This beautiful home has a wonderful view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The primary bedroom and living room open up to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. There is a large square table with glass in the dining area with seating for five. This lovely home offers a twin bunk area, full bath with a stand-up shower, and a washer/dryer off of the kitchen. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, DVD player, and walk-in closet. This condo is decorated with tropical blues and greens and reflects beach comfort and charm.

Weekend family getaway

This was the perfect spot for a quick family getaway. Our three year old loved being also to see the kid’s area from the balcony. This was our first time staying on the A side of the resort and we were surprised by the indoor corridor to enter the room. It was nice to be inside a little quicker after being out in the sun for a while.

Quiet and Clean

The condo was very clean. The location was great. It’s close to the parking garage and elevator, but far enough away that we didn’t have a lot of noise. The bed and dresser in the bedroom could use replacing. The bed squeaked anytime anyone moved. The dresser drawers fall out whenever you pull them out.

Great Place To Stay

Pool is nice. BE AWARE there are a million kids. So don't get frustrated with the splashing. It is a nice stay and close to a lot of amenities.

Pleasant Stay

Clean and convenient

We arrived for a baseball tournament 3/30/24 and the condo was nice and clean. It definitely needs several upgrades. The bedroom needs new furniture as most of the drawers are broken and are unable to use. The bed needs a new mattress and new box springs. The bed was very uncomfortable and was super loud every time you rolled over you would wake the other person up. Still had a wonderful week but feel like bedroom needs some attention. Overall great location to everything.

A bit misleading

This was my fourth time staying at waterscape and this was by far the worst room we've stayed in. The pictures are quite misleading making it look like the bunk beds we in a small room but they were in the hallway across from the very loud washer and dryer and adjacent to the kitchen making it impossible to roam the room without waking the kids. The room was very dusty and could use a good cleaning. Every 9ther room we've stayed at had some small essentials such as hand soap, salt and pepper and also packet of laundry detergent and this room did not. We were also excited to hear one of the pools were heated but they were not (april) and the water was so cold we couldn't enjoy the pools. Our family absolutely loves waterscape and have always loved our stay but this vacasa rental was quite a disappointment.

Very clean!

We loved how clean the unit was and absolutely loved this resort!. We loved the variety of pools, white sand beaches and beautiful ocean water! The chairs with umbrellas that are included with your room stay were definitely a plus too! This was our first time here and we’ll definitely be back!!

Good stay

Unit was nicely decorated and clean. View of the pool but on the quieter side which was really nice! Thought the bed was comfy and enjoyed the patio furniture as well. Our only issues were: no washcloths provided, the cookware needs to be replaced—either that or provide steel wool so we can actually clean it; finally, the bathtub in primary bedroom drained very slow (super gross to shower in standing water). Hopefully those items will be addressed soon!

Amazing!

The property was very clean. We recieved a courtesy call to make sure that everything was up to expectation and it was. Access to the beach and waterpark is great. Kids had a amazing time. We would love to go back!

Great condo

The condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking and serving type stuff. The location is good with a view of the kiddie pool area, it is on the quiet side in the mornings and evenings. Overall we had no complaints about the condo or resort amenities. Our only issue was with the beach chair layout. The chairs that come with the condo are setup so that the majority of them do not face the ocean. People who brought their own chairs and umbrellas get the prime views and everyone else ends up getting hit by balls from the kids, and adults, with poor aim. Next time we will lug our own beach chairs back and forth.

Great place to stay!

Great location. Clean room! Lacking storage for toiletries and space near bunks but overall a great place to stay. The patio furniture could have been cleaned before we came. We would come again!

A big saggy carpet when we walk in.

This was our fourth time staying at Waterscape and second time using Vacasa, so I know this place well. As title stated, When we checked in to this unit, there was an area of well-saturated wet carpet size of 5x10 ft with brown sticky water between kitchen and dining table walk way. I called and a maintenance man showed up and dropped off a box fan. He said the leak came from AC clogged drain pipe. He fixed it, but there was nothing he could do with the wet carpet but offering a box fan to attempt to dry it. The brown sticky water was due to old worn carpet. We used a set of the extra bedsheets to soak up as much of the wetness that we could and let that box fan blow day and night with patio door open. It was really loud at night but we really want it to dry since it located right between kitchen and rest of the condo. Anyway, that carpet was so saturated that it didn't dry until our 4th day when we were leaving. I feel since Vacasa knew about the leak before we arrived, they should have warned us and offer a refund so we could look for other options or different units if available. To get blindsided walking into the unit with our four-year-old son walking over it before we noticed and leaving us with a loud box fan is unacceptable. As far as rest of the unit, it wasn't very clean either; I did a quick sweep when we first arrived around the kitchen and there was debris everywhere, in addition to multiple long dark hairs in both bathrooms, clearly from previous tenants. Family vacation

Nice Condo - great beach location.

Great location for enjoying the beach and pools. We didn't use the pools much as we didn't have kids with us but the families were loving it. If you enjoy sitting on the deck and watching kids - this place is perfect. Deck overlooks the baby pool and it was fun just watching all the action. Spend a couple fo morning sitting on the beach and relaxing. Just what I needed.

Best family vacation

This property was very nice. We had some trouble getting into our condo upon arrival as we got to the resort after the front desk had already closed and we did not receive the right door code. After a 30 min wait they did clear it all up by phone and give us our code. The amenities were over the top amazing. And my kids were in complete disbelief of how many pools and splash areas there were. We are a family of 5 and had plenty of room in the condo and also on the balcony. Everything was cleaned well with the exception of the pull out sofa bed. I think it may just have been overlooked. We can’t wait for our next trip and will definitely be returning to waterscape!
