Little tricky to get down there. Great rocks to take in the scenery. House was stocked and very accessible (Nostairs or steps) incredible Patio and yard. Newly remodeled, windows….what a view. Bird watching paradise. Thank you. For the experience.

Hello there, I am Tia! I am a homemaker/wife and mother to 4 great kids. I have been in Arizona nearly all my life as my father is native to Arizona. I love traveling, decorating going to funny movies, trying new restaurants, spas and exploring new areas. I also enjoy just being at home gardening, or working on one of my never ending projects. My husband and I own and operate a children's youth sports league which keeps us busy and active! Grant and I stumbled upon this little gem of a property and have enjoyed renovating it and bringing it up to its potential. We love Sedona and its majestic beauty. The things this area have to offer are endless. If you are looking to relax, hike, eat, go to the spa, take a history tour, head to the Grand Canyon, fish, ski, shop.....Sedona has you covered! We look forward to exploring more of what Northern Arizona has to offer and hope you do too!! We are super excited to host and our goal is that you come, enjoy, relax and create memories. Varför värden valde detta boende

This property was a find of a lifetime for us, as we were vacationing in Oak Creek Canyon on our anniversary. Although we live in Chandler, AZ, we had not been to the area in quite some time and were blown away by the beauty and uniqueness of the area. It was everything we were looking for: running creek water that can be heard and seen, tall mountains that can be seen from all views, several variety of
trees, cool temperatures, and absolute tranquility. We weren't in the market for a second home, but couldn't resist this one when it was shown to us while on our vacation! The things we love about it the most is the peacefulness and absolute beauty that surrounds this property. The canyon mountains are all around us, with Oak Creek literally behind us, which can be seen and heard very well from our deck. The birds are always singing and flying through the trees, and the history of the 100 year old orchard trees. As for the home it is very simple and easy to relax in. We are ready to enjoy this home and property for a long time!

We just couldn't resist the way that this property made us feel. It is so different from where we live in Arizona. The beauty of the land and surroundings make you feel that there is nothing to worry about it. Because there is so much to see and look at, your worries are taken away. There is nothing better than sitting in the back yard staring at the rushing creek as it moves past you with the soothing sound of water and looking up at the beauty of the mountains and trees. As my dad says, "Nothing else matters when you are here. The overwhelming sense of peace takes all of your cares away".
