This beautiful corner Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony entrances in both the main bedroom and living room which lead to a large patio with Gulf views.

Features of this upscale corner vacation rental include everything you need to make a home-cooked meal and oven, microwave and dishwasher, Along with all the dishes, pots and utensils serve meals. The primary bathroom includes a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and twin sinks. Each bedroom and the living room have TVs for your viewing pleasure. The living room TV has an upgraded Apple TV with streaming capabilities as well as access to Netflix.

You will have the option to work out in the fitness center, play tennis on two of our secured tennis courts, relax in our outdoor pool, swim laps in our seasonally heated lap pool, grill burgers on one of our poolside charcoal grills, or unwind in the outdoor hot tub. Plus beach service is available for an added fee between March - October. You can even rent the social room with stunning floor to ceiling views of the Gulf and pool area for your private event!

This rental is located on floor 12.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very nice condo and great location

Great stay, we would stay there again. Only critiques are that there weren't enough towels and there weren't any beach chairs. It's hard to travel with beach so we ended up buying some cheap chairs at Walmart. With a condo for 8 there should probably be several chairs on hand. Overall, though, it was a great place to stay.

Worked well for our growing family

All went well and had a great view. No big issues that interrupted our stay but some of the appliances are getting dated. One thing to consider is that the road in front of the condo is very busy and sound is noticeable from the north facing bedroom. It was even a little noisy in the evenings on the patio.

Great experience!

This condo was perfect for our family. It was clean and well organized. It had all the essentials for cooking. Loved that it was right on the beach. The evenings was perfect for sitting on the patio. Definitely would stay here again with the family!!

Amazing Vacation Spot

The condo was beautiful with an amazing view! So roomy and comfortable! One of the elevators was out of service while we were there, so that made it a little difficult with getting settled in and getting back out, but otherwise it was a fantastic stay. Nice people, very good location, and an incredible deal for the price!

Even better than the pictures!

This condo was beautiful and perfect for my party of 7. Had plenty of space and so well decorated. An added bonus was two beach chairs included with the stay; these are the chairs tenants usually rent on the beach. The pools and hot tub were clean and well managed. I would return any weekend to this place.

Fantastic Condo

Loved the unit--clean, modern, comfortable and much bigger than I anticipated. Incredible master suites and loved the porch with view to ocean. Nice complex. The two reserved chairs and an umbrella were a great perk!

Family vacation

I have stayed at Palacio many times throughout the years; however, I found this unit to be lacking compared to other units. The beds were very uncomfortable. The kitchen did not have any cloth potholders, dish clothes, and only two dish drying towels. The skillets all desperately need to be replaced. There was no broom to sweep the floors. I did use the vacuum to vacuum sand, but my legs were immediately covered in sand when I turned on the vacuum cleaner. There was a dustpan and what appeared to be a broken broom head, but it was extremely difficult to use. Other than that, we did enjoy our stay and would definitely stay at Palacio again!

Beach was beautiful!!

We all thought the inside of condo was pretty and of course the beach itself. We didn’t like that the parking lot was very small and if you couldn’t get a spot you had to park and walk across the street that was very inconvenient! Also the fact that you only get 2 chairs with the room that sleeps 10 and if you want to bring additional chairs/canopy there was only 1 small gap where those could be set up and you had be up by 5am to beat everyone else there fighting the same problem. There definitely needs to be more space for large families on the beach and not so strict about placement of chairs/canopy. Overall the condo was pretty nice but we will be staying in beach houses on the beach from now on to avoid elevators, and issues with placement of chairs on beach!

Family vacation

Everything was great with the exception of the fire alarm and evacuation around midnight mid week and a very loud party the night prior to checking out. Security on the premises after hours would be GREAT!!!

Beautiful View, over all nice home

This was the first time for us staying in this home in Perdido. It is very beautiful and spacious when you walk in but there are a few things that need some TLC. The bottom rack of the dish washer was a pain. Could use a few more chairs on the deck, there was only 3 and there was 8 of us. The beds on the middle room were hard, I ended up sleeping on the couch every night. Ice maker didn’t work. Other than those few things it was a very nice home and had a over all good stay there. Some positive points, the staff was nice! Loved having two chairs and an umbrella included in our stay, and the parking was not bad. Elevators were very quick. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Tons of pillows!! They had games and books for the kids. Beautiful view of the city! Over all we liked this home. Would stay again.

Great location and beautiful condo!

This corner unit condo is a short walk to a couple restaurants and shopping and also a short walk to the beach so no need to get back in your car once you are there (aside from a trip go the grocery). The condo itself was clean, the beds were comfortable and the views are amazing. There was a list of restaurants along with menus provided and there is even a food delivery service the area uses that will deliver food to the unit. We had a great time and plan on staying again!

Wonderful Oasis

Beautifully updated condo. Lots of space and great views. Remember to bring extra trash bags, paper towels, laundry detergent, coffee filters and ground coffee. Wish there was a Keurig. Also wish the second car parking passes were made to park across the street so everyone could have at least one car in the lot right by the building. Great pools and super friendly security staff. Enjoyed 4 days at this beautiful place!

Beautiful condo, trashy clientele, poor security presence

I’m very sad to leave this review. The condo is beautiful. This was our second stay. Our experience with the property was very different this time. The property has attracted a lower class clientele 
 they can afford it because they’re stacking their rooms with friends and family, splitting the cost. Lots of smoking, cursing, drunk adults blaring their speakers and vomiting in the elevator. One guy’s speaker was DJ quality 
 huge. Security let him rock on. I want to hear the ocean. Not Kid Rock. Maybe Jimmy Buffet on my tiny personal speaker, pointed directly at me so no one else can hear it. I want to leave my door open at night, smelling the salt and hearing the waves. Not a rager, with cigarette smoke wafting into my room. We will not be back.

Horrible

We haves stayed here many times over the past several years, and this year was a total disappointment . The furniture is in dire need of being replaced. It’s dirty, and uncomfortable. The rugs need to be washed. I washed 3 while I was there just because I didn’t want to stand on them dirty. Patio furniture is not comfortable, and there is no table or enough seats for a family of 5. Beds are worn, headboards constantly hit the wall every time u roll over in bed. And we had roaches. Whether they came from another unit, or this one, it was gross . It was our last night there, the only night we shut the kitchen lights off. Then to come back from dinner, turn the light on and find them on the counter and the floor. Thank god it was our last night. Don’t shut the lights off! We once loved this unit, but after this I will be looking elsewhere.
