On-site, enjoy the multiple community pools (one heated seasonally) and hot tub along with a sundeck and outdoor showers. There is also a gulf-front fitness center. Summerwind is located directly on the beach, just a short walk down the boardwalk to the most sought-after white sand and gorgeous waters of Northwest Florida.

The spacious kitchen opens up to the dining and living areas and includes all equipment needed to accommodate your beach vacation. Whip up meals in the full kitchen and stay as connected as you want to be with complimentary in-home WiFi. There is a private washer/dryer as well, for added convenience. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
