This quaint and casual beach inspired condo is a short walk to the beach and is pet friendly, it is tucked in a quiet wooded area that is very relaxing. You can easily enter your rental with a key less system and get your vacation started. Living area, kitchen and 2 decks are on the 1st level with a half bath. On the 2nd level there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom has a new king bed, ceiling fan and private bath, The 2nd bedroom has a new queen bed, furniture, and a small table and stool added as a small work area, with a chair and luggage rack and the 3rd bedroom has A full bed. There is plenty of closet space for an extended stay and a washer and dryer unit is in the upstairs. New HVAC unit just installed and moved off the patio.

We have just replace the flooring on the first floor, put in a new front door, replaced the front deck and repaired the back!

Folly Field Beach is a 5-7 min walk to the boardwalk. Lifeguards are on duty March thru September and there is a bathroom, water fountain and shower off area. Dogs are welcome before 9 am and after 5 pm. (our HOA has a 2 pet max) On the off season after September your furry friend can be on the beach anytime. Our unit has a beach cart, chairs, and some toys for your use.

We would love to have you stay at our condo and make wonderful memories with your family and friends.

Pets allowed with fee must pick up after dog. Please wash off, dry and brush sand off before entering unit. Vacuum is available for excess sand. Fees will be applied for damage inside the unit or if dog poo is not picked up.

No parties, events or smoking in unit. Fees will be applied if there is smoke damage.

Max guests = 6

Minimum age of renter is 23

Must empty refrigerator and take trash out when you leave.

You will be responsible for damaged property during your stay. Moving furniture and not putting it back will result in a loss of your deposit.

Perfect location

We are very pleased with our stay at this beautiful unit. While there was only two of us there was plenty of room for at least six to stay here. The unit was clean and comfortable. It was well stocked. Convenient to local restaurants and stores. Walk to the beach is about 1/2 mile from the unit. An easy walk. Trolley stop directly across from the unit. Wonderful communication and easy check in. Will definitely stay here again. Neighbor were very helpful and friendly.

Escape from Hurricane Helene

We needed a place to stay following the aftermath of hurricane Helene and a Stones Throw was the perfect place for us. It had lots of room for our family, my parents and their dog. Location is fantastic. Within walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. We had a great time when we really needed it!

Great locations. Good size unit. Very good beds better than most rentals. Place is clean but aged and dated. No exhaust fan in the kitchen. Ice maker needs to be checked. Living area good size but not open concept style. Would stay here again for the right price.

Our new favorite place

We love this location. Out of the main congestion. Usually walkable to the beach. We were unfortunate this year in that the city began reconstruction of the beach access right as we got there. Islanders was a bit too far with beach gear to walk and requires quarters in the meters if you drive. We ended up with a short drive to Singleton. Free parking in the park. Unit is well equipped (thank you so much for having access to a rolling beach cooler!!!) Beds are comfy, and owners are updating furniture. Looking forward to coming down again next year.

Great location and Dog Friendly

The beach is literally a 5 minute walk. There is a cute sports bar across the street. The condo was clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location- truly our happy place!

Location can’t be beat. Quick 5min walk to Folly Beach, which isn’t overly crowded, but also an easy drive to all spots on HHI. Loved the kitchen which was well stocked and had a great ice machine. Bedrooms were perfect for us and our 2 kids. Also had a great beach cart and boogie boards to borrow. Owner was quick to respond to questions. Would definitely book again! HHI continues to be our happy place!

Another fabulous Hilton Head vacation

This is our 6th year of coming to Folly Field, most of which have been in Stones Throw. This was our first year, however, in this unit and it was the nicest we have had yet. We loved the updates to the kitchen as we typically spend most nights cooking. The rest of the unit was well furnished and as advertised. We will definitely look to this unit the next time around.

Relaxing Vacation on Hilton Head Island

This two-story condo is perfect for families who want a relaxing vacation. The renovated kitchen is pretty and easy to cook in. The back patio area is really pretty with a working grill. The pool is one of the more relaxing pools I’ve been at and our family comes to Hilton Head a lot! And when the reviews say the beach is only a 5 minute walk away, it’s true! Our family had a wonderful time at this Stones Throw condo!!!

Really like staying in the Stones Throws villas. So very convenient. Short walk to the beach, easy access for a large chunk of the island. We cook many meals when visiting and the kitchen was well stocked. A pot large enough for a Low Country Boil. Used the wine cooler as a general beverage center. Beds were fairly comfortable for the foam mattresses. Master bathroom was tight but it was nice to have our own rather than to share a single one. Loved that they had hooks to hang things on everywhere. We are a grab and go type family so it suited us well. One thing to note: there are low glass shelves on the mirror wall and a very nice coffee table center piece with glass in it. It didn't bother us since we were all adults and our dog is older and not overly rambunctious. But if we had had younger and more energetic dogs or children I would have been concerned about those glass shelves or centerpiece getting accidentally broken.. Nice selection of beach items which was nice as we did not bring our wagon this time. And there was a lovely basket of donated, left over shampoos from previous guests which saved my daughter, who left hers at home, from having to buy some down here. Had just what we needed for a visit to the beach.

Trey is retired from the U.S. Army after 18 yrs of active service and is now a contractor working in Ft. Hood, TX. Colleen manages a global real estate portfolio for a manufacturing company and travels extensively.

We have 2 teenage daughters and 2 jack russell/beagle mix fur babies.

We love the simplicity of the condo and close proximity to the beach all the stressors just melt away when we come here throughout the year.

Varför värden valde detta boende

This is our happy vacation get away spot. We came here for years to stay when my brother and his family owned it and we recently bought it when they moved into a home on HHI. We love to relax here with our daughters and our fur babies love it too.
