This tropical unit has a wonderful view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The primary bedroom and living room open up to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. This lovely home offers a twin bunk area, full bath with a stand-up shower, and a washer/dryer off of the kitchen. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, DVD player, and walk-in closet.

Great vacation!

We had a great vacation and this rental had a lot of great things like a blender, dishwasher pods, dish soap, lots of extra towels, and so on! It was close to the parking lot and a short walk to the pool/beach!

Great Resort - Can't Wait to Go Back

We loved the resort! It was very clean and secure. Parking was easy and lots of it. The grounds were beautiful and something to do for every age group. Perfect for families with special activities for children. Just walk through the pool area and you are on the white sandy beach for a great day of sun and ocean waves. Will definitely return for another trip.

Great stay

We had some issues when we arrived with water from the ceiling in the bathroom, but it was addressed and fixed immediately. Wonderful stay and a perfect location.

Best Resort So Far!

This was a birthday getaway for me and my husband. We had an amazing time. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything you needed. The views from our balcony were awesome! The staff were exceptionally nice, friendly and very helpful. We are already planning to come back around October.

Easy check in and check out. We loved the pools, beach service and cleanliness. Very family friendly and safe. The unit itself had wonderful views, beautiful furniture and comfy bed. We would definitely come back.

Wonderful unit

The unit is great for a family. We had everything we needed for the week. Parking was ample. The amenities down by the beach and pool make for a great week to just relax, have slow mornings with coffee on the balcony and dinners grilling down by the pool. This unit has a blender and slow cooker which was a nice surprise.

Great unit, great resort!

Great location and family friendly

Loved the location for the beach and all the pools were family friendly. It is a little walk to restaurants. The tiki hut at the pool the food isn’t the best. You are better off with uber eats or walking somewhere. The resort is clean and beautiful with great views and the condos have everything you could need for vacation! I will be back!

GREAT experience-would book again.

This condo was very clean when we arrived, which I really appreciated. It has a view of the ocean/beach, which is nice. You cannot see the fireworks from this view, as they take place behind the building, so if you are in Building B facing the pool you can see, but not building A facing the pool. Not a big deal, just an FYI. The balcony is HUGE and WONDERFUL in this unit. Loved it. Love that there are two full baths. No issues with water, plumbing, ice maker is great. Highly recommend!

Exactly as pictured and described

The unit was exactly as described and shown in the pictures, very clean, provided with everything our family of four needed for the stay. It has a really nice view as well (the pool area and beach in the distance). Waterscape proved to be a great choice, we really enjoyed their pool area, the kids (3 and 6) had a blast. The beach is super accessible and beautiful, we found a nice spot with 3beach chairs and umbrella inspite of it being a really busy weekend. The property is very close to other activities in the area (Gulfarium etc) and nice restaurants. Overall a wonderful stay for us.

Pleasant

It was a beautiful beach and we loved the beach chairs and pool for the kids but the supplies in the condo were bare minimum. We ran out of toilet paper, there were no kleenux and no extra trash bags or blankets. We would stay at the resort again but next time a property owned by a person and not a company.

Beautiful condo but lacking in some areas

We absolutely loved waterscapes…it is perfect for families. The condo we stayed in was clean, decorated perfectly. The bedding was super comfortable. The kitchen area is greatly lacking. They had no frying pans, baking sheets or seasonings. There were empty cabinets in the kitchen. I also found it odd that they didn’t have beach towels for their guests, sand toys or a cooler. Any places we’ve ever rented on a beach has these items available. Additional blankets would have been nice too. House keeping did an amazing job. The condo was spotless. The lady at the front desk was super friendly. She allowed us to check in early, which was really nice of her. I would absolutely stay at Waterscapes again but I wouldn’t stay at the particular condo unless they provided the items I mentioned above. The condo really is perfect for a family of four.

Nice view

Very nice view and short walk to the beach. Clean unit! The drains are very slow in the bathroom sinks and master bath. The round blue rug by the bunk beds has a horrible smell made the entire unit smell musty when you walk in. I called to get some air freshener and some one came up to spray. They did not have any to give us. We found the source of smell and put it outside the front door. Please replace this rug for future guests. Other than that had a great stay!

Nice place with great clean amenities, just wish they had help after hours.

Room was very clean, best we've seen in quite some time. Property had great amenities which were also kept clean. Issue came with the water heater. Shortly after 5 we discovered we didn't have hot water. Checked all the obvious issues and called the number, was routed to a call center. We didn't get a reply until after 9 am the next morning. Luckily I knew how and had the tools to turn off the breaker, remove the front panel of the water heater and reset it. That solved the issue. Grills would not light on site, same issue no one to help. Lastly, not the resorts fault, but the beach was very filthy. Seemed it hadn't been swept in weeks and shame on the ones who left cigarette buts, pistachio shells and all other trash.

Perfect Stay

This property is exactly as advertised. The photos probably don't do it justice, to be honest. The view is even better than the photos show, in my opinion. It's lovely to sit on the HUGE balcony and look out over the pools to the ocean. The bunk beds are very comfortable, and I like that they have a little space at the end of them, as well as an outlet. It was very convenient for being able to charge phones, and having a bottle of water and a book. It's very spacious for a one bedroom condo. The bedroom is quite large, and so is the kitchen. It is stocked with the basics as far as cookware and dining ware / silverware. So you're good to go! They have a blender, coffee maker, toaster, the fridge has a water and ice dispenser as well, for those of you who don't like tap water. They have board games provided under the television, as well, so that's a great treat for evenings in. The pool is right outside, but if you close the sliding door, you can't really hear a thing, even if it's packed. Although, when the Blue Angels, or other Navy flights, go past, you sure can hear THEM! ;) And that's always neat to see. I would absolutely stay here again and again!

Great space except for the Kitchen

We really enjoyed Waterscapes. This was our first time staying at this property. The condo was updated and comfortable. We did run into a few bumps that were not satisfactory. The kitchen is hardly equipped to cook a meal in. One small skillet. The oven would not work. I called three times to get it fixed and I don't know that it was ever serviced. I called three times and every time they would say someone would call me back but they never did until the last day. We wasted food trying to figure out the oven the first day. We also went the entire trip without being able to use the oven. The toaster was also broken. You had to hold it down to get it to toast. And it took a while. I was told the last day when someone finally called me back that the toaster was swapped out. It was not. The communication was terrible. To complete my review, if we would not have had those issues we would have been really happy with our stay. The beach was very clean, we saw tons of dolphins and the heated pool and hot tub was a great touch on the days that were a little chilly.
