This place is amazing.. I’d like to add different comments than prior but honestly it’s a quiet piece of land tucked under a popular part of downtown Sedona. We took the walk up the hill to the shops near by but really enjoyed our time taking in the fresh air. Our kids loved the green grass and trampoline. And picking fruit for the deer, which came every morning and night. Listening the creek at night while roasting marshmallows was also sweet treat. A place to recharge. And most importantly…The hubs approves

The property was amazing. Was very clean and well kept. The kitchen had every utensil that would need. It was a very nice and quiet area to just relax and enjoy nature.

This is a really special place. It was a great home base for hiking around Sedona with our young kids— such a warm and relaxing spot to come back to after long and active day with endless things (books, games, yard, playscape, swing) to entertain two kids under 6. I’ll never forget it, it’s a beautiful house and an amazing piece of land, we feel really lucky to have spent a few days here.

Amazing property! So peaceful. The home was well-equipped, the beds were comfortable with plenty of towels and sheets provided. The kids were thrilled by the trampoline and creek access.

Absolutely cannot wait to go back in the future. This property is so peaceful and private with beautiful views from every angle. You feel like you’re out in the middle of nowhere but in reality only a 1/4 mile away from shopping and restaurants. Host was very responsive and super polite. You definitely get what you pay for. Everything was amazing . Best well stocked VRBO we have stayed in. Walking to shops and restaurants was perfect distance. Let bed the wildlife.

Absolutely fantastic place for a family of 6 and our dog. Creek was beautiful, lots of shady grass, room to spread out, wonderful home design and layout. Looking forward to coming back!

Our family with two children and goldendoodle stayed three nights and it's an amazing property. Four acres with orchards right on the creek. The house is cozy and comfortable and has everything you will need. There is a trampoline and swings for the kids and outdoor fireplace. You can walk to restaurants, shops and trails.

Paradise in Sedona

The property was well maintained and had outstanding and beautiful surroundings that were in a private setting. The trampoline and swing were great for the kids along with the great hikes along the creek.

This property was beyond beautiful—it was truly a sanctuary. Surrounded by birds, trees, wildlife, and the soothing sound of water, it felt like complete bliss. No one in my family wanted to leave.The linens, pillows, and mattresses were all high-end, and the same level of quality was evident throughout the entire property. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the host was quick to respond to every question I had. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped and made it easy to prepare meals.We had made dinner reservations for every night of our stay, but we found it difficult to leave the property because the setting was so peaceful and beautiful. I have been renting VRBOs for many years, and this is definitely one of the most stunning and memorable properties I have ever stayed in.

Great property for family vacay!

Gorgeous property, it feels removed from everything but just minutes to Tlaquepaque and other Sedona town highlights. Well-stocked kitchen, we cooked nearly every meal. So much to do on site for the kids- playroom with lots of toys, trampoline, swingset, pond with frogs and fish. Hope to visit again!

Beautiful home, wonderful stay!

This was the perfect place to stay for my family. My daughter’s wedding was nearby and we were allowed to use the beautiful yard and river access for her pre-wedding pictures. They were exquisite!

We'll be staying here again when we come back to Sedona. It was sad to leave. Amazing property and house.
